Initial impression perfect received an early morning Saturday appointment for 730 perfect for my work schedule arrived at 730 promptly to doors locked at 755 doors were open. I was given an estimate of about an hour for brake service I was expecting a much longer wait always trust your instinct after waiting an hour and a half I am told my brake pads had to come from Savannah big disappointment because I work at night and just got off Saturday morning I had to get home somehow being new to the area no friends for a quick ride home so I walk home 5 miles I walk back after taking a short nap I arrive back at quick lane at 1:15 to find my vehicle still on the rack now I’m really upset I asked to speak to manager and was made to feel like it was my fault I own a Volvo to wrap this review up the name does the business a huge dis-service unless you own a Ford

Headed out on I-16 for vacation and hit an object in the road and separated a tire. Made it to JC Lewis and Brittany took great care of us. She got us back on the road safe and sound.Thank you!!!

Was traveling through while on vacation when I saw oil dripping after stopping for gas. The other Ford dealer (in Michigan) that had performed an oil change the day before we left had forgot to put the oil cap on. The service department changed our oil and also detailed the engine bay to clean up the mess that was left. Great service getting us back on the road quickly.

Got a set of Michelin’s. They told me they had a low price tire guarantee, so I shopped other Tire Stores. I found they had the best price.I would never think I could get such a great deal on tires from a Ford dealership. They also had a credit card that gave me 6 months zero interest.The service was awesome!!! Advisors Brittany and Donna were a joy to deal with and Manager Justin was a fine example of professionalismI will tell all my friends and family where to shop for tires and other maintenance services.Also, I found out they work on all makes and models in the QL. I’ll be bringing my son’s Chevrolet Silverado here for service and tires as well

Got a nail in our tire on our way out of town for vacation. Quick lane had us back in our car in 30 minutes! As a plus they washed it before bringing it out!
