Unfortunately, the buying/selling process has not gone as smoothly and quickly as I anticipated. They purchased my vehicle from me. I am on day 7 of waiting for the money owed to me. And it will be at least another week before I get my share. I’m sure the dealership would not allow me to take a vehicle from them and drive it for a couple of weeks before they receivedi their check. Now, they have paid off the amount owed to my bank to free up the title but I won’t get my money until they receive the title back from the state/bank. I understand the “why” but in the meantime, I am left without a vehicle until all this clears up as I am using the money to put down on my next one. The only reason it isn’t a one-star is because Jonathan (my sales contact) did a great job on his part. It was expedient and he made sure I was able to get back home.

Paul was my salesman, and I could not be happier with his customer service. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle I was interested in. He had all of the info I needed ready up front and ready to provide to me. He was very honest the entire time with the car sale, I couldnt be happier!

I took my truck in for an electrical problem. They repaired the electrical problem, but then tried to tell me that my engine was blown up and that I needed a new engine. I drove the truck from my home which is 35 miles south of J.C. Lewis and except for the electrical problem it ran fine. Turns out all the truck needed was a new engine air filter which cost me $24 from an auto parts store instead of the $5000 that J.C. Lewis was going to charge me to replace my engine. I still havent figured this one out.

Bought a brand new 2021 Expedition, was used as a long term loner and it was a mess! Sent to detail shop twice and its still diety inside. Even if you are short handed do a good job the field time. I now have to take it to the cR wash myself.

I had a very good experience at JC Lewis Ford Lincoln. My boyfriend had his truck in for service so we decided to walk the lot while we waited on it. The young lady photographing cars up front was very helpful. (We thought she was a sales person.) She informed us on the status of the new Broncos and the features they will have. She also informed us on the Bronco Sports and offered to find us a salesman so we could look inside of one. The ladies in Quick Lane were also very kind and got our truck in and out. It’s good to do business with a dealership with employees who want to help you instead of make you feel pressured. We will be back for our next oil change soon and hopefully for a new Bronco when they get released!

Went to look at a 2005 tahoe listed at $8699 with payments as low as $78 monthly (no financing available though). Oil pressure read 80 psi constant. Rear main seal leaks oil. Drive shaft u-joints need replacing. I asked what the bottom line cash price is now and it was $9319!!!!???? 🤔. Replying to Mr Hershey; Im asking why is the price of the Tahoe still $8000 after I showed your salesman what all was wrong with it, which your own service center verified! Not the tax on the vehicle!🙄 But thanks for the tax lesson, good info there!🙄
