Randy just picked me up due to a vehicle issue. What impressed me most about him was that he loves working for Northwest and he values the owners of the company. Randy didn’t know that I am a local business owner. I only hope my team speaks as highly about my company as Randy did of Northwest! It was a great experience!

My boyfriend had called Thursday 9/30 and made an APPOINTMENT for the next day to have his car towed to a mechanic that was right down the street. He was told the driver would be there at 9:30am. It was about 9:50am when my boyfriend called them to see where the driver was because he still had to go to work and was told the driver was on his way and would be there any minute. Well at almost 10:20am I called them and was told by the woman on the phone that even though my boyfriend had made an appointment the previous day that it basically counted for nothing and the driver would get there whenever he got there and tried to tell me he’d be there any minute he was on his way (which is the exact same thing she’d told me boyfriend almost 30 mins before that). Then the woman told me to stop being rude and yelling at her (after waiting close to an hr for a tow truck and making an appointment the previous day for said tow) yea I was probably a little short with her but I almost laughed when she said I was yelling because I hadn’t even raised my voice. Unprofessional and need the definition of the word appointment posted around the office because clearly they don’t know it!

Tow operator assured me they could tow the car, Jacob came and instead of using a dolly under ny rotors, he just hooked up and tried to pull the car on the tow truck causing all this damage and they tell me its apart of the tow smh

Fast, reliable and friendly! I can’t remember the 2 guys names but one of them has a pit bull pup. They were so nice and picked us up and delivered us and car to the tire shop before they closed, lifesavers!!!

My car was backed into what proved to be a ditch. It seemed impossible to get it out without damaging the car in some way. Harvey arrived to tow the car. He was on time and sympathized with my situation. He surveyed the problem and came up with an ingenious way to get my car out without a scratch. I had to applaud this service. Awesome.

Fast service, but the tow guy damaged our fender with the lift. We still have not gotten a return call from the owner about paying for our damages. It has now been 4 days since it happened.

Pricey but got me going. I couldnt get my tire to break free on the I69 freeway. I called for a tow but really just asked for someone to bring a hammer.....they sent a guy in a minivan with a huge hammer. Good stuff. But. Instead of the $150 tow bill they only charged a $125 service call fee. Um....thanks I guess.

Scott and Dakota were really nice guys very professional. My wife slid off the road and I was trying to help get her out, unsuccessfully I might add. End up having to call a tow to pull her out and to tow my truck home because someone slid into and popped my tire. They came out let us know what they were about to do and told us to stay in our vehicles to keep warm and that they would take care of everything and they did just that. Shawn picked up my AC Cobra from storage and moved it to my home. His ability and professionalism far exceeded any other towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Northwest will always be my only call when I need something towed or moved.

Last case scenario with these guys. They’re highway thieves: $4100 to do a $2000 job. Won’t be calling them again.

The driver was professional what does a plus but you recommended Josies mechanical shop across from the Payless in Anderson I went to Josies on a Friday they are assured me my car will be done Saturday afternoon Saturday afternoon I called they said they wouldnt be able to get to it Sunday theyre closed today is Monday I called and hes telling me Im booked two weeks out by appointment I was not told this when my car got towed there the driver of the toy company was not told there when he called and asked about the services I dont know what kind of games are playing here in Anderson but it is pretty shity

Matt was awesome. My daughter was locked out of her car with her phone inside. The weather is awful and very cold. Matt was quick to arrive and to unlock her car. I cant thank him enough!!

The driver was very courteous and kind and definitely trying to be as helpful as he could be he even apologized when it took him awhile to get out there but he had another customer he was servicing first I would definitely recommend these guys if youre in a pinch

I am Owner operator this is my one week old brand new Peterbilt 579 break down in a week very frustrated and stressful, I have called several towing companies for my semi. Northwest towing is the only one providing excellent customer service, competitive price and towing service.Jason has a great personality, I would recommend anyone for the towing service.

Our car had to be towed and the tow truck driver was very kind, friendly, and helpful. He helped us decide where to drop our car off to be worked on as he recommended them and he wasn’t kidding. Great experience for a not so fun situation.

I had a very pleasant experience with Northwest when having to have my vehicle towed. Christa was the driver that was in charge of towing our suv. And in all our years of experience she by far was the quickest and most professional that we have encountered. She was extremely precise when loading our vehicle on the flatbed and was very careful as well. We truly appreciated how we were treated as well as the customer service has been great. About a month ago, a gentleman by the name of Buck towed me from the side of I69. Despite the late hour, he was extremely personable and also helpful. He is not only very good at his job, but also a great human being. Its nice to not have the awkward silence on a 10 mile tow. Hands down best experience Ive ever had with a tow.

$30 a day to store a stolen truck? By the time I got back to town I owed these folks more than I could come up with. Lost my $7500 truck to a $1000 bill The towing industry is populated with pondscum.

I had a very efficient, cheaper expierence getting my car towed myself, rather than it being towed by the city. It was a quick, easy process, for a good price. Will for sure use them again if need be!

My son needed a winch service while I was away out of state. The dispatcher was very kind while assisting me with setting up service for him. The tow truck operator even called me to let me know that my son was back on the road after service was completed. The cost of service was reasonable for the situation too. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if the need arose.

My car was towed for being illegally park! Thanks son! The dispatch lady was pleasant. When I picked up my car there disgusting black finger prints on each corner of my vehicle. One of the drivers who gave me my receipt was rude. He wouldn’t allow me to sit in the lot to warm up my vehicle. It was 32 degrees! I am no threat to these people! I do not recommend.

Highly recommend Northwest Towing and Recovery. We locked our keys in our box truck at Lowe’s. Within a few minutes of calling they arrived. The first gentleman didn’t have the exact tool needed so Jason arrived shortly with the right tool and had our door opened in seconds. Our wait was short and the service was excellent!!! We will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

My keys got locked in my vehicle and I googled locksmiths near me (Mind you, this is Saturday evening on a holiday weekend). I wont name the other businesses; but, will say I called down the google suggested list. The first call, internet said they were open and the call went to voicemail. I called the second suggestion and hung up right away due to the call going to Pennsylvania. The third business... another leave a voicemail and well get back to you.I had an urgency because it was my dog that had locked the car while inside the car. My fourth call, I decided to call a tow & recovery business. Someone answered the phone and I was advised that they do get into locked cars. They also had someone not so far away.My car got unlocked and all is well. Dave was the name of the man who was dispatched to help me out. Not an intimidating personality and was polite and quick.I hope not to lock myself out of my car any time soon but if I do, I will happily call this business again

Awesome all around. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. Took about on hour to arrive but that’s okay. It’s just something that comes with on call services. Took about 30 seconds to get my car lifted and on the way. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful service and great experience! Shawn was their associate who assisted me with the tow. I was in a very bad spot of I69 (where the construction is being completed) and he did a great job getting us out safe. He had to take me to my destination which was 30mins away. The dispatcher here is as ice cold as they come. If you would like to add to the stress of a breakdown, and need a tow....do not call N.W. Towing.....she will make your experience wat worse. The only saving grace....the truck driver was outstanding.

Worst service ever ! They lied about their policy protocols. Stated that on Saturday they close at 5 pm but clearly their business indicates that they are a 24 hour towing company Mon-Sun. These people are a total scam. They pick and chose how they accept payments, (never heard this before). Was told cash only. So very unprofessional and extremely rude. Will be contacting the better business bureau expeditiously.
