Anthony at this location was very professional, let me tell you how can you handle 5 females who have been stranded on the side of the road since 8 am renting a car from Hertz because the tire pressure on the car was 51/36 ! He was very quick & respect to helping us get in & out letting us all know what was wrong with the tires then he was nice to call the Hertz for us to let them know what was wrong with rental car & collect the payment from them without his professional help we wouldnt of gotten out so quickly pero this time with the tire pressures at the right pressure ! Safely back on the road 🙏 thanks to him now we can back to our vacation
I pulled in with obvious exhaust issues, and after parking noticed the sign on the door requiring face masks, so I spent a few minutes looking for one, and then approached the door, only to see a smaller sign stating their waiting area was closed. As I read this, I reached out to open to door, only to find it locked.There were two techs in the shop, one vehicle on a lift, and all the doors open. Both techs made eye contact with me, but neither of them seemed eager to assist a customer. I understand it isn’t their job, but they could have given me some direction on how to get customer service. They watched walk back to my vehicle, get in, and drive away. I’ll never use this business.
My tire got leaks twice and I took it here for tire patch. AJ did the job both times right before closing still being nice and professional. He let me watch and answered my questions. Other places tried to rip me off saying they only do plugs but wont do for my tire because I need new tires that they try to sell. Do not go to Statesboro Tire...they would not fix my old tire and instead they messed up my car when my dash brake warning lights turned on suddenly down the road.

Honest mechanic shop. Had battery light on wifes car. Alternator I was not charging to best of my testing. Left car with them. 30 minutes later called and asked why I thought alternator. They had checked cables and found it working. Confirming another part likely issue. For $45 diagnostic saved me $800 for alternator job. I could do the other repair myself.

I made an appointment for 12:30 and my car wasnt taken until 1:20. I had to wait outside under a tarp in the rain and cold until a young man let me in the side office to wait. I was charged 71.55 for an oil change!!!!! No tire rotation with it, just a syn oil change....All the employees were very polite but I wont be going back.
I appreciate the Meineke staff as they were knowledgeable and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and supported my endeavor to work on my car myself.
Was using a coupon for my oil change + tire rotation . was told tire rotations dont come with it, but Ill do it because you seem like a nice young lady. Kind of creepy because the coupon included a free tire rotation ..... they did it anyway, but I will not be back.

My appointment was at 8am and was able to drop my car off promptly I told them I needed diagnostics on my a/c & catalytic converter and an alignment. Alex called after a couple hours and told me I didnt need an alignment, which definitely impressed me because most companys would charge me anyway. They also ended up saving me about $500 on their original quote! My a/c is good as new, thank God, Alex, and the crew at Meineke for that! As far as my catalytic converter goes, it was throwing a code and the only reason my check engine light was on. They replaced it, been driving a day now and no light! I would definitely recommend and will update if that changes!
The manager Anthony Crumlich worked with me and he was very agreeable, communicative, welcoming, and helpful. He answered all my questions, let me know what I needed, and even showed his flexibility and understanding when it came to the price they charged in comparison to the amount of work they did. Very good service and great people work their and i moved to Statesboro Ga from New Jersey and needed a place to have my car worked on and my brother to me that his friend that we crew up with and he went toschool with had a Meineke shop and to give him a call and I did and I talked with the owner Bobby Sapp and told him when I get in town I would stop by and sure enough my car broke down and had it towed to his shop and he said he would give me a family discount and he gave me a could price and I will try to support him and his business when ever I can and tell my family and friends
My daughters hybrid threw an emergency warning light telling her to pull her vehicle over immediately, which was conveniently close to this Meineke Center. The Manager, Anthony, called to let me know they had inspected her car and performed a test drive and determined it would need to have a further inspection done by the dealership. I arranged to have AAA pick up the vehicle to be towed to Savannah and Anthony was kind enough to sign for the vehicle to be towed. When I asked how much I owed him/them, he said no charge. Very friendly customer service!
First let me give credit where credit is due. The staff is great. Just as the Owner stated He does not know what is going on in His own shop, BUT Anthony does. Keep up the good work Anthony! Thanks also to the Owner, Corporate gets credit for the proffessionalism that the Owner lacks. He also suggested for me to send my complaint to corporate as he stated he doesn’t handle complaints. Just as the Owner suggested, which I initially refused to do was for me to take it up with my insurance that handles my repairs. The damage to my vehicle happened while at his garage. It is a complaint that should be handled by him. Thanks to the Owner... Cheers to SilverRock! It is not always about the customer being right but about the Owner doing what is right from the begining. My vehicle was damaged at this facility, the Owner did everything to cover it up. I am grateful for the support that I received from everyone above to help remedy the situation. The owner had one job to do and that was to run a diagnostic on a service light. Now I have to take the time out to go and get it done somewhere else. Owner... not everyone needs a hand out, some people actually don’t mind paying to get the job done! Ive been to this place a few times over the years. The work they have done for me has been okay. Havent had any problems there, but theyre always quick to mention how they dont accept the coupons that corporate sends out. So whats the point in us receiving coupons in the mail and on the website? I feel as if someone should investigate this and I might be the one.
Where do I start, i began dealing with this place last year after I got out the hospital because I wasnt able to do the work needed to my car myself. Im no master mechanic but for a car that has almost 400,000 miles with myself replacing most of the parts, says I know how to work on vehicles. Pretty much my frontend has been replaced with new parts because my car is a 99 Acura Cl, which is understandable. The process was more painful than the money spent. After a lengthy period of going back, my car was finally road ready without any major issues. A year later I decided to visit them again in Hopes that it would be different and more affective without the bs but thats not the case. In order for me to write a dissatisfying review that means it was not done right period. Went in for a simple alignment which is costing me more now than before I went there🤨

We pulled my sons F150 in first thing on a Thursday morning with a exhaust hanging down and muffler that had separated from the coupling. Showed to the owner (I assume) George. He quoted me a fair price on the front end. He called in the afternoon once they got it up on the rack and saw the pipe was bent. I had forgotten that this was a fact, just slipped my mind. Of course the price increased slightly, as it should. He got the truck out before end of day. Truck sounds great and and I feel they treated us fair, in and out quickly!

My daughter went here for a front end alignment amd tire rotation. She is a student and we feel like they saw a young girl and thought they would charge her extra. Wanted to charge $200 for alignment and tire rotation/balance. After I called they reduced the price and I felt it was still high. We paid them, but I would advise you to check somewhere else first.
I cannot say enough about this shop. Especially George, owner and Anthony. My son is a college student at Georgia Southern. He is two hours from home. He started going there for oil changes. When his truck started having issues, Anthony spent a lot of time and energy working to fix the problem. In the end it ended up being a computer issue (out of Meinekes expertise) and had to go to the dealership. Anthony kept my son informed at all times. When he knew it was not something he could fix he had it towed to the dealership. I have spoke to Anthony a couple of times. He was always friendly, courteous, personable and truly cared about fixing my sons truck. I have also spoken to the Owner, George. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to help my son (and to reassure me) that they did all they could for us. If you want great service by great people and to be treated like a VALUED Customer go to Meineke. Ask for Anthony or George and see for yourself. Thank you Anthony and George. You have a customer for life.
I was slightly disappointed that an advertised coupon was unavailable to use, however for the inconvenience they took $10 off my service. I dropped my car off and was promptly called when it was ready to pick up. When I picked up my car they went over the inspection they did and gave me info on things I should have done, but did not pressure me or try to sell me services I did not need. I will definitely be back!
My visit to the location was very nice. They were able to get me new tires on my car within 24 hours from which I called and offered me decent prices for parts and labor. Anthony and the other gentleman (I didnt catch his name I apologize) were extremely personable and caring and even suggested things my car would need, which it did need after all. Everything was replaced very quickly, I only had to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change, 2 tire replacement, brake pad replacement, and air filter replacement.
They talked to me ever step of the way however they changed my oil to a different oil that wasn’t the “standard” oil that I usually use so unfortunately I’m stuck with this oil now and they also didn’t honor the coupon I found on the website but they did give me a discount which was nice. Overall not bad service
I was greeted immediately upon my arrival. Shortly after stating what was going on with my car the problem was quickly addressed. The staff provided professional quality service that will help me keep my car in tip-top condition. Also the restroom and waiting area were both clean. Very slow tech was on phone more than on my car kept telling me almost done but had not even started. 2 1/2 hours and I was fist person there. Got there at 7:45 they open at 8:00. I was done at 10:30.
Wow. Went online and set up an appointment. Got there about 15 min. early. Another customer was there. Anthony welcomed me. Stated my name and appointment. Got all the information on both vehicles I brought in for oil changes. Quoted prices, with coupon discounts. Took the vehicles in to garage. Took a walk down to Three Tree coffee shop. Sat there and enjoyed coffee. Anthony called me to let me know both vehicles need air filters, which I agreed. Finished the coffee, walked back to shop and waited about 10 minutes. Anthony came in gave me a list of sensor issues on both vehicles. Let me know one vehicle needed brakes soon. Very professional and prompt. Very impressed with the service. First time using this company.

Got emissions done. Usually takes 10 mins, we were there for 30. Employee wasn’t too friendly or would’ve given more stars. Customer service goes a long way.
Payed 250$ for my A/C to be fixed went to pick my car up still blowing hot air never left the parking lot. They told me they did a leak test on it and it passed but somehow there was a small leak they didn’t find. So I dropped my car off and I’m picking it up in the same condition I dropped it off in just out of 250$.
Although they didnt call me back the day I dropped my van off and their work on my vehicle was going to be very expensive, they took the time to carefully explain what was wrong. When I asked about replacing the compressor for my car and the price was greater than expected, they recommended a place that rebuilds compressors. They were also patient with questions and courteous.
Went in to have brakes inspected...while there found out my rotors were warped so I went ahead and got new rotors and brakes as well as an oil change. They didnt do any work before getting me a quote and going over it with me to ensure I was getting what I needed. Great folks!!!

They were quick, responsive and helpful with getting my car fixed as well as with any questions I had. I highly recommend them over other shops in Statesboro and will definitely be back if I ever have issues with my car in the future.
I have a Hyundai and hate driving all the way to Savannah just for an oil change, so when I got a coupon for one at Meineke I decided to check them out. They were very polite and professional and didn’t treat me any different because I’m a college student, or because I’m a girl, which I appreciated since I’ve had not so good experiences other places. They went straight to it too and I didn’t wait very long. Will definitely keep coming back.

The store manager George was trying to be inappropriate with me when I pulled up to tell him my issues about my vehicle and seen that I was not budging he tried to overcharge me after he stated my original arrangement for the price. Of course its his word against mine. I dropped off my vehicle the next day at 815am. I received a call around 10am stating that I needed a gasket along with a thermostat, which was not mentioned the day prior. I tried to get information about my vehicle over the phone and he hung up in my face after telling me to come pick up my vehicle. He had an attitude when I arrived back on property and was very standoffish when I tried to get information on why more parts and money was required. I just came in for a new thermostat. He tried to overcharge me for the thermostat which was 9 bucks but he was trying to charge me 30. He was trying to charge me 30 bucks for coolant and and 75 that was suppose to be the diagnostics fee and another 110 for labor. With the new parts for the gasket and radiator hose that is like 5 bucks, an extra 100 bucks was applied to that. So why is this small issue so much? He got upset with me asking questions to inform myself on was going on so long story short my car was not serviced, I ended up calling an officer to mediate the situation and he lied and also told the person working on my vehicle not to talk to me about MY vehicle . I would not recommend use this place, maybe as a last resort if you are desperate. The unprofessionalism was most definitely present. The owner, George also felt the need to ask me about my personal business with my marriage. My vehicle was not repaired and I am out of 75 all because he felt he didnt have to explain the breakdown of what was needed for my vehicle. Find somewhere else to spend your money folks. This most definitely isnt the place.

Love my new mechanic. Meineke has gone above and beyond for me. They came in on a Sunday to finish my car so I could get to work on Monday. They stand behind their work as evidenced by me when a part they had put on broke. They didnt have to tell me that it was one of the things they fixed but they did. Wonderful, caring people.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, ended up paying an extra $17.49 for a new plug, due to them stripping it while changing my oil. It seems like common knowledge that if they break something on my car I shouldn’t be the one paying for it.
They treated me with upmost respect, it didnt take long at all to do my car. They were polite very business-like and the place was very neat and clean and I will take my car back to them again because I love the way they took care of my car.

I had made an online appointment and I had arrived I was greeted and took my car in for brakes on the rear. They promptly went to work on the vehicle and called when it was completed. They first thought I might have a caliper problem and informed me of the work before beginning.Once I approved the go ahead, I was called when the job was completed. They discovered the caliper was good and didn’t need replaced. They could have went ahead and charged me for something I didn’t need.I appreciate their honesty. A few months ago, I thought my breaks were going bad so a friend suggested this location to me and I used it. I was prepared to pay whatever amount necessary to fix my car. As it turns out I just had a bad tire. These mechanics could have lied to me and charged me for fixing breaks and a new tire but they didn’t. They showed me the real problem and saved me almost two-hundred dollars. I drive an hour to use this location and will not take my car anywhere else. These mechanics have integrity and always do a great job.

Arrived at the Statesboro Meineke shop for an oil change. Pulled up their website. Coupons available at this location... Wanted to use the advertised, current coupon for Synthetic Blend oil change Told that they dont honor their own coupons. We only use the Meineke name. That website is corporate. We dont honor their coupons... WTF??Update: called the owner as recommended in the attached reply. The number is the Meineke corporate customer service... The usual sorry to hear that this happened, I understand... But bottom line; false advertising, just SOL with this place... No Customer Satisfaction ..... Coupons are come ons and not valid.... AVOID. ..
Went in for a lot of work done to my car. Turns out I only need an oil change and a few screws tightened. My car is really expense with 26in rims, so I don’t let many people work on my car. Staff is great, and prices even better. This is the ONLY shop I get my cars serviced at. Love these guys!!

I was given fair and wonderful treatment about a brake issue. I took my Rav 4 into the shop last Monday for a free brake inspection. Once I was told the problem by Anthony Crumlich, I was told that it might be covered under warranty. It turned out it wasn’t but when I took my Rav back over week later, Anthony remember who I was and what it was that I needed done on my vehicle. All of the work was done that day and my experience was wonderful. I will continue to bring my car back to Meineke for future repairs.

Have been going here for awhile to get my oil changed. They always remember me and make sure to put the sticker in the window for the recommended next visit. Always pleasant and get your car out as fast as they can! Even came here one time when my side view mirror was bent backwards. One of the guys came out and fixed it within five minutes of looking at it. Then proceeded to charge me an extremely fair price. They are NOT in the business of ripping people off. Highly recommended!!!

Extremely disappointed!!!Visit this store at your own risk.I won’t recommend this particular store in Statesboro, Georgia. Mr. George the manager, after being so courteous over the phone and when I brought in my car for a exhaust inspection, he turned very rude, nasty, and threatening on kidnapping my car while keeping in the store, when I deny to pay a “Lift” fee of $35 that was never asked after I decided no to have any work done.A fee that was never asked before, and it was the main reason I deny to pay it. I was not given the option if I want to pay or not before inspecting my car.Store operators should be at front with customers regarding fee or extras they want to charge.Mr. George called the police and officer Lt. Burrell came in. I did explain the situation, and the officer explained to both of us, that it was a civil case, that it was not crime. Told Mr. George that he could not take my money out of my pocket. Than, I said that my car was kidnapped inside the Store on a lift, and he asked Mr. George to return the car, since that is considered “trespassing on Private Property “. Mr. George said that he will release it by end of the day, while the officer Burrell said to him that he should not becoming “Nasty”. The officer asked again why he did not take the car out, and Mr. George said that his technitian were busy. While Mr. George could have done at the moment. The officer ask Mr. George please to behave, like he knew that Mr. George was into something. The officer left while I should ask him to stay till get my car out of the lift. I sat to wait for Mr. George decision on when to get the car out of there.While waiting, i did some searching on the net and found a cupon for free inspection. I did show to the person that run the estimate, and he said that it was only for a visual inspection in the parking lot. It was not to use it with the lift.About 20min later Mr George decided to take the car out of the lift. Parked my car outside on the street and through the car keys on the middle of the road. Came back to the office, where I stayed most of the time with other customers and asked me to step outside to get the car. As soon as I stepped outside, Mr. George became outrage screaming with his mouth full of profanity words. I walked away while I pulled my cell phone to start a video of his behaviour. But then he walked away saying only a few profanity words, I did some steps back and asked to continue with his behaviour but he run away. Meantime, one of the technician, the one that wrote the estimate came outside and started following me. A customer, came outside and asked the guys to stop those behaviours. Than I went for some groceries. In my way back I decided to file a police report, thinking that it wont be a bad idea to have it, to protect myself and potentially other customers from Mr. George erratic behaviour, but officer Burrell did not see any crime background to write a report.He recommended to make a complaint to the Meineke Corporate office and to the Bureau’s of Business and customers protection.On the other hand, with all my frustration of the very unpleasant moment I experienced,What I understood from Officer Burrell is that to file a report for “Disorderly conduct” seems to apply to regular people or customers but not to store’s managers.Carlos E. I have been going to this establishment since 2009 and I am always pleased with their work and my interactions with the owner and manager. They are honest, professional, and skilled mechanics. I do not drive new vehicles and they have helped me keep them on the road and running in good order. I always go to this shop for oil changes, brakes, AC work, and other repairs. Rip off artist. I am a service manager in Central Florida for a major American car maker and my Son attends Georgia Southern College. I sent him in for an oil change and they charge $63 for what he did not need. I called the shop talked to the owner and he told me he didn’t sell non-synthetic oil and it was the right oil according to his system and that I would just have to get over it. He then cussed me and hung up. Now you think it over and he calls me back and begins to cuss me and hung up again. I called and talked to one of his employees and he has more manners and customer service skills than the so called owner. Meinke will hear from me and I hope everyone in Statesboro Georgia will stay away from this guy he ripped my college son off. To take money from struggling college students is a shame. George is the owner. Let him know how you feel by not doing business with him.
Very friendly and efficient work. Great service. Got my car back within a day which was great.Definitely recommended!! Recommend Anthony at the stateboro ga meineke to do any service. He is fantastic always helps you out in every way he can possible!!! I cant say enough good things about him!! He is just all around 5 stars definitely knows what he is doing and you can tell he enjoys what he does!!
