I get my oil done here every month since a coworker told me about them. I havent had any issues. Theyre very speedy as well as friendly and dependable.

Being from out of town, first tried a TAKE 5 location & their credit card machine was down. Went to Walmart & they said they couldnt get my oil filter off, lol. So went across the street to Rapid Oil. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Id definitely recommend.

While I was impressed with the speed and accuracy in my original review, four weeks has gone by and my check engine light came on as well as my traction control light, followed by the light indicating low oil pressure, meaning I had little to no oil. I was supposed to have another 3,000 miles and I racked up a pretty hefty bill. Looks like Im going to be changing my own oil again now.

They were very quick and very knowledgeable about my car and noticed that my air filter was extremely clogged and replaced it. Did a check of my tires and added pressure where it was needed and made sure before I left that I was happy and pleased with the services. I would surly recommend this area Rapid lube to anyone, they are fast, friendly, and very knowledge of what they’re doing....you’ll be extremely pleased with the service you receive from them.

The guys were extremely helpful!They assessed my vehicle.Checking everything! Changed my oil reset my oil light,changed my wiper blades, found my oil leak, printed it all out,and got me on my way.....at a fair price! Oh I will be going back....in 3000 miles😎 thanks fellas.

I dont know if they are the same company as the tire shop behind them, but the quality of service is excellent. They are fast, friendly, and reliable. The prices are on par with any other oil change place, but the quality of service far exceeds anywhere else. If you are in the Jackson/Clinton area and need an oil change, this is the place to go.

Excellent customer service EVERY time! These guys are quick and always leave my vehicles good to go! I always take my vehicles here and literally leave in about 20 mins or so..

First, the guy who done my oil change was very friendly, fast, and checked everything for me. Most of the guys that work there are very helpful letting you know when other filters need to be changed. Second, the lady that works the counter has the worse customer service I have ever seen. She is rude and talks about things no customer wants to hear. While I sat in my vehicle during the oil change she is constantly hollering and talking to the guys about things that doesn’t even pertain to the job. Management really needs to get a handle on who they hire to work that closely with the public! This was at the Clinton location

Over tightens oil drain plugs with their pneumatic guns causing them to strip and get stuck. They care little about torque specs. Consistently tries to sell you products and services that you dont ask for. They will still perform services that you didnt ask for and you will be charged for it. Friendly people tho.

Fast service but you have to watch them, they check stuff off without doing it like vacuuming, filling washer fluid, and checking all fluids.

I loved the speed, theu picked the right name rapid oil chamge.... The price was higher than the competition but you get what you pay for.....;)

It took them about 15 minute before they started working on my car, but, once they got started, they did a good job.

Fast and friendly service. The first time we came here, all 3 bays were full and backed up by at least 3 vehs in each (a sign of good work, I take it) but we still did not have to wait as long as many other quick oil change places. The team was working to get everyone taken care of asap. They pointed out that my truck could use new belts and hoses, but didnt push the issue. Ill probably go back and have that done soon. The second time, I brought my older vehicle and the team wasnt as busy on that day. I was done very quickly without having to hear that there are 99 problems with my 13 yr old car (because a few are understandable at over 200k miles). These folks do not treat ladies as if they know nothing about cars and that is refreshing.

Normally I receive good service here but I wasn’t pleased with my recent visit. Everything was done sloppily and I had to come back so they could reset my oil light and attempt to vacuum my car again. May be looking for somewhere else to get my oil changed if this type of service continues.

The experience was pleasing today, the service was quick, all the techs greeted me and the lady at the counter was friendly. Sometimes one do not know what a person is going through, but to have all the techs showing hospitality perked up my day.

Did decent work on my car. Fairly fast also. Checked all the fluids and tire pressure.

They had three lines to change oil... there was no fooling around, they change your oil and you are out. Go along about your day.... windows clean, inside vacuum, windshield washer fluid filled, every thing else checked.. very good job yall...

Well i got my oil canged here and 2 days later i went and had a tuneup well they checked my oil it was black and old so the man said that I needed it canged but wait and and well see so instead time came i got the oil changed and I got the oil flushed out new added ok had it checked again it was clean not black or burned you will never again get my service Im paying you to mess my new vehicle up my first oil change this is my third problem other 2 times another vehicle so seems like youre not getting any better only worse
