I truly love living here! I so appreciate the peace and quiet in my home because I dont share any walls with neighbors as the two bedroom units are their own self standing building. The grounds are lush in the spring and summer with beautiful trees and bright flowers. My apartment is newer and gorgeous... I love the large windows that give my home tons of bright light! The management has been super helpful from the moment I started my application to now. The mountain views from the complex are absolutely breathtaking! Very happy and in fact this is my favorite home I’ve ever lived in. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic location. Quaint little apartment complex nestled away, on the edge of the east side.

We lived here for 14 months and have recently moved. We left - in part - because living there was becoming untenable.I have never lived anywhere with so many maintenance issues. In the span of a year we had the following things happen:- The big one ... our air conditioning went out on us 5 to 6 times. Multiple times it was looked at and we were told by maintenance that a part needed to be fixed but it wasnt addressed. Then in the middle of summer on a weekend it went out again. Poor kids crying all night about the heat.- In the middle of December our central heat stopped working and had to run on Emergency setting for days despite maintenance looking at it. This resulted in a very cold period for us with December and January electricity bills totaling $400 and $350 due to the Emergency setting having to work overtime. This was with a newborn infant in the home.- Our roof leaked twice, once pouring water right on our toddler daughter in the middle of the night, soaking her and her bed.- Multiple rounds of ant infestation that - after multiple messages to the office - we had to take into our own hands to fix and pay out of pocket to combat.- An infestation of baby crickets coming out of our shower drain that was present immediately upon moving in. This too required us having to take matters into our own hands to fix, at personal cost.- Foul odors coming out of multiple drains that we had reported and were never addressed.- Dishwasher that stopped working multiple times and ultimately stayed broken because they stopped doing most maintenance requests during COVID.Additionally, the pool area and other common areas are swarmed with ants which makes putting anything on the ground including your own body parts a dicey proposition.They also were militant about posting and messaging us about COVID precautions, even threatening to not renew leases if tenants werent following masking and distancing rules. But then wed see maintenance staff walking around masks and requesting to enter our apartment without need.There are many other minor things, but thats enough to report I think. This place was a chore to live at and Im so thankful were not there anymore. We also paid hundreds more in utilities than we should have had to pay due to maintenance issues and the poor addressing of them. We also had property damage from the roof leaks. This is far from luxury living as they report and I would really think twice before signing a lease here.

Some of the most expensive rental properties in all of Tuscon...And what do you get for that kind of Money?Leaks from behind the refrigerator that could possibly flood your entire apartment, and emergency maintenance that doesnt get back to you for sometimes hours, while the inside of your apartment is under several inches of waterWater that shuts off randomly and you cant reach the office or emergency maintenance.other leaks from the hot water heater, and it still takes a long time before they get there.Leaks from the ROOF when it rains and they cant or wont fix them, while water is dripping from the hvac intake vent (and maintenence staff that tell you to just put a bucket under the leak )An office staff that never ever gets back to you when you leave a message.trees and plants around the property dying because management is too cheap to turn back on the drip irrigation systemSometimes days before maintenance comes by to do simple repairs, necessitating calling over and over again to the office.Strangers coming into the property and breaking into cars and the management company wont approve simple signs saying private property on the walk through gates, they wont even change the faulty locks!All of that for some of the highest prices per sq ft in Tucson.Thank you sooooooo much MEB and Avilla propertiesSo if you want to live in an overpriced property with numerous issues, too many to count, Avilla Tanque Verde should be #1 on your list!

We have rented at Avilla Tanque Verde for the past 7 months and have found this to be a quiet, clean and safe place to live. the management is very responsive and friendly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Some other properties Ive dealt with make you feel like you are bothering them, but this staff is excellent! ;)I definitely recommend them!

Extremely unhappy with still not knowing if the trees that hang in my yard are toxic to my dogs. They look very similar to oleander and have been waiting 2 months for a call back on the verdict.... tried calling 4 times (spoke with maintinence personel, and multiple staff members) total on the matter. It’s a nice place to live if you don’t expect much in the way of getting important questions answered. ........ EDIT was promptly called and told after placing this review that none of the plants are toxic. Would have been nice to know sooner so I wasn’t watching my dogs like a hawk, but none the less appreciated the response.

Quiet, responsive to any needs. Girls in office friendly and helpful. Neighbors are nice. Lived here over a year love it!
