Rented a uhaul from TIRE KING.... had no other options unless I would have picked up from Pembroke. They charged for fuel when I returned it exactly as how I got it. The answered the phone in an unprofessional manner. Next time I will drive anywhere even Savanah to rent a uhaul rather than going back there. If you need a uhaul get one from anywhere but this place.

Worst tire shop in town I went there to try and get 4 brand new tires I waited at the desk for almost 30 min before someone walked in to not even ask me what I needed when I told the man what tire size he then walks off and I dont see him again another guy walks in on his phone to not even notice me a customer needing help these people didnt even know what tire size I was talking about when I told them clearly what tire size. DONT GO HERE ITS SKETCHY. I recommend the southeast tire in brooklet !!

I wouldnt even give this a 1 star.Me and my boyfriend stopped in today after calling to make sure if they had the tires (they did and gave us a price). When we walked in we had to wait 30 minutes until someone came in, after telling him what we needed he walked off and never saw him again. Another worker came in and he was on his phone without looking our way again we told him what we needed and he walked away saying something. Lastly one more person came in we told him what we needed and he never ever heard of the tire size we needed and was very rude.Aside from all of that the place is dirty and unorganized all the workers were very rude and unprofessional please dont go here and find somewhere else this place isnt worth your time.

The man at the counter was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Instead of helping me figure out the size of my tire he made me do it and then he would not suggest another tire shop. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend ever giving your money to this business.

I came in because I thought needed new brakes. Turns out it was another issue. They took care of me and sent me on my way and I didnt have to spend what I thought I would have. Knowledgeable people and they Wont make you spend your money on something you dont really need. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. They even sent me an email to confirm the appointment. Was going to buy $500 worth of new tires. The place is closed. And theyre not answering their phones.

Saw me pull in, walked up and immediately asked me if I needed any help. I came in with a bad tire, I wanted to see if I could have it patched. They were extremely honest and told me straight up me that my rim was cracked, they didn’t try to sell me on anything else I didn’t need. They recommended me somewhere that I could get it fixed too! They were extremely friendly, and I would highly recommend them!

I always get my tires and oil changes here. They have excellent prices and get the job done fast. They were so busy and still got my tire on fast. Also have excellent customer service!!

Their tires are the cheapest in town! I called and asked for my tire size and they said they had them. Once we got there, the tires were sold. I went back the next day and they had more tires, but the wait time was a little long.They didnt have the worst customer service. It could of been better

Traveling to florida on Christmas Eve, we got a leak in front tire of our motor home... Tire King took us in, found and repaired the leak in the valve stem... did not charge us and wished us a Merry Christmas.. great guys, great service, honest and on their game... highly recommended...thanks

I called several places and couldnt find one. I called Tire King and they had a used one for $35.00. The tire they gave me looks practically brand new. My boyfriend went to rent a tow dolly from here, was told to come back in 20 minutes. He dropped me off at Walgreens, went right back and the man had closed the store as soon as we left. Now that is what I call bad customer service. THE TIRE KING doesnt care how he does business or who he rips off. He has sorry customer service skills. Wouldnt recommend anyone to him.
