Went in to get my nails done as it’s right down the street from my house. The last was very rude who did my nails. Two of my nails cracked within the first day, went back and got them “fixed”. They had the same lady who originally do them fix them & also do my pedicure. All she did was put the drill over it and then cover it with the top coat you could still see the crack through it. It’s now been almost a week and a half and 4 nails have cracked, dip is falling off of them, my nails are breaking from where it’s fallen off. I also got a pedicure, they usually last me a few months, it’s been a week since my initial visit for the pedicure when I got my nails “fixed” and most of the polish is now off of my toes.I’ll drive the extra miles to go else where!Here are a few picture, nails grow fast but does not excuse the fact that dip is falling off like this. I’ve never had an issue like this and I’ve tried a lot of places.

The staff did such an amazing job on my nails for a wedding I have upcoming next week... They were so nice and friendly and she explained the different types of nails that they do and based on my job and personal life which ones would work best for me and how I would get the best value for my money on them. If you work in a restaurant and my big fear was nails chipping so I went with the dip and they turned out so pretty and fabulous I am over the moon happy with them. I also got my eyebrows done and they turned out perfect! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took my daughter and my 82 year old Mom for pedicures. Called for an appt for 3 pedicures at the same time and we did not have to wait and we all got finished around the same time. We all loved our toes

I have been a long time customer and have always been satisfied, but today they lost my business.They were nearly done with my nails and someone comes in demanding their nails done by Kevin, who was doing my nails.Kevin starts on her nails and I’m sitting there confused. I finally said, “This is not right!” It was unprofessional to leave my nail job to placate a difficult customer. Kayla said, “She had an appointment.” I have waited many times even though I made an appointment. I waited for my turn and even asked it I should return and they assured me it was a good time.I have always been a great customer, great tipper and have always been patient, but buckling to capricious customers is not good business. Demanding that someone do your nails while someone else is getting their nails done is also absolutely disgusting behavior.I went across the street to Venus nails and it took them a total of 10 minutes to finish my nails. They were as baffled as I was.

I’m not from here & I choose this establishment based on the previous reviews & first impression of the owner Kayla whom I spoke with over the phone. I called to see if she could take me late at 7:3o, & she actually said NO PROBLEM... I’m glad I went, she was really welcoming & friendly.... I travel the country & have never seen so many colors for powder!! Kevin did my nails & although we couldn’t get the exact color I wanted, he did an excellent job & shaped them how I wanted. All the nails are the same & no bumps or bubbles... (I am very picky & not afraid to speak up if it’s not how I want) I like that they actually did what I wanted & not RUSH to get u out. Also for the unhappy customers, why don’t u all speak up & say so if u don’t like the service, they don’t bite & 100% sure that they will fix the issue!

Was referred to this place by a friend since Ive never gotten my nails done and I was very pleased with how willing they were to answer my questions and help since I was 100% lost on nails and how everything worked

I had never gone there before but I read the reviews and thought Id try it well for one the lady didnt know any English so it was impossible to communicate with her. The worst part is she reused the nail file and I have been struggling with pain from getting an infection on my toe and have to use antibiotics and soak it daily in Epsom salt! Id never return there again they are not clean plus their nail polish is old and clumpy. They left me sitting there for at least 45 minutes while they were in the back room and there were two other employees in the front doing nails who couldnt hear me worst experience ever!

Really good work ! I will be coming back for sure! Only thing that I could say was they don’t talk much

They rushed our pedicure and the tools weren’t clean and the nail polish is very old with a terrible selection. overall, not the greatest experience.

The staff are very kind and friendly and give EXCELLENT pedicures and nails! Their salon is also peaceful with dimmer lighting and they play relaxing shows and music--not sports. I always feel better when I leave.

My first visit was great! The next time, I took my grand-daughter with me. I double-checked with them about closing time before we went. (It was a weeknight.) They finished my pedicure and her manicure 30 minutes before their posted & verified closing time. As soon as my last toe was polished, they were all grabbing their belongings & literally rushing us out the door!! Ill never go back!

I took a chance and walked in 20 minutes before they closed, and they ended up staying open late for me. My nails are the perfect length, shape, and they had this amazing Cat Eye Gel Polish that I havent seen anywhere else. Its gorgeous! I also had my toes painted too which turned out great as well. Im a happy customer. 😊

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! They are always so welcoming and friendly! I get exactly what I want and its good quality too! My nails last me over a month! Ive recommended several friends and they all enjoy it too! Hands down greatest nail salon I have ever been to!

This is the best nail shop I have ever been to. Ive been going for 4 months now and i have never left disappointed. Kevin is fabulous and creates anything I ask him to do. He does any shape and design that you come up with. They are extremely nice and welcoming! If you try them once you will never leave!

I had my nails done at a salon in Detroit while visiting with my sister. They did not look at all like I wanted. I came into this salon earlier this evening and they look amazing. She shortened the nails exactly as I wanted. After it was all done, my nails look as if they are my natural nails. Definitly recommended this place to anyone. I will certainly go back when I need them filled again.

Love going here for pedicures BUT I’m not sure what happened this experience. My cousin and I came in and picked our shellac nail color and NEITHER COLOR MATCHED THE SWATCH!!! We’re both disappointed in our colors.

Love this place. I’ve been going for a couple years now and I find them to be consistently one of the best salons. Prices are very competitive, and most of the nail techs I’ve been to are very detail oriented and good. Keep up the good work guys!

I had a pedicure here recently and it was great. The woman that did it was extremely gentle and attentive. She took her time and did a great job. Very relaxing!

Although a bit pricey, what an absolutely PHENOMENAL pedicure! It was so relaxing. I highly recommend going here. My only complaint is their credit card machine was down, so I had to drive across town and back to pay with cash, and they didnt even offer to compensate me in any way. I will still go back though, because the pedi was that AMAZING!

Amazing service you pay for what you get... amazing pedicures that make me not wanna leave once they are done... its the only place i go in lubbock because I get great service... very happy

Hands down the absolute BEST pedi I’ve ever gotten. This place was so so calm and relaxing! This was my first time here and I will most definitely be back! They are so sweet and did exactly what I wanted as a design and it looks sooo good! Definitely recommend this to any and everyone!

Kayla was my nail tech and she was amazing! Very friendly and did my nails exactly how I wanted them! She also did my brows and I was pleased. Someone else did my pedicure and I was pleased as well.

My husband and I went in for pedicures. The best pedicure ever for him (based on the massage). Very friendly staff, clean environment, good pedicures. We will be back!

Ive had the pleasure of coming to Venice Nails for 2 years. They have consistently done great work and I have recommended them to many people. So pleased to have found them.

I’m the kind of person who likes to complain nor am I picky, but I came in here about a week ago to get my nails shellac (for graduation pictures) and I had the worst experience ever. The lady who helped me was extremely rude and literally made fun of/laughed at my color choice in nails. She made ugly faces throughout the time she was painting my nails too. In the end, they didn’t even do a well enough job. My nails were unevenly cut, the shellac color didn’t fill in my entire nail, and now one of my nails has started swelling up. Trust me when I say, get your nails services done somewhere else. I am not coming here again.

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars or else I cant submit the review, lol! Regardless, I would NOT recommend Venice Nail Spa. I went in at 3:15 and although their posted hours say they are open til 5pm today, they turned me away saying they were closing early. There was no one in the spa and they couldve at least had a sign on the door stating their amended hours for today. HOWEVER, I am SO GLAD they turned me away, as I wound up at Venus Nail Bar across the street and spent a ton of money there instead, lol! The people at Venus are extremely accommodating and downright amazing!! Venice Nail Spa lost out on a NEW, permanent client but I gained a newfound treasure at Venus Nail Bar instead and thats where I will take my business!!

I just moved to Lubbock a week ago and I work on my feet everyday so I needed a pedicure. They are a bit on the pricy side but you get what you pay for! I almost fell asleep in the chair while she was working on my feet. Best experience Ive had by far.

I have nothing but praise for this place hands down the best foot and leg massage ever! Excellent attention to detail! Will be back!

This was my first mani/pedi and it was such a great experience. They did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and I will absolutely be returning here.

Place was nice. Staff was friendly. But my gel manicure was just not the best.. I could have used more polish because you could see right through the color. Too expensive for what I got, that’s for sure.

Great place for shopping for furniture, clothes, and paint. Will come again.

Had a couples pedicure, great place and friendly staff.

They weren’t attentive at all plus my nails turned out awful and nothing compared to what I had showed them. My nails ended up looking dirty and were so rough/uneven. This awful dip and low quality pedi cost me 70 dollars.

HORRIBLECompletely isolated due to the employes talking amongst themselves and acted like I wasnt even there. I got up and walked out without my nails being completed! I will NEVER go back!!!!!!!
