My temporary crown fell out. I called the office and they asked me when I could there and they take care of it. When arrived, they were ready and I was in and out. It was great. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Recently, I had a tooth break 😫. Called the next morning and was able to get an appointment that day 🙃. Had my new crown in a very timely manner. My visit today was for a cleaning/checkup. Always friendly service. Always tell others looking for a new dentist to give Dental Works a call 📞.

After a bad experience with a dentist over 30 years ago I can honestly say this crew is AWESOME. I broke a wisdom tooth and finally came to realization that I needed to see dentist. I was full of stress, anxiety and even panicked because of my bad experience over 30 years ago. Everyone here was more than understanding and made me feel as comfortable as possible. They explained everything they were doing, each step of the way. Needless to say, they removed over 30 years of my hatred for Dentistry!!! Love these people and I will be back.

Quick service, staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly, very clean facilities, very convenient location. Ive been a patient for over 15 years and have never had a bad visit. I highly recommend them. My insurance pays for my visits so I cant really comment on prices.

Set an appointment with them 2 weeks prior because I needed to be sedated. The lady ran the bill twice because she didnt factor in the sedation. Get there for my appointment, and they have no record it. There is a huge lack of communication within the office. Dont waste your time with these idiots.

Dr. Luna and his team are just amazing. I look forward to going to the dentist now. They’re really nice when you bring them donuts lol. I will always go to this location. My wife & I have been long time patients of this DentalWorks office. Weve been going here when the office was at Sears!Due to their billing practices, we will no longer be patients of this office. Michelle is a wonderful dental hygienist and Dr. Luna appears to be competent, but the office billing practices are unacceptable.I recently had to have a crown and was presented a statement showing what the cost to me would be after they verified with my insurance company. Pretty normal based on my previous experiences with this office.Today, I open my mail to find theyre charging me almost $400 more than what was originally quoted before I had the procedure.Apparently, some of the charges werent presented to my insurance company for pre-authorization and were denied. From the insurance companys perspective, the additional charges should have been part of the overall price of the crown. Had the office presented ALL the charges to the insurance company for pre-authorization, I would have known what I was on the hook for. Instead, I get a bill a month later for more than twice what I was quoted.I dont know about you, but for me, having to pay almost $400 more than I already paid doesnt sit well.Based on their billing practices, I cannot, will not, recommend this dental practice.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. I have a primary and secondary dental insurance. I was told they do not file secondary insurance and I would have to file it myself and I would have to pay upfront for services upfront, which I did. Its been two months since they received my payment from the secondary. Ive called every week for two month requesting my refund only to be told we will notify Corporate I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. Dental Works response to the BBB was.....we are working with Corporate!!! Today 5-5-21 I called the office and was told that now that you have filed a complaint with the BBB we are only talking with them I cannot imagine that this is a lawful practice to withhold a refund.

I’ve been coming here for years now and no matter what procedure I have the staff here is great!I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on 1/21/21 and all 4 were impacted. The surgeon was super patient with me and all the nurses were nice. I’m pretty freaked out about needles so when IV time came i was so scared, but they got it 1st try and then it was sleep time .I’m about 7 days post op and i’ve had no complications as of yet and most of the pain has subsided! I was feeling pretty good even 3 days after the surgery. They really know what they’re doing here and my experience has been nothing but great so far! thank you for a relatively painless operation.

Would definitely not go. The lady who pre cleaned my teeth literally laughed at them slept saying how “messed up” they are. Then I received a bill and I called them about it 3 different times. I was told not to pay it by three different people. Then calling a fourth time they told me, “nobody would tell you not to pay your bill”. So now I have a bill that’s overdue because they made me wait on it. Just find somewhere else to go cause I definitely will.

They make the whole experience comfortable and easy! Even without insurance they have financing options and with most insurance most things are covered 100%. I was so nervous and they calmed my fears and used numbing gel prior to using numbing needle for fixing my teeth and I experienced (0) No pain at all throughout the procedure. I have recommended Dr.Luna and his staff to all my friends and family! If I could give them a rating out of 10 I would give them 50/10 they go above and beyond for their patients!!!!!!!! Thank you! Used to be great. So many staff changes now. New receptionist (younger one) is rude and doesnt know how to run insurance or take accountability for her errors. Promised free whitenings for life. Im still alive and being told its being stopped. DAs are nice. Dentist is good enough. Customer service and failure to maintain promise will be the reason I go elsewhere.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and most importantly gentle. The dentist took the time to explain what procedures I needed and several options on how to achieve the final results I wanted. Dental assistant went over the payment schedule to make sure I was informed what was being done and how much it was going to cost me.They are following the CDC guidelines regarding the Covid-19 pandemic to protect not only themselves but their patients. I felt very safe in their care.I highly recommend this office, staff and dentists.

I cant recommend DentalWorks in Belden Plaza enough.My son had an excruciatingly painful emergency after our regular dentists business hours on a Saturday morning, and not only was DentalWorks open, they were welcoming and warm... even though we were not established patients.Due to my sons pain (that he thought he could ride out after an emergency room visit) we had not slept in more than 48 hours. We were ragged and rough, but they calmed both of us down in seconds and Dr. Luna fixed my sons pain in MINUTES.They were out of our network so I paid in cash, but it was AFFORDABLE and even if it had not been, they have several plans to help someone who works with a different insurance company or maybe doesnt have dental insurance at all.Angels.They are angels and I would recommend DentalWorks to anyone.

Ive never had a bad experience, but Id probably wait until COVID restrictions are lifted to book your next appointment. The staff took significant safety measures but it sounds like when they clean your teeth it can shoot germs into the air, so its best to wait if you can

I am happy with the staff and the dentist. My only problem was when I went this time I was charged an extra $10 to pay for the protective gear that the staff wears while I am there because of the corona virus. I took a survey of everyone I knew on Facebook and no other dental office is charging this fee. The only thing different was the dental hygienist wore a paper gown over her uniform. That should not have cost me an extra $10.

I am a private pay ortho customer. I agreed on a price, verified there are no hidden fees or copays for office visits. They sent a bill for their ppe gear. It was in my minor daughters name. Her name was also spelled wrong. The appointment I was to pay an extra ten dollars for was an appointment that they didn’t have her ortho gear. There was no reason for the appointment and it wasted my time to be there. Anyways, I complained and they did not even acknowledge I had a complaint. They didn’t return my call twice and today I could t get ahold of anyone from corporate. I switched back to Akron Dentalworks- Belden is unprofessional, in it for just the money, unorganized and would rather power struggle over 10 dollars than to give a call back.

They are absolutely great! I recently moved and changed jobs so I needed a new dentist. I went to the Dentalworks in Parma before COVID and loved them, but hours were shortened and I was moving more south. I went to Aspen Dental in Canton a month ago because at the time they were the only office post-COVID with late hours. Apparently they refuse to do same day new patient visits with cleanings and I had a terrible experience with them blowing me off to get a simple cleaning done. Dentalworks was able to fit me in for a cleaning and to fix my chipped tooth in a few days. Turns out, I actually had 2 cavities that the dentist at Aspen failed to mention! In addition, times accommodate my busy schedule as well, which is awesome! They now have 2 days where they are there until 7pm, which helps when I’m done at 5pm from my workday. Staff was super nice and helpful. I loved my Dentist and he was able to answer all of my concerns. I will definitely be coming back!

They were great. I got in fast, they focused on the issue that I had without giving me additional x-rays or even making me wait longer than a minute. The dentist was great as well. He addressed the issue and gave me his recommendation on how to proceed. Didnt try to sell me on things that I might need in the future. Very happy.

I have been going to DentalWorks for about 25 years. I have always felt comfortable there and always received excellent care.

I am the biggest scardy cat when it comes to dentists. I have had a lot of bad experiences. But not here - they were very friendly, very calming and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I have a lot of work to be done and while not looking forward to it all, I am not the nervous wreck I was before.

I like my hygienist and pretty much I am in and out. I was charged $10.00 extra to cover expenses for Covid 19. I was not informed of this until the day of the visit. I feel that its not my responsibility to pay for employee PPE. Really very distasteful to charge clients for this.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but DentalWorks makes it not so bad. Everybody is very nice, the office is clean and bright. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes. One time I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken right in. Definitely recommend.

Had my second visit yesterday. Both visits, I was in a lot of pain. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the problem. The staff were all very friendly and understanding as I was emotional about the diagnosis and treatment needed. Today I am pain free and so thankful for the staff at DentalWorks Belden. Dr. Russo and Dr. Luna are both gentle and empathetic dentists.

They were amazing with my 4year old. It was her very first dentist apt. The entire staff was great with her, from x rays to her cleaning. She is actually excited to go back. My experience was good as well. Very pleased.

Went in with a chipped tooth. Left with a chipped tooth. No payment plans are available. For crowning one tooth my bill was almost $400 after insurance. Almost $4k total bill. My total work up is priced at over $20k out of pocket. This place is a joke. I’ve never gone into a dentist office in pain and left with nothing done, still in pain.Furthermore my wife went in with the same insurance and was billed twice for a routine cleaning $250! This company is a joke. Plan on emptying your savings account if you go here.

I am a semi truck driver and live in a different state altogether. Had a tooth problem and I called them and told me that they should be able to help. I went there and the Professionalism that this office showed me was just Outstanding. If I cant find a Dentist that I am comfortable with where I live I will definitely try to come back here and get my dental work done here. They were very Impressive..

Fast and convenient. Had a toothache and my regular dentist couldnt see me for a month. Called several other dentists and same thing. Found Dental Works online and was super easy to make an appointment the same day.

If you don’t have insurance don’t bother. It cost me 162.00 $ for an x-ray & a dentist to put to fingers in my mouth, tell me I needed 2 teeth pulled & wrote me a script for an antibiotic. They showed me how much 2 teeth would cost 1338.00 ! For 2 teeth! So I technically paid 162.00$ for a prescription. Not including filling it . Left hopeless& feeling like people like me on social security & so don’t matter.

Worst experience you could have. Never would go there again.Few weeks ago, I called DentalWorks Belden Village to schedule an appointment with the hygienist because the dentist I was going to didn’t have a hygienist on staff for a month. When I called, I clearly mentioned I have my X-Rays from August of this year. I just need the appointment with a hygienist because my dentist doesn’t have one.The appointment was scheduled at noon yesterday.I called a day before my appointment because I had a couple of important meetings around my appointment time. The staff was kind enough to schedule me for 9 am. I double checked with them and said, I just need cleaning done. I have given you all info. Do you need anything else? I was told I am good and “see you tomorrow at 9”.I go for my appointment and the hygienist without telling me was getting ready to do X-Ray. I took the instrument out of my mouth and said I told my X-Rays were done in August. Why are doing a full X-Ray. She left the room, came back and said I have 2 options, either run to my dentist and get the X-Rays or do new X-Rays. Twice now, when I called and asked if I need to provide anything other than my insurance info, I was told no. Then, when I go there, they wanted my X-Ray without which they will not treat.Why was I not informed when I called twice to ask about it? No, it’s not common sense.I wasted an hour between driving there and back to work and spending 20 minutes and not getting treated.Thanks

Assistant was polite. She was very careful adjusting my braces as she remembered Im very sensitive. Dr is always smiling.

I went in to get a scheduled crown. After I was in the chair, the financial person came in and told me that the Advantage Plan that I had just signed up for 2 months prior for discounts with private pay was no longer valid. I would have to sign up for yet another plan they had switched to. Of course it was another, larger down payment then the one I had just done 2 months prior. There is also a monthly payment for these plans. I informed the Office girl that I was not notified of any change and they were still debiting my account for the monthly payment. All she could do was say, well you think about what you want to do. I made the choice to leave without getting my crown as this was VERY bad business on their part. Nine days later I received notice that my original plan would only be valid for another 6 weeks !!!!! I should of been able to get my crown on that plan as it was still valid as of my appointment day with almost 2 months to go!!!!! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. BAD business and customer service.

My first time to DentalWorks was a great experience. Very clean facility and the most friendly and caring staff. Dr. Russo was very nice and empathic. He and the staff made sure I was comfortable and I can say for the first time during a dental visit, I felt relaxed and comfortable through out my x-rays, exam and during the dental work I needed.Highly recommend.

Since my previous review (shown below)... I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. They did contact my wife and were able to smooth the gritty feeling on her $4000 bridge. The office manager was very accommodating and my wife was treated very kindly. They did not charge her for the x-rays but did charge her for an office exam. The dentist who actually did the bridge has retired. My wife was impressed with the dentist who saw her, Dr. Luna. He did not seem rushed and took time to talk to her. DentalWorks response to my review states that she had not been seen for 1.5 yrs but they still fail to mention anything about how a bridge that cost THOUSANDS of dollars should last a LONG time. My wife is still concerned with the fact that it has worn down and became gritty after only 1.5 yrs.My wife went in for a toothache. They did x-rays and sent her to another doctor for a root canal. But also convinced her that she needed a dental bridge replaced that was over 10 years old (but was not bothering her in the least). There are so many details involved with this whole thing that I cant even write them all. Spent $4000 for the replacement bridge which has never been quite right. Now 1 1/2 yrs later the bridge is feeling grainy and rough. I went in to see if they could make it feel smooth again and they would not even look at me (or let me see the dentist) unless I paid $140 for x-rays. Personally I think they should stand behind their work and should have fixed it free of charge!!! A $4000 bridge should last a LONG time. In fact Dr. Russo told me his bridges sometimes last a lifetime. Sooooo disappointed.

I had a horible toothache. They were able to give me an appointment at the last minute. They found an abscess on the x-ray and gave me a prescription. I want to thank all the staff for helping me. They were very kind and I feel so much better.

Amber the dental hygienist was wonderful. I felt like I received a great cleaning. She was very helpful telling me things to make my gums better. She was also extremely gentle. I definitely want to see her again. Brenda at the check out desk was very helpful to help me with getting the hygienists I want for next visit. I had a filling come out and they made room in their busy schedule for me. I called in, spoke to Trish about which tooth could be affected and she made time to pull up my records and give her opinion. Dr Russo is one of the very best dentists in Stark county!

I cant confess that going to the dentist is my favorite thing in life but the people at DentalWorks at least make it tolerable. Ive been going to DentalWorks for several years for checkups and cleaning. Ive also had crowns put in with no problems. The technicians were attentive and professional. Sometimes with any cleaning there can be some pain as the technician digs around with sharp tools, but on my latest visit the technician, Taylor T., was exceptional in her care and thoroughness.

I really enjoyed my visit to DentalWorks due to very friendly staff and dentist. They made me feel comfortable and there was no pain at all when putting a temporary crown and the permanent crown. I was pretty nervous at first as I am not fond of going to the dentist but I was treated very well and in a timely manner. I was pretty impressed. I will definitely be coming back to DentalWorks.

As we all know the dentist really isnt our preferred place to go, but we all must. The girls at dental works make scheduling appointments not only easy, but they also take the time to explain what will be going on during the appointments. My experiences with dentists have been rough and when I first moved up here and had to change dentists I was nervous, but to my surprise Dr. Russo and the great staff at the Belden office took care of me and helped steer me in the right direction to better smile. They will do everything they can to try to save your teeth by offering treatment plans and discussing all options that can be done to help.

Not sure that anyone actully enjoys going to the dentist, but I must say they made it enjoyable as possible . The new dentist in there was great and personable and I must add pretty good with a needle. Staff in the back and front very pleasant . I’ll be staying here with this practice .

Theyve been very good at working with me regarding some pain around a tooth which previously had a root canal by a previous dentist.Dr. Russo suggested we take the cap off and try to discover where the pain is from, possibly a cracked tooth. Very happy to work with him and his staff who are always friendly and very helpful.

I had an excellent experience at this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and taken back for my exam within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and enjoyed carrying on a conversation. They seemed very knowledgeable. I was done and out the door within 40 minutes. The new facility looks nice. My next appt is already scheduled!

Dental Works has taken care of my family of five’s teeth for over 9 years and has done an excellent job. Over the years, one son had braces, we collectively have had over 20 cavities, and of course there was miscellaneous work such as taking care of decay under cavities, chipped teeth, etc. It is always easy to get through on the phone to make an appointment, and it is never difficult to reschedule an appointment when needed. The wait time is also very short, if any. We highly recommend Dental Works at Belden Village. I dont have a Google account, so Im posting under my daughters account. -- Heidi Muica
