I will drive all the way from Savannah every time I need to come to the dealership after my experience here. Everyone was super nice and the waiting area is fine (but both times I went there was no coffee.) I was able to get my Jeep fixed two weeks before Jeep North or South of Savannah could even get me in - both places I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences with. Quentin was so friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

I have been looking into getting my 2001 grand marquis looked at for quite some. Quentin got me in and out within 48 hours including getting parts ordered that were not available at the dealership being that its a dodge dealership and it is a ford based product. My ball joints were shot and my rear differential was leaking. Now my car rides and shifts like a dream. Did i forget to mention that I got a transmission fluid change as well? The price was extremely competitive. Quentin walked me through the comments of the technician (Ron) and explained how Ron put anti-seize in various needed locations to prevent wear and tear and also ease any future maintenance. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I began searching online and Brandon promptly contacted me to assist me in my car buying journey. I was originally interested in an Acadia but changed my mind when I saw a Honda Pilot. Brandon sent me a video of the interior and made sure he focused on areas I had interest in. He and others made things so convenient for me to do most of the work via text, phone call, and online. When I got to the dealership, everyone was more than kind and accommodating. I had a rambunctious 3 year old and the staff went above and beyond. Some even entertained her while I was completing the process. I should have read the service department reviews before scheduling an appointment at this dealer. My daughter’s jeep has been having issues. My daughter is a college student living away from home, so this was the closest dealer to her. Big mistake! I called the listed number on the dealer website and it seems that maybe an answering service is used or something. I told the lady who did not give her name and was very hard to understand, that the Jeep was having multiple issues and described everything in detail. Jeep not wanting to start, warning lights coming on, parking brake locking, radio staying on, etc. I assumed she documented my concerns and what needed to be checked as other dealer service departments do. I made it clear that the jeep needed a diagnostic check and that I wanted to know what repair was needed and an estimate before any work was done. My daughter took the Jeep today and diagnostics was not done as I had specifically requested. The lady who spoke with my daughter told her that the Jeep needed a new battery. A new battery was placed. My daughter gets in her Jeep and the mileage which was one of the issues is still constantly flashing. She went back inside and told the lady it was still acting up. The lady stated that diagnostics would need to be done on the Jeep, but it was closing time and she would have to come back. Really?!! That is what I requested when making the appointment!! Not to mention my husband called to speak with the service department to confirm the problem and was hung up on. Horrible experience! We will certainly NOT be back.
On Saturday I saw a post from Brandon Powell’s car salesman (Jimmy Britt) Facebook page. With NO intention of buying, I began to browse through the inventory and came upon a BEAUTY!! I messaged Brandon to see if it was still available, and it was. I quickly (bc of it being LATE Saturday afternoon) rushed over to the dealership. All it took was the test drive and I had to have it. Within a couple of the EASIEST car buying hours I’ve EVER experienced, I was driving away in my 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum edition. Brandon made it SUCH a smooth, easy, actually JOYFUL experience! Purchased two vehicles from Jimmy Britt this week. Our salesman, Braedon, was friendly and energetic and worked hard to find the right vehicles to fit our family’s needs. The entire staff was pleasant to work with and accommodated our work schedules during the buying process.
The salesman was fine to work with but the vehicle I bought needed tires. After some negotiation about tires and price I purchased the truck and was told I would be getting a name brand tire. They put on a lesser known, less expensive tire than what they said. I have checked reviews on this brand and it seems that they are ok but way less money so now I feel they should have come down more on the price. The tires were not in stock so I brought the truck back at 8am and it took over 2 1/2 hours to replace 4 tires. Overall I guess the dealership was ok and Brandon was nice and easy to deal with but I feel they took advantage of the situation and the service department was obviously confused.
I saw the Jeep I wanted online. I emailed asking questions, wanting to just crunch the numbers to see what the monthly payment would be. Richard Morgan, my sales rep, told me to come in and test drive it to make sure its what I really wanted. My experience from beginning to end was great. Richard was very pleasant and helpful. The finance manager Bryon Johnson sealed the deal with the finance magic he worked. I am very pleased with the experience and my Jeep! Went in to have a oil change and tire rotation. I was in a hurry and it went past the time the quoted me on which I was fine with I know how things go. When I went to pay the lady asked the tech did he rotate my tires he said he did. I didnt check it and drove off when I stopped at my next destination my tires where not rotated it was obvious because my front were worn pretty bad on the edges. I called them up they said to bring it back and they will take care of it. When I brought it back two days later the service manager went on to tell me that its best to have your work tires on the back 🤣. Saying I drive a truck I know. I pretty much had to tell him I want what I paid for now rotate my tires. I would not recommend having any work done with Jimmy Britt. They will lie about the work they do and then tried to tell you your wrong for wanting your work done. Ill use Woody Folsom for all my warranty work from here on.
Jimmy Britt had by far the best prices around that was what attracted my wife and I to their dealership from the start. After getting to the dealership Matt Farrah made sure we were taken care of in the most professional way possible from start to finish. He even showed us all the functions of our new Jeep before we left the dealership. A Very courteous and professional individual definitely goes above and beyond for his customers.

I went in to order a vehicle from the other lot in Dublin but once Sadie knew what I was looking for, she found me a better vehicle on their lot. Brendon Harris was genuine and quick to contact us after our online inquiry. He, the sales manager, and the finance manager were diligent in working our deal in a timely manner. We arrived to pick up our vehicle and our paper work was ready and in order. We were given our requested amount on our trade in. Overall we had an excellent buying experience and look forward to future purchases. After 20 plus years in the car business my husband was very impressed with the customer service we recieived from all three of the gentlemen we dealt with in purchasing our vehicle.
Had a somewhat pleasant experience purchasing my Ford 150 last week. Reese (Salesman) was great. Thorough with explanations and answered most questions I had. After truck was delivered last Wednesday, noticed a few things that werent noted during my purchase. Had a blown speaker in the front passenger side door which now crackles and I will have to replace. Also, the single key fob I received doesnt lock the truck, so when I manually lock the truck and then manually unlock the truck the alarm goes off every time. Vehicle has a keypad on drivers door for entry but didnt get the combination so I will have to figure out these 2 things also. The only other thing which was disappointing was the automatic entry step that is either bent or worn out, because it will not fully hide when the drivers door is closed, so I will have to get that fixed. Finally noticed upon delivery that the rear passenger tail light appears to be scratched up pretty bad and did not notice that when I looked at the truck, so I am not sure when that happened. Other than that the truck runs great and am pleased with my purchase.
Best part was the salesman. If you do go here get Braedon. But I would recommend not going here. Braedon and I spent 4 hours getting the best deal and price for the vehicle I wanted. We all agree on price and signed for the price. I come back to buy it, and the price on the financing paperwork is 3,000 more than the price we agreed to. The fact they don’t have the agreed upon price already there is strange so glad I asked to see the price and looked at it before just signing when they say sign here. The GM did honor the price we agreed to but I am disappointed that I had to show them the picture I took of the agreed upon price to get it after I spent 4 hours at the dealership last time just for the price. Overall you can probably get a good deal if you put the time in but be wary though. I don’t have trust in the dealership which is something you need for a good relationship with a dealership.

Once Our vehicle was delivered to dealership, Richard Morgan was there to make the rest of the process as easy and stress free as possible. He made us feel at home at dealership by showing us where service department was located and introduced to several employees. He has made follow up calls and answered all our questions.

Was supposed to initially meet with Matt, but he was with another customer. He introduced me to Amber and I had an amazing experience working with Amber through the process of buying my new truck. She was very nice, fun, and made the buying experience very easy. Matt would check in with us to see if he could help in any way. He really is top notch and cares about the customers. Even the finance/appraiser on my trade in helped me gather information to give to my insurance company. And going over final details and paperwork with the gentleman in the office was spot on. He took his time to explain in detail every warranty option that I had available. We just happen to run into our man Dean on a Sunday who we have bought 3 other cars from. Was talking to him about the Mustang Ecoboost that my wife purchased a year ago and how she wanted a V-8. It turned out that they had a Saleen on the lot. I recieved a call from Reese the next morning with 2 videos that followed the phone conversation. Dean and Reese had went out and made these personalized videos for my wife and I with the Saleen. She was in love with the car without having to see it in person. I have wanted a Dodge Journey for a long time. We located one at Jimmy Britt in Statesboro and set an appointment for the next day. We were only on the lot for a couple of minutes and met up with our salesman Dean. He was awesome. Dean made the experience easy and painless. He answered all of our questions. The manager Jesse was also very welcoming. The finance manager Josh did not try to get me to buy products that I didnt want or need. Overall, my best experience at a dealership EVER. Terrible service. Never told same thing. Came in first day and they diagnosed the problem but could not repair until next day. Came back next day and after waiting almost 2 hours was told they had to order the part but was assurred it would be fixed the next day in about an hour. Waited two hours and was told the tech went to lunch but car probably finished. Just had to wait until tech returned. Now told more work had to be done and usually this is a three hour repair. Nobody here seems to know what they are doing. Biggest mistake ever made was buying from them in first place. Typical Statesboro poor service.
My fiancé and I stood in the showroom waiting for help for about 35-45 minutes. I finally got help from a great gentleman an he got us to William Richards. He really didn’t help us that much at all. I was wanting to trade my vehicle in for a better one an he basically said that couldn’t happen. So we finally got done talking an he wanted me to message him in the morning about a co-signer. He obviously can’t deal with anyone in there 20’s. I can say so far the service department has been helpful. The sad part about this dealership is that they don’t have a tow truck or any rental vehicles for people that would be without a way of going. This was a bad first experience here at the dealership for my fiancé and I.

The sales team seems to be good even though I never dealt with them before. I had my car oil changed with their service department last week though, and the entire experience was below average, just like the last time (only two times with them so far). Mostly because their service staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. They never called me when my car was ready until I called them. Charged me the service that I never asked for and the price was quite higher than the numbers shown on their advertising monitor. The front desk lady was rude and wouldnt even tell me any word about the service result when I asked.The dealership just upgraded their hardware by moving to a new fantastic building, but please also upgrade the software which is your staff!

Not very happy with my service today. I came in last week for an oil change and had some issues with my car that I wanted to see if they could address while I was there. I was told since they were short handed it would be best to make another appointment to come back for the issues I was having. No big deal, I went ahead and booked something for today. I came in today for that appointment and 3 hours later, none of my issues were addressed. Instead a recall not related to my visit was done and they claim the battery in my key fob was near dead and wanted to charge me $10. We had just changed out that battery a few months ago and I never even asked to have it done while in or was told before they did it. So now Im stuck with having to make a 3rd appointment to have the 3 issues that were supposed to be addressed today for another day. I will not be returning to this business ever again.
Experience took a bit longer than I had expected but the team at Jimmy Britt made sure I was always taken care of and kept updated on where things were. Ended up having to leave the first night to think about somethings. To my surprise the guys at the dealership worked their magic the next day and got me a better deal than the day before. I was able to walk away pleased with my new SUV and the price for it. Huge shout out to Brendon and G in sales as well as Byron in finance for all their help.
Super disappointed with the workers at the dealership. Dropped my car off for an oil change and while I’m standing three of the employees that are suppose to be taking my car to get the work done want to sit there and rev my car. I get people get excite when they see a loud sports car but when paying over $100 for the oil-change I would expect it to be done professionally.

My husband and I just purchased a used truck from here and the entire staff was super easy to work with. We live out of state and Conrad was more than willing to go out of his way to accommodate us. The next day we showed up to complete paperwork and it was painless. We spent all of one hour in the dealership and with the finance manager Josh (who was also a delight to work with) I highly recommend this place.
Their customer service is awful. Have been trying to get in touch for weeks. No one ever calls back or is available. We bought a vehicle, put down 8,000 dollars cash plus financed 11,000 we were told 2 things would be fixed. We have a warranty and no one calls you back to set up an appointment with services. So unprofessional. That being said the only redeeming quality was Conrad our sales rep, he was amazing. As far as the auto services customer service is garbage. Wouldnt buy here ever again.

Paid a bit more than I wanted to but they had the Jeep I was looking for and we agreed on a price I could accept. Great staff, very respectful and courteous - Veteran friendly. I am a very detailed and price oriented shopper when it comes to making an investment into a vehicle. Jimmy Britt CJDR by far had the best online pricing within a 500 mile radius. When I discovered multiple problems with my truck they didnt want to help me or even give me a course of action to fix it. Please take a hard look at the paint on your new vehicle they have slipped in the quality control process!Update as of 10 August 2021,Never get called back after numerous phone calls and emails. May have to see legal counsel to get something fixed.

Jimmy Britt Chrysler Service Department is great. They show compassion, professionalism and great customer service. I have been taking my vehicles to them for the past 2 years and they have taken excellent care of my vehicles. The price of repairs is very reasonable and always discuss with me the cost of repairs before doing the work. The Service Department works with their customers needs that best fits their budget. There is is no short cut with this department. They stand behind their work. I would not go to any other Service Department for my vehicles maintenance. I am a customer of Jimmy Britt for as long as they want me.

Jimmy Britt CJDR was amazing to deal with for my purchase! Hands down my sales person, Braedon, was an all star! He answered my pestering emails and texts without hesitation, and fended off other customers trying to get my car before I could get there. When their system went down, he constantly apologized for the inconvenience, which was of not fault of his. Hands down, if/when I upgrade to my next vehicle, I want to work with Braedon again! True professional!

I had an appointment this morning @ 8:50 a.m. with the service department. My main concern was my oil light was on and I wanted my breaks inspected. After sitting for almost 2 HOURS AND NOTICING NO ONE HAD STARTED ON MY TRUCK (no one even came out to update me) I walked out to the service desk asked the status of my vehicle the gentleman looked at me and said I dont know but theyll be getting to it shortly. I immediately let him know this type of service was unacceptable and that I needed to leave. This was my first time going to this dealership and I definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone else.

Recently purchased a new family vehicle from Jimmy Britt Statesboro. Our salesman Dean did an excellent taking car of us from the first phone call inquiring about the vehicle to signing the papers. I enjoyed not feeling like I was being pressured into buying something we did not want!
UpDated......My Husband Matthew McDonald bought a used truck from Jimmy Britt and within a day noticed the truck continuing to get worse and worse with throttle response which created dangerous situations when I pulled out into traffic. I called them when I got back from vacation (2 weeks later) and they generously offered to take a look at it, I’d most likely be able to fix it myself but I just needed to know what was causing the issues. They looked at it for about 3 hours and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong except maybe was a fuel pump issue but they told me they were guessing and it’ll be 1k...Seriously?? Told me to bring it back so they could have it for a couple of days. The reason for my 2 stars is I guess because they tried but I would recommend bringing it to a more well round dealership when it comes to diagnostics and service/repair. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase 1 new/1used from them and I continue to be let down buy these guys.
