The owner was very nice & welcoming! I had Sara doing my pedicure and she was amazing!! She actually took her time on the massage when most places just be in a hurry and she asked me about everything before she did it which i know anyone would really appreciate! I’ll definitely be back !

They had quite a few girls getting there nails done but when it came to my nails I told him exactly how I wanted them and the look and they came out beautiful. I am a Director for a daycare center here in Lubbock so my hands and nails are Very important to me and I feel great knowing he took that extra step to make sure they were straight and the right size as well. Great prices too! DEFINITELY will be going back.

Went for a pedicure the lady started clipping my nails with out asking! My toes hurt theyre so short. I work 12+ hr days on my feet.

I will be reporting this business to TLDR. I went to get a fill after visiting this salon several times, and the technician literally did my nails on top of another persons nail clippings and nail dust. I wanted to take a photo but I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to finish the service and leave. The stations are covered in nail dust, stations are in disarray with products piled up and collecting germs. Tech did not wash his hands before assisting me and didnt ask me to wash my hands before doing my nails, which I assume no one is asked to wash their hands before touching the nail techs. Very unsanitary especially during covid. I will not be visiting this salon again. I thought they did a great job every time and thought the mess would not be that big of a deal, but when he literally tried to touch my hand to someone elses nail clippings from the client before me I was absolutely disgusted.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done near campus and decided to go here. The staff was so incredible and talented. They were very precise in their work and despite being super busy, did not rush at all. Owned by a really sweet family, and my nails and toes look amazing! Will be going back and highly recommend.

Nails are crooked, not even, and they didnt even give me fans to dry my nails so 10 minutes later, they asked me to pay even though I told them they were still wet. needless to say I had a pretty crappy experience.

Jimmy did an amazing job on my nails! He helped pick out a beautiful yellow for my color. He then proceeded to put acrylics on my nails and shape them to my standard. Jimmy also took the time to paint a sunflower on my ring finger nails. I have been here countless times over the past year and absolute love this solan. I have never had any issues and would recommend this place 10/10.

My technician did a beautiful job on my dip nails. He matched them perfectly to my lipstick for a lovely look. The staff is fun and the drinks are amazing. The strawberry margaritas are a must try. 💅🏻🍸

This place is awesome! Very clean Place. The employees are so friendly. They have the best prices in town! $18 dollars for my shalac nails and they look perfect every time! This is the only place I will go to get my nails and pedicures done! Highly recommend 💅🏼

Went here for the first time. Don’t get my nails done too often because I’m cheap. They did a great job. One guy did my pedicure and another one did my manicure. It was very relaxing! The thing I hate is when you go to pay they throw in all these extra charges. I wish they would tell you from the beginning how much everything is going to cost. Paid way more today than I ever would. Might go back if I’m in a splurging mood, or figure out how to make it cheaper. Overall I was pleased with the service.

We called and made an appointment for the next day. When we showed up, we were told that they called in more people to come up to the salon to help. We waited 20 minutes and then I asked how much longer it was going to take for the extra people to get there. They called the people and said it was going to be an additional 20 minutes. We had made the appointment for 2:00 and weren’t going to be able to get our nails done until 2:40. I wish they would have just told me when I called to make the appointment or called me the day of to tell me that they would not be able to help us at 2:00 so that we could have found somewhere else to go.

They told me I could come at 5 and they would call and then they never did, and to top it off they said they called but it was the wrong number. I asked how much nails were and they hung up. Needless to say it was a very disappointing phone call and I will not be getting my nails done here.

The owners are absolutely marvelous! They will bend over backwards to take care of you and make sure your services are perfect!! Will never go anywhere else.

The service was the worst EVER. The guy doing my nails had attitude, cut my fingers more then once. While another nail tech applied the gel clear coat the guy sat down and put his scaley feet up in the chair next to me. I will NEVER go back.

So very glad boyfriend and I decided to check out this salon after reading Google reviews! We were in search of a new place for pedis, and we lucked out and walked right in and got sat in chairs. Emily (who did BFs pedi) was friendly, talkative, and did a great job on BFs feet. A young man did mine, and although he was more reserved and didnt talk as much, he was still friendly, and I walked out with probably the best pedi Ive had in a while. Prices were reasonable and wait was minimal. As we were paying out, Emily asked for mine and BFs names, gave us both a hug, and told us to have a beautiful day. Will definitely be going back!

The lady was sweet but she didnt know what she was doing. I only went because I heard their shellac was $17 and it was close to me. Well Id rather go back to my usual nail place and pay more for good service. She didnt know what she was doing! 3/10 of my cuticles were cut with the automatic filer thing. She used a mini nail filer (from a $1 manicure pack) to shape my nails. Theres left over polish on my ring finger on the side lol idk I feel like they dont know what theyre doing. Maybe they need more practice?

My friend and I went in for a Fills and pedis. Online the price for a fill is $20. If you get your nails done regularly you know a fill is a FILL. Weather it’s the same color or a different color. They tried to force me to get a whole new set instead of just filling my nails with a different color. They said a fill is $50 because it’s like getting a new set which a fill is completely different from a new set. They refused to explain to me why fills and full sets costed the same. The nail tech also stepped on my toe, competly messed up the polish and painted over it like nothing happened. I asked him to just start fresh and repaint it and he refused. It wasn’t busy their we’re only three people in the shop including my friend and I. He was being lazy obviously. The service was horrible and they need to fix their online prices. I definitely don’t recommend nor will I be coming back.

Got shellac done on my nails & took my daughter to get her nails & toes done for school. That same night the nail polish came off of my daughters nails & 3 days later my shelllac started lifting. I will never get my nails done there again.

My friend and I arent originally from the Lubbock area so wed been going around trying to find the best place. We loved the online booking service they had, because we knew how much we were going to owe at the end of our visit. We both made appointments.I needed a new set, and a pedicure... my friend was getting a polish change on her toes and a fill on her nails.Online my pricing would have been said to be $25 for the pedicure service & $35 for the new set, as I was just getting a solid color.My friends service would have been $10 for the polish change, and $20 for the most basic fill, as she was just removing one color, and placing a new color on top.Upon arrival, there were two other people there (On a Saturday), & four staff members working, & a lady that worked there sitting in the back doing nothing.After sitting down we were prompted to pick colors for our acrylics,(which were slim to none) off of a board that was misleading. The colors were completely different shades then what they showed up as on an actual surface, this process took longer than it should have.I wanted my toes and nails to match as close as possible, so I politely asked for my pedi-guy to show me on a paper towel what color the powder would show up as with alcohol added to it, so that I could make a decision on the color I wanted on my toes. He refused. I asked again in a different way, he again shook his head no and raised two toe colors up to me and said Which one?While Im getting my toes done, & my friend is getting her polish change next to me... who were pretty sure now was the owner walks up asking my friend about her fill. As my friend explains it, he keeps asking her what shes talking about. ANYBODY who get acrylics regularly knows that fills are a regular thing... nails grow fast enough that you dont always walk in to the nail salon needing a new set. SO my friend just needed the gap filled on her nails between her cuticles and where the powder ended... but she also wanted a color change as well. A nail tech would obviously have to do the same work either way, as they would have to saw down the top layer for a new set OR a fill, so he wasnt making any sense & pass tense it was obvious he was treating us like we were stupid as a ploy to try to get the most money out of us on their NOT busy day they were having.He ends up telling my friend that an ombre on her nails in replacement for a fill would be $35, instead of $50 that he would be charging her for a normal fill with a color change !!!! My friend agrees thinking hes saying an ombre from the color she picked out to a white color would be $35, even though I know it wasnt what she wanted. We were already done, and ready to be out of there, based on the treatment we were receiving. He THEN starts just drilling to the half portion of her nails (not even all the way up) to do an ombre with the blue color & the light pink she already had on her nails (WHICH WASNT EVEN DONE BY HIM), & was going to try to charge her $35!!!!!!On top of this, he steps on her wet toe under the table, & fixes it by wiping the polish off with his finger, & laying another coat on top of it. She asks him to take the polish completely off & start over only on that toe, & he refuses putting ANOTHER coat on the messed up toe!My friend finally lets him know that hes crazy for attempting to overcharge, & that she will just be going somewhere else. SO I agreed, & stated that once my pedicure was finished we would be leaving without our acrylic service.They of course rushed on my toes... were rude to us the rest of the visit.Just go to Vintage nails, where theres friendly staff, and the prices are more reasonable. Thats where we went afterwards, and we both walked out happy.

Terrible expirience. My mom, a friend, and I went in and got a dip manicure and deluxe pedicure spending well over $200. With in two days our toe polish was more than half way chipped and our dip was flaking off and looked awful. My mom went back in to discuss it with Jimmy the manager (?) and he could not have been more hateful and rude. He claimed that it was my moms fault and took no responsibility, and didnt not offer to fix it. Horrible customer service, will NEVER go back. I do not recommend this place of business to anyone, unless you would like to be treated poorly and disrespectfully.

I (black women married to Hispanic man) walked in before a white couple.The worker asked couple if they wanted some thing to drink.Mind you (husband was not recieving a service). Never asked me the paying customer if I wanted a drink. The 1st & last time I go there.They look very unhappy and act very unprofessional.

Went in for basic mani pedi and left with nail polish around my toes that had not been taken off and a manicure that Ill have to redo myself.I also saw them rinse off bowls without any soap and put them away for the next person to use.

I went in for a manicure today and had the worst experience of my life. Everything that was stereotypical about nails salons happened to me & what made it worse was the fact that I understood every single word that they were saying, both in English and Vietnamese (well they didnt realized at the time that I am actually fluent in Vietnamese). While I was getting my nails work on, the owner walked over and pressured the manicurist to sell me the deluxe package, which in turn she told him that I am a returned customer & that she doesnt think I have money, so no point in selling. While I was washing my hands, I overheard the conversation between the owner and my manicurist about the store coupon that was given to me the last time I was in the store. In fact, i brought the coupon with me, but after what I heard from their little exchange, I decided against it and paid without using the coupon because I felt insulted by what was said. While waiting for the nail polish to dry, I noticed that the color was running because of the pressure from the drying fan. I let my manicurist know that the polish was ruined, but she was in a rush tending to the next customer. She called the owner over and told him that I picked a bad polish color and now blaming the drying fan for messing up the polish. If youve been to a nails salon before, then you know that all of these little side conversations between the employees are in another language (in this case its was done in my native tongue). I explained to her that was not what happened & I actually understood what was said about the situation. She played it off like I misunderstood them. Feeling disrespected and frustrated with the whole experience, i ask her to remove the ruined polish off my nails. I left the store dissatisfied with the services I received, no polish on my nails, & money wasted because I was asked to pay before the service was rendered. There are so many nails salons in Lubbock, therefore Id highly recommend that you go somewhere else to get pampered. The thing that upset me the most is the fact that they knew that I am Vietnamese (they just didnt know how much Vietnamese I know), and still talk negatively about me (in front of me), I cant even imagined how other people are being treated.

I have recently discovered that I got a bacterial infection from this place due to unsanitary way they clean their tools. I knew it should have been a red flag when I saw the person doing my pedicure just spray the tools with alcohol. I would stay far away from this place and make sure wherever you go, they are using clean tools. This was an awful experience.
