I called them about a flat tire at 4:45 on a weekday (they close at 5) and they came & picked up my car & I got it car back all fixed up by 10 AM the next morning! So thankful for this place! Thank you Express Tune and Lube!

If you don’t want your drain plugged stripped and a smart mouth, unprofessional, worker named Joey charging you 30+ for a mistake his “experienced workers” made, you might want to go somewhere else. Hopefully my car doesn’t explode from whatever else they messed up lol.

So Ive been going to express tune and lube when Ive had big things done on my truck. Had a water pump replaced. They did an absolutely awesome job and they washed and they fix my air conditioner. Super nice people and they will tell u the honestly truth what is going on with your vehicle. Thx guys I will be going with tire and lube express from now on as long as I live in Statesboro ga.

Came in and told them my issue and they took it to the back in less than 5 minutes. Upon doing so they let me know of an issue I had no idea would happen and told me what it would be to fix it and have it driving straight once again. After all repairs were done and everything was sorted, my vehicle now drives straight as an arrow. Highly recommend these guys! Great customer service and extremely friendly.

These guys took care of business with fair and honest prices. Before I went here to let them check my front brakes and rotars I had another shop charge me estimate the job as much for the same thing as these guys. They even offered to give me a ride back to campus. I dont want my tires or brakes to mess up for a while but if they do Ill be coming back.

The guy I talked to seemed very confused about what part I needed replaced on my car. Never called me back with a price.In response to the owners response:John,No, I have not been to your shop. Your employee never called me back with the price of doing the work to my car. When I called, he took my information and said hed call me back. Roughly an hour later, he did call me back. He needed me to CLARIFY what I wanted done to my car (CV axle on both sides). He didnt understand, Im guessing, that I didnt want the boots replaced but the axles. Once I clarified for him what I wanted done, he said hed get the prices and call me back. He still hasnt. So, no, I havent been in the shop. I was trying to become a customer. Now, I will not.

Lights on the dash came on. I was able to drop off my vehicle late that evening after work. Mid morning the next day, they called me with the diagnosis. Had it fixed shortly after lunch. No more problems with it. I would use them again. My wife and I are very happy with the service we received.

I’m a junior at Georgia Southern, and I’ve stopped in this place to have oil changes done here and there over the last 3 years. Back in March I went in for the first time for a repair with a major transmission cooling problem with my F150. I am very cautious with the shops I use and the repairs I let them do, because given my age some in the past have been quick to try and screw me over because I’m young. I made it well known I’m sure when I originally brought it in. They answered all my questions, and had my full confidence in what they were doing. Before they did any work they made sure the radiator didn’t actually have to be replaced. Sadly, I ended up having to replace the entire radiator (which they showed me why). Price was more than fair and repair was done by mid day, way faster than I expected. Great customer service as always.

Wouldn’t recommend for washing and detailing. Car still had water spots, and they didn’t even attempt to wipe down my interior inside my car. Whoever was in charge asked me to come back Monday to get it done . I took my car at 10:30am and they called me at 4:30 to come pick it up just for it not to be right.

Ive had my car in for service several times, and Ive never had any problem. The staff is courteous, the waiting room is nicely appointed, and the repairs have always been quickly done and well-executed. Ive never been overcharged or charged for repairs that I didnt need. I dont get what the other reviewers are talking about. That hasnt been my experience at all.

Ive been bringing three cars here for about two years now. Never any issues. Theyve always called before doing any additional work (if they noticed something was in need of repair) and are always friendly to greet you when you walk in.

I have been going to this shop for two years now. They always are very friendly and do their best to give me great auto mechanical advice and help. Everyone knows auto shops take advantage of their customers but I do not feel like they do. They recently put a refurbished engine im my truck and everything seems good. Unluckily my tire blew out after I left. I dont know if it was from their shop but, I had to put a spare on. I dont see them as people to intentionally have that happen but it did. Regardless they are nice people and seem to have the best interest of the customers need. Highly recommended from someone with bad vehicle luck.

This was my first visit to Express, and I was quite impressed. I was greeted warmly, well treated, and the service was expedient. This may or may not be the norm, but I was offered a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut while I waited. Also, one of the staff, having noticed the tread wear of my tires, found a comparable tire at an exceptional price for me and gave me an estimate for purchase and installation. I was very appreciative of the time and care, and Ill definitely return!

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I used them before they became awful so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They do always tell you something is horribly wrong with your car. The first strike was when they attempted to replace the computer in my car. It took them 2 weeks to get it in and they would call me every morning and tell me the car would be ready, then every afternoon it was some new delay. When I finally got it back the girl at the counter snottily informed me that there were ants in my car. Really, because they werent in there 2 weeks ago. I never saw an ant but when I got home I opened the hood and found oil running and dripping off of everything. They had unscrewed the oil cap and laid it on top of the engine. I called them and was told that they didnt do it...I must have done it and forgotten. I must have stopped on the way home, unscrewed it and forgotten. They didnt offer to clean up the mess or apologize. Then a week later my alternator went out and I took it back because I figured it had something to do with their work. I paid for new alternator that day. The next day they had to replace that one because it was under warranty. Then the next day they replaced the replacement..5 alternators later it turned out they had missed setting some sensor and it was frying the alternator. I Googled the issue and showed up with the print out on how to fix it and handed it to them. The third strike came a couple of weeks later when my radiator burst. They replaced it with apparently no problems. Awesome, right? Then a couple of days later in the car port I noticed a red puddle under the car. They had not in face tightened the hoses to the radiator and I had lost almost every drop of transmission fluid. I havent been back, I take it to Eagle Automotive (they are wonderful) and Ive only had to have the spark plugs and spark plug wires replaced in the past 4 years since I stopped letting Express Tune touch my car (other than tires, oil and brakes). It is amazing how much stuff broke on it while they were fixing it. Im not saying it was deliberate, I dont know, but if they are that sloppy and making unnecessary repairs to jack up the bill they should not be in business. My advice to people is that if you break down in front of Express Tune then go in and ask them to call you a tow truck to take your car somewhere else:-)

We Express Tune and Lube! They are really the only mechanics in the Boro we trust to not rip us off. They are Christian owned and operated. Weve had them repair numerous things over the years on several cars and trust them 100%. Since weve moved out of town, they continue to service a car we left with our sons who are still in college in the area. They are very flexible with our requests and happy to work with us to make sure their car remains safe to drive.

I recommend no one to use this place I took my truck in for an alignment and rotate and balance. They called me and said they done the rotate and balance and seen my hub barring was bad and couldnt do the alignment. Went to pick up my truck not only did they charge me for rotate and balance but also charged me an additional inspection fee of 29.95 that was never told to me that they done until I went to pick it up and threatened to keep my truck until I paid the fee. So I paid it and when I left they rotated the tires wrong and messed up the balance. Therefore it caused my truck to shake in which it wasnt doing before I took it there. So I took it back to be fixed they gave me my thirty dollars back and told me to take my truck somewhere else to fix the rotate and balance they wasnt responsible for it. So I had to go somewhere else and pay for another rotate and balance in less than two weeks.

Took my 1990 jeep grand wagoneer to Express Tune and Lube and had them install a new exhaust system. Man these guys are for real they do outstanding work. From the look of the quality job I received I can tell they take alot pride in what they do. Jerry informed me his son installed the system and for a young man he did a fantastic job. I would never recommend anyone go here for work on your car. twice now I have been in there for different reasons and each time i have left with an unwanted front end alignment that i never asked for. and when i told them i didnt want it they told me they were already half way done. A little heads up would be nice. or you could just ask me. But definitely NOT reccommended

They continually lied to me!!!! they told me my transmission was the problem and it would cost over $1000 (the problem was the axle), and tried to refuse to allow my father to tow my car back to Atlanta. They tried to confuse me and mix up what my father was telling them thinking I wouldnt call my dad back and ask him. Then they accused me of stealing a clip board! They were the WORST auto place ever!!! Rude, liars, crooks.
