Awesome service and great people who was happy to be at work. Went for a oil change and it seem like it took 3 minutes to do. Which is great and we was able to stay in the car! That was my first time but it definitely won’t be the last!!

Just got an oil change here and was pretty disappointed. The oil that was used was high mileage oil and a basic oil change was asked for. The process was very quick, but about 3 or 4 people came up asking to complete things that just did not need doing. In all, it caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety and I would recommend going somewhere else.

On 9/18/21 I had my truck serviced. Jiffy Lube overfilled it by several quarts. They drained some out but did not get it to the right level. I checked it when I got home, it was still over full. I drained 2+quarts before I got it close to the full mark. I guess for $139 I spent they figured they would throw in an extra few qts of oil.

The service was awesome. Very knowledgeable and good-natured people who make it a priority to take care of your vehicle!

I took my car in on April 11. Just needed an oil change. My reverse light was out, they fixed that, they also let me know I had a slow coolant leak. When I went to leave my battery had died and they jumped my car off so I could get to the parts store. 10/10 service, excellent customer care, and very nice staff. Great job everyone, thanks for being awesome at what you do!

What they do is very little. But they do it well. What they dont do is a lot, and thats usually one of the things you need done.

Went and got my oil changed on my 528I bmw and they literally did the oil change in 7 mins. Caused my car to have a horrible oil leak. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DRIVING A NICE NEWER CAR. I Would NOT RECOMMEND

I had them replace my Fuel filter on my f-150. I had already tried to do it, and I knew the front side seemed to be stuck, and I let them know and they were okay with it. After they fought it for a while, it was for sure broken, likely before I touched it. They not only replaced the fuel filter, they fixed the broken connector! Thanks so much!

Quick and friendly service and a clean location

This location installed a new battery with a warranty for my Mercedes-Benz GL450. They used a Memory Saver to preserve all of my presets and vehicle programming. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. A local imports shop quoted me $600 for the same service and said they would need my car for a day. 100% recommend this location for their oil change and maintenance services.

Ive always had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Their employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and FAST! They offer a lot of different services, but Ive never once felt as if they were trying to push me into purchasing anything I didnt want. 5/5 across the board, I highly recommend them.

The service here is not bad. Its efficient, not too bad of prices, quick service and friendly people. I will say though, they messed up my payment and now I probably won’t return. When I went to pay, the lady who took my payment gave me my receipt and went back inside. Well I didn’t look at it till I went to leave, and noticed they didn’t have the correct name, type of vehicle or the license plate number. I asked one of the guys who serviced the car about it. He told me it was nothing to worry about this was the correct receipt that the woman probably just imputed the wrong name, but everything was okay! I left and not even 30 minutes later, they are calling me saying I paid for another individual (The individual who’s name was on the receipt that I specifically asked about!!) but refunded me and that I needed to come back to pay for mine. I was at work and was unable to come back before they closed which I explained to the girl I would call her back or come by the following day since I would be at work before they opened. The next day comes and they called me and my fiancé MULTIPLE TIMES and left voicemails about when I was able to pay all before noon while we were both at work and were unable to answer the phone. I do not appreciate being harassed about an error that JIFFY LUBE made even after I ASKED about it!!!!! Just that experience alone and the way they handled the situation makes me never want to come there again. I told the woman that I didn’t appreciate them calling me multiple times even when I told them when I was going to be up there and so did my fiancé, it felt like all they cared about was getting their money, not the fact that they screwed up and this was an error on their part. No apology just a “where’s my money” tone.

I got to Jiffy Lube to check air. The staff was extremely polite, and was very helpful. They have some of the most courteous staff I’ve ever met. They service was very quick. I had one of my air caps missing and they quickly replaced it with another one for free. I recommend this place to anyone!

Don’t get services done by this location. Switched out my cabin filter with a low-quality one yet charged $25 for it. Ordered one online for $7 that was much better. They told me I had an oil leak and referred me to their mechanic “friend”, but I got it inspected by a real professional and there was no oil leak to be found. Money pit. That’s what Jiffy Lube is.

Ive been using this Jiffy Lube for years whenever I dont change my own oil. The prices are great, not much more than doing it yourself, and the bit you pay more than DIY means you also have your tire tread checked, other fluid levels checked, and visual inspection for places you may not think of if youre not that vehicle saavy. Quicker than waiting in a fast food drive thru, and the crew here are all helpful and courteous.

Great speed, but the price was ridiculous. I got a tire rotation and oil change and it was 90 something dollars. I personally have never paid that much for oil change and tire rotation, I usually pay 40 at most. I guess you just pay for speed at jiffy lube, if thats the case great service. RIP poor college students.

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and I came in for an oil change. It took less than 10 minutes total, and all the employees were SO nice! Sam helped check me out and she was so nice and helpful to me the whole time. Will definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend them!

Would NOT recommend at ALL!! this place is horrible, they have messed up my car twice. Once with a tire rotation & then with the oil filter. They have no clue what they are doing here.

We got a oil change and asked them to top off transmission fluid but some how they forgot so we called and they gave us two quarts for free come to find out we had a leak

I dont know what happened. They used to be very respectful and great with customer service. I had to walk inside and ask for service and where to park my car multiple times before I got an answer.I was also charged for tasks on the service checklist without those tasks actually being performed (one being the window cleaning). They went from being quick to slow, and professional to somewhat rude. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? But if I cant trust them to wash my windshield when Im being charged for it, why should I trust them to work under the hood?Very quick and professional, youre in and out. The customer service is also excellent. (old review thats unfortunately no longer true).

Good service fair prices

Took my CTS V in for service prior to an 8 hour trip. They over inflated my tires from the recommended 32 psi to 52 psi. I did not catch it until 3 hours into my drive. It permanently damaged at least one $370 tire. All tires were properly inflated prior to my visit. Typically, I have had good, professional service at this location.

Good service but over look what they do. First time I went they didnt put the fuel filter on right which made it leak oil then after that took it back for another oil change and they stripped my screw but failed to mention it to me but instead wanted to tell me every other thing that was wrong with my truck! Went there for an oil change and nothing else. I checked all my fluids before hand. I went in there and they sold me a top off fluids and changed my oil. I went to check my fluids afterwards and it was not done. They were the same as I saw them prior.
