Ive been to this location several times now, sometimes are better than others but Ive never had a bad haircut here. The lady who cut my hair today did an excellent job, may be the best haircut Ive ever had, thanks!

Theyre quick (for the cut), friendly and know what theyre doing. One of the better fades Ive had since I was in the service. They also store notes on your hair preferences so you dont have to explain it every time.

I showed Tricia Richard a picture and ask her if she could do that haircut. And she did exactly what I ask her if she could do... And she was very polite and friendly and I really enjoyed having conversations with her... I would definitely go back to this location....

Emily and Tricia are awesome! I trust both to do a great job with my hair. Theyre always very friendly. The only downside is sports clips is pricy, But coupons and free upgrades to MVP services are quite nice.

Been here twice, first cut was decent. Second cut was the worst I can remember ever getting. Second stylist (Tiffany) was also really sloppy with my cape and knocked most of my hair down my shirt. Wont be going back.

The people here were nice but was a bad haircut. In absolutely no way what I asked for. I didn’t ask for it to be fixed because I didn’t want it to become worse. Just my one time experience with one barber.

Son was so happy to be able to go back to his favorite salon. Both of my boys have loved going here from the first cut.

Just had a fantastic experience with Tricia. She saw a photo of what I wanted and did an excellent job. Her conversation made her that much more interesting; she has been all over Tennessee and well beyond. She was very communicative and took pauses for me to see for myself with my glasses. Shes been a manger before, and her skill still resonates as a cosmetologist. I was extremely pleased when my sister and I came in very close to the closing hour and they still treated us like all-stars.

I was in town visiting family and stopped by for a quick cut. Jennifer was her named and she did a great job at a great rate! I would highly recommend this location in Oakridge

As always, a great place to get a clean, sharp haircut. You will want to be specific about what you want to ensure the best possible cut. Personally, I felt like mine was a little rushed, but that may be due to the fact that it was 10 minutes to closing on Friday night. Also, the tea tree oil soap and shampoo are to die for if you suffer from dandruff!

Not the worst place to go but I will not return here. Took over 1.5 hours to cut my hair. Just to cut it. And at that it still wasnt exactly what I wanted. It was close however. I wouldnt tell someone to never go here but I would recommend they shop around because there are cheaper places to get a haircut that in my opinion do a better job.

Im super picky male about the way I like my haircuts to look. And they did a great job, price wasnt too bad for the treatment you receive. Oh, and theyre also good with kids too.

I am so glad I trusted Chrissy here at sports clips to fix the mess I had made of my own hair earlier today. She and Trish stayed open late for us and I am so so glad because my hair was a total disaster going in. While they don’t do color here, Chrissy was more than knowledgeable about what I should I do to fix the color at home, for a lesser cost than most salons. Not only that, she was such pleasant company during the cut that I almost forgot how upset I was about what I had done to myself. I was skeptical about having my hair cut at a place different than I normally do, but I was so pleased with the result. If you’re unsure about whether this is the place for you, I can assure you it most certainly is.

Idk what the ladies name wasn’t didn’t tell me and not sure if she had a name badge on, however she was the first chair on the left. She was very rude when I first sat down and gave me a terrible haircut so bad that I walked back in and had her completely shave my head. Would not recommend going here. I will stick to Franks barber shop. Oh and I was completely covered in hair when I left.

My (toddler) son got his first haircut today and we had a good experience. The stylist was accommodating to him (and my huge stroller too). She did a great job and also gave me some pointers on how to trim up curly hair when we are in between haircuts. And it was free because it was his first haircut at sports clips!

The ladies always do a great job and the VIP package is awesome! Love the hot towel treatment and massage. Highly recommend

Assistant Manager, Kaleigh, gapped my sons head up and did a high and tight instead of a low fade like requested. They refused to refund my money two mins after we walked out of the door when my son was balling his eyes out over how bad his hair looks. He asked me to just shave his head at home bc he is so embarrassed that he does not want to go to school tomorrow (and his first dance) so thats what were going to have to do. Kaleigh called the store manager, Tiffany, on the phone (bc I guess assistant manager is just a title and she has no real authority to do anything) to let her know we were not happy with the service we recieved and would like a refund. She flat out said no, they do not provide refunds (which is a lie. If you are unhappy w/a service you do not hv to pay) no matter what and said he could come back in and they would fix it bc Kaleigh is a very talented stylist. A very talented stylist knows the difference between a high & tight and a low fade. My son was in the car crying & said he never wanted to go back there again, so there was no way I was going to make him come back in there. His hair is TOO SHORT & GAPPED! How do you fix that without just shaving his head? We hv been going to this Sport Clips since we moved to TN from CA back in May. We hv always had wonderful experiences with Sport Clips in CA and had always had wonderful experiences at the Oak Ridge location with Tricia, who was out until Tuesday. Unfortunate Tricia lost a client bc of her assistant managers shotty work and her managers rude, unprofessional customer service. Thankfully my cc company let me dispute the charge and are refunding my money. We will drive into Knox to go to a real barber next time.

Wow! I shouldnt complain, since I was taking advantage of a free haircut card, but I came in with a simple request to cut out some tangles in my long hair and then do a simple, short cut that can grow back. An immature Asian girl saw something move on my shoulder. First she thought that it was an ant, but she got scared that the tangles from bad combing habits might contain lice nests so she called someone over to accuse me of having lice, something that has never been the case. I assured them I have never seen anything of the sort in my hair or on my pillow. I finally asked for a second opinion, and a nice, and more experienced, red-haired lady double - checked and found nothing. I insisted she cut my hair instead, and she really did a nice job, simply and quickly, and exactly as requested. But the others really need to think seriously before insulting customers with false accusations. Btw, I noticed, on the way out, what she had seen: today was trash day, and I had been throwing out some rotting melons and grapes: there was a little gnat or fruit fly hovering on my shoulder. :)
