DO NOT GO HERE!! I REPEAT TO DO NOT GO HERE. THOSE OTHER REVIEWS ARE A LIE! I went to get a simple oil change on September 12, 2021 & they messed my car up!! Before I went for the oil change my A/C was working great & I drive a Camaro. Get there their working on my car & my A/C doesn’t work at all. The most had to touch a something for it not to work because I’ve never had this problem before when I get my oil change from other places. They were rude about it when I told them to fix it & when I came back for them to fix it they said they couldn’t work on it because they were closing also they didn’t close til 2:00 that day so they closed early for some reason. Then they tried to charged me over something they did. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I really wish they would get shut down because I just bought my car & all of a sudden my A/C doesn’t work?
Great service with genuine customer focus. Experienced a oil leak because my previous service center overlooked an old leaking washer. Walked into Complete car care and they quickly got me in, showed me exactly what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. Fast and friendly with a great price!
DO NOT GO HERE! I have NEVER been treated as poorly or disrespected as badly as a paying customer as I was by Complete Car Care. I took my car in and paid $145.61 for them to fix what they said was a clog in my A/C. The A/C continued to leak into the floor board but it was colder outside so I wasnt using it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it back months later with the same issue. The front desk employee took my contact information down and said theyd call when they diagnosed the problem. I was fine with paying the diagnostic fee if it could help resolve the issue. I dropped my car off in the early morning and still hadnt heard anything after lunch so I called and was told my car had already been fixed. I have never had any work done on my car at another car business in which i didnt approve the charge before they fixed it. When I got to Complete Car Care they gave me a bill of $341.63 for work they had already completed without my approval. The owner, Michael, came to the desk and said he had tried to contact me but when he showed me the text thread the number was not mine. He said the front desk employee must have entered it wrong (not an excuse to work on the car before getting approval). I realized my A/C was still leaking fluid into my passenger floorboard so my husband called them today to see if they could resolve the issue we have now paid for them to fix TWICE without actually fixing it. The owner was HORRIBLY rude and told my husband that he could come to the business and handle it in person like a man. I was shocked and called the owner back myself since I had been the one present at each car service. The owner was so incredibly rude. He told me that this isnt Chickfila and hes not in the business of customer service. He told me that he wouldnt have paid the bill in my situation. I still cant believe the owner of a business said he would not have paid a bill to his business if the same situation happened to him. If he wouldnt have paid the bill then obviously he knows he did something wrong. I cannot remember a time in which anyone has spoken to me as rudely as he did or been and i have never had a business tell me they dont care about customer service. My coworkers heard the conversation and could not believe how rude he was either. Needless to say, I will NOT ever be going back there after wasting $487.24 and will tell everyone I know to choose a business that actually repairs your car when you are a paying customer and cares to fix their mistakes if the car still isnt fixed.
They always take care of my wifes car. Their prices are competitive and fair. The staff fish friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend them.

Amazing place to have your vehicle serviced. The owners is a nice honest man. The staff is friendly and always nice. I typically do my own work but sometimes I have not the time or tool to fix it I will take my vehicles there and only there. Would recommend this shop hands down.
One of my favorite places to have my car looked at and worked on. One mechanic, Bobby, is the best guy in the building. He does his best to make sure I know what needs fixing, and WHY. Definitely my kind of customer service!

Cl500 is hard to work on, but they replaced the rear window motor and parts that the motor runs to move window up and down. They did a perfect job, kept me informed on parts needed and when they would arrive. AFTER A FEW MONTHS THE WINDOW QUIT WORKINGTHE KEPT STALLING AND ENGINE DYING. COST ABOUT $ 800 AND 2MONTHS TIME, I QUIT LETTING THEM WORK ON IT. THE BATTERY WOULD NO LONGER CHARGE (had a dead cell) $ 140 NEW BATTERY AND GUESS WHAT..... CAR QUIT DYING AND ID VERY DEPENDALE NOW. AFTER ALL THIS, I WOULDNT TAKE A BICYCLE TO THEM TO REPAIR. I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS YOU TO CHOOSE A RELIABLE REPAIR SHOP!!
The worst place ever! My car is still doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. I paid $600 thinking the problem was fixed but now they want to charge me an extra $400 to do something they should’ve did when I dropped it off the first time. Then after talking to my sister she said they did her the same way and she paid $1200. They ripping people off!! If I could’ve gave them no stars I would’ve.

BEST CAR SERVICE EVER: I went here to get a battery terminal replaced, and I got sooo much more. They only charged me $15 while other places were trying to charge me $70. Not only did they replace my battery terminal in under 10 minutes, but they also bolted down my battery, cleaned the corrosion off of the other terminal, AND checked my oil at no extra charge. They were super friendly and I could tell they were trying extra hard to be sanitary in these hard times. I could not believe how well I was treated. Being a young girl, most people will try to cheat me on prices because theyll assume I know nothing about cars, but that was not the case here at all. I will be coming back if I have any more car trouble.
Had some work done on my moms car yesterday. The work seems satisfactory. This was the second time Ive taken her car to this place upon recommendation from the salesman from whom we bought it. From the first visit and definitely after yesterday, I will not be returning! Meghan at the front counter is always trying to rush me off the phone and acts as if she hates doing her job. She has such an abruptness about her every time Ive dealt with her. Michael, the owner, seems just about as brusque as she is! From dealing with him a few months ago to speaking with him on the phone yesterday, I dont care how he handles business. As I was speaking with him, I even mentioned to him that Meghan didnt seem to have time to listen to me trying to explain about my moms car and he didnt have any response. She even told me on the phone yesterday that she wasnt really paying attention to what I had said to her the day before when I dropped off the car. She also had closed up early and had the doors locked when I got there with the car before closing time. She informed me there was a drop box in the back. This could have been told to me on the phone when I called and spoke with her earlier checking about closing time. If you work in a type of business that provides a service to customers, there should be a good standard business practice of showing the customers good or even superb customer service. I waited to hear from them for 7 hours after returning an initial phone call from Michael that morning. He phoned at 8:30 and I phoned back around 8:36. When I spoke to him in the afternoon around 4:30, he tried to tell me twice that he had never received a call back and the work had not been done because of this. He did say he had been in Savannah with a dying friend. Im certainly not trying to be insensitive to his situation but since I had previously dealt with him and Meghan and got the same type of service as yesterday, I decided to write this review. If youre looking for vehicle maintenance where you are listened to and communicated with in a friendly, timely manner, THIS IS NOT IT!

The level of expectation was low, i mean, after hearing horror stories of unsatisfied people that have to pay a high deductible for repairs that fell short of expectations... this company changed my mind, went above and beyond what i needed and asked for. I needed quite a bit... the car was like new when i got it. I couldnt believe it. And its a 2005 lexus which was a birthday gift from my grandmother. So i have never seen it look so good!Micheal and Billy did an excellent job on the body work and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Got my oil changed and it was quick, the price was kind of steep 74.92 but I had no where else to go. I had an issue with my glove compartment being taken out, I thought it was broken one of the other guys didn’t put it back in properly but Mr. Leo came right out and fixed it for me after I arrived back with the issue.

Huge shout out to this crew. They have taken excellent care of our older motor home since we purchased it. They recently replaced the awning and a couple of other jobs but had a mix up with one repair. The owner guaranteed the work and stuck with his original estimate in spite of many extra hours of work. Really honest guys! I took my car in because the last time I got it serviced at the dealership, they told me my brake pads were really low but I wanted to go to a cheaper place. The guys at Complete Car Care looked at my brakes for free and told me there was nothing wrong and that the dealership was just trying to rip me off. It is really refreshing to go to an auto repair place and not get ripped off, especially as a young girl who knows nothing about cars. Definitely recommend going here!
This is by far the best shop there is! Their new location is on Stambuk lane right across from Parkers, and they have excellent customer service and stand by their work. They have highly trained mechanics who know what theyre talking about, and the owner, Mike, is one of the nicest people I have ever met!I regret not knowing about them sooner because they are the first shop I truly trust. Whether you need your oil changed, your car detailed, or something more complex, I highly recommend you take it to Complete Car Care. They literally specialize in everything, and they dont try to rip you off like most of the other shops in the area.
Had to upgrade the clutch in my Miata but I didnt have time to do the work myself since Im a student. The owner gave me his word that they would not touch the car until I came in to explain how to install the special twin disc clutch, since he didnt want to listen to me explain it himself. I come in and they already installed it. Upon inspection, the bellhousing bolts arent in the right spots, some are loose, ground straps missing, car wont start.No amount of negotiation with the owner can get them to take responsibility for their mistakes. He told me to my face that it was cheaper to let me walk than to fix the mistakes they made. Had to have the car towed home.

Auto work is high tech these days and therefore expensive, but they have always guaranteed their work and helped me keep old cars on the road. Brought in a 09 VW in for an ignition replacement and a 01 Chrysler in for a broken tie rod with a bunch of other issues. Both times the service was quick and professional, the staff was honest, friendly and knowledgeable, and they actually give you an accurate written estimate before doing any work. They show you the root of the problem so you yourself know exactly what your car needs and were honest and upfront about the the costs. After so many shady experiences at other shops, its nice to have a shop thats trustworthy and wont intentionally try to cause you problems in the future. Much thanks goes out to these guys for their integrity and doing the job right. Other shops could take a serious lesson from yall. Will definitely be back for future repairs. I WOULDNT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON MY WHEELBARROW. HORRIBLE! Told me they would put a good motor in my car and it didnt even make it 1/2 a mile down the road - owner looked me in the face and said looks like youve been shitted. Save your hard earned money.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The customer service is terrible to begin with. They keep my daughters car for almost a week with no communication. When we finally picked it up, they replaced an alternator that didnt need to be replaced. Now a week and a half later the car will no longer start due to the alienator and they said the issue is not their problem. MIKE, who I assume is the shop owner is the rudest character I have ever dealt with in my life. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP. THEY WILL ONLY MAKE YOUR CAR WORSE.

Broke down this last Tuesday and had to have it towed in to Complete Car Care. Mike and his team diagnosed the problem with my Dodge Durango quickly. They replaced the water pump,thermostat, and fan clutch. We were able to get back on the road that day. HOWEVER. The truck kept overheating so we called the tow company again and had it towed back In. Mike took care of the tow bill which was awesome and was very helpful in letting us know what we needed to do for us to get moving again. Very professional, easy to work with, and a generous Man of God. I would highly recommend!!! 5 star Thanks again Mike,Kevin, HotRodand the rest of the staff for getting us back home safely!!

The owner is super cocky!! I dont need to get schooled on my vehicle everytime I need it serviced. I know my vehicle just as well as they think it. I got an alignment there after a 3 lift kit was installed and they cost me a tire because the camber was too tucked in. Im not a professional but you could just look at itand tell it was wrong.
I just recently had new rotors and brake pads put on my vehicle. The vehicle drives just fine but it happens to make a loud and persistent screeching noise now. I called to let them know about the issue I was having and after being put on hold for a few minutes a man whom I had never spoken to stated hey partner thats your problem before I had a chance to say anything. He explained to me that I bought my own parts (from Advanced auto parts) and that for that reason the issue had nothing to do with them. He also explained that even if he took a look at the vehicle I would still be paying for any issues that they found. If you happen to be a Georgia Southern student like myself, I would heavily advise you to choose another car repair shop as the customer service here (especially by the owner) is poor. This was my first ever visit to Complete Car Care as I had been looking for a new provider.
I know my way around cars but I cant work on mine anymore because Im in a wheelchair. I took a chance with this business despite hearing some negative things about them. They were nice at first but that all changed when my tranny broke and I wanted them to cover it under the warranty. They are pricy and are good with oil changes and small repairs but not when it comes to transmissions. I paid $1500 to get mine rebuilt and it lasted 150 miles. The owner was very rude, also used profanity and didnt want to stand behind his warranty at first. They rebuilt it again and it only lasted about 1000 miles this time. This time he was very rude and said he wasnt gonna touch my truck and he fulfilled the warranty the first time. He acted like a real jerk and was not sympathetic at all. $1500 was wasted and I enjoyed my vehicle for about 1150 miles. They never called to keep me updated about my truck or returned my calls for that matter. Dont talk big about what you can do if youre not going to stand behind your work. Its very unprofessional and youre better off sticking with oil changes.

Came in for a alignment and shop guy said I need new ball joints, so I checked them myself and they were tight and looking good. Not only did they try to RIP me off but they were very unprofessional and rude. So I took my money elsewhere and so should you.
Initially, the customer service was wonderful. They worked with me and was flexible with me getting serviced and my car operating. After about my forth time having to go to them though, in the span of two months, my car is now still out of service, after having to pay over $2,300 in mechanical work. The issue that I came to them initially was still not solved, and after bringing it back they tell me that I have another $1,500 worth of work to be done with it (blown head gasket). I had a valve cover as well as hoses and rods placed on there, and if they would have told me that it was a blown head gasket from the beginning, I would not have put so much money into it. I dont think that was very customer friendly, as this isnt good business practice. Now Im without $2,300 and a car. Thanks Complete Car Care.

Do not bring your car to this shop I came here yesterday for a front end alignment and a oil change and I sat for almost 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do the front end alignment and the only thing they did was the oil change so I dropped my car off again today at 9:30 am for a alignment and I came back at 1:30 pm and my car is still not ready smh never again

The first time I did business here I had all good things to say about them (even though they tried the typical up charge)... That being said, something has apparently went south in their business bc the last two times Ive been here the lady at the front desk seems to hate her job and seems to be inconvenienced by the customers. I went from recommending people to their business to writing them a bad review. Ill be going somewhere else the next time I need my vehicles serviced.

Very unprofessional. They treat all customers as if the customer knows nothing about their own vehicle.First they seemed as if I had inconvenienced them by just wanting an oil change. While telling the man I could wait several times (as if he wanted me to leave) another customer entered from the day before asking them to check his vehicle. The man (with out leaving the counter) told him they could not have made a mistake because they use digital oil filling. He must be the best mechanic in Statesboro because he can diagnose anything with out leaving the counter.That was my cue to leave and never return. Only thing I can figure is the good reviews come from their employees and family members.
Im quite confused regarding the poor reviews. I experienced abosulutely great cistomer service and nothing but professionalism and warm-heartedness from the employees. We were traveling home for the holidays and our Volvo broke down. They rushed and got us in almost immediately. The employees went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable (we were traveling with 3 large dogs).

Once I went to pick up my vehicle that they said was working and I paid my balance just find out my vehicle couldn’t even move.. My husband had to go in and get my money back because they were trying to keep my money after they didn’t finish the job.. Horrible horrible horrible horrible, Money hungry business
