Awesome job and great service! First nail salon I chose to go to In Lubbock and they did awesome!

We came in close to closing and they were amazing! The ladies were so nice, very professional. They did not hurt me and the pedicure looks great! We will definitely be going back!

The staff is amazing. They were on time for our appointment and really soft with the pedicure. They got the job done! I love the way they shaped my toes. They are very friendly and everyone wears masks and they make you wash your hands when you enter. I feel safe and welcomed here. I am definitely coming back!

I came on a Wednesday afternoon to come get a pedicure. These ladies are prompt to greet you and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Give this place a stop to take care you manicure/pedicure needs, they also offer other services as well, get your eyebrows done too if you would like lol!

The last several times i have gone they have not been very good. they’re nice and the place looks great, but the technicians have not been great in recent months.

I got my nails done here and the charged me $60 and if your a person who loves design...well they told me she only has one that does design and couldn’t do any I want.. made my finger bleed .. hopefully you all have better experience. I was given a lady who just started doing nails .

We had a Great 1st time experience, Victoria was wonderful on my daughters nails and Kim did a fantastic job on her feet . Everyone was so kind. We will go back again!

Lux Nails was the first place I came to get my nails done when I moved here in August. Not only did they stay late in order to make sure I got both the mani and peti I wanted, they also went beyond my expectations of what I wanted. I’ll never go to another nail place. They were kind, accommodating, efficient, perfectionists, AND they have a lovely venue super close to campus. MUST TRY!!!

I come here once a month, Victoria does my nails and is the most awesome nail tech I’ve ever had she always delivers and is so patient with me. Occasionally my bf and I come here to get pedicures from anyone else and they always take care of us even if it’s close to closing. You have to be specific with what you want,(as you should) but they are very inviting and welcoming. Very safe and clean environment during COVID-19. Many of the workers are very hardworkers as I’ve gotten to know a few of them and work in customer service myself. It’s close to my home and located in a convenient shopping center next to food and bubble tea! Highly recommend this Salon !

I stopped by to get one nail fixed because, my usual place is closed until after the new year. I told the lady which I’m guessing is the owner what my nails are and she said they will be right with me which I was fine with the wait. When I got to the manicure table, she told the manicurist to do acrylic which that was my mistake that I should have spoken up and said my nails tear up with acrylic but didn’t think this one time would hurt. Well, first time it came out bumpy then she tried to fix it with clear acrylic then the owner had me sit with someone else to try to fix what that other employee did. It’s not even smooth with my skin, it’s rough and doesn’t even look the same - next time I will speak up.

Horrible. Dip peeled and cracked i. 2 days. Nail lady got up to help incoming customers several ti.es, forvot what she was doing each time she stopped and dipped 2 fi gets 4 times. Went back to get fixed and 2 nails peeled again tbat day. 2 employees quit that week. Warning.. go to another place.

I worked here and honesty the only thing good about the place is Location and look inside looks nice. But customer service is not good what so ever. Owner will have you sitting for 45minutes to an hour to get seen. Even if you make an appointment. Soaks your nails in acetone and forgets about clients. Claps at other clients to get their attention. She re-uses the parrafin wax if it still looks good. Most services are pretty rushed and no care taken with them. I highly recommend making an appointment with Victoria @Lux nails and spa shes so noce,sweet,cares for all her clients and does an all over amazing job. One of the best workers Ive met in a Long time!!!! Other than Victoria I wouldnt recommend this place. #the806naildiva

I just moved from out of town and decided to try out this salon to see if it was a fit for me and my time here. MOST of the staff were rude, ansi, and irritable. I went in wanting a basic, clean looking mani and came out with stained skin, sharp nails, and a color completely different than what I wanted. Will not be trying again.

My nails didn’t come off for months and onlyOne worker knew how to do acrylics and powder.Plus my sister got a pedicure and her she told the worker her feet were burning and now her feet are burned and peeling.DONT DOME HERE👎🏽

I had my nails done a week ago at another nail shop and my nails were cracking in different parts of the nail. I decided to try Lux nails & spa and Im so happy I did!!! This is my to go place. I drive all the way from Midland to get my pedicure and nails done here. Out of various places this is the only place that I feel comfortable. They don’t judge, especially when I’m having a terrible foot day. They make sure you are well taken care of. The first time I got Kay and I can’t say anything negative about my experience with her because she was exceptionally great and very nice too. Definitely recommend them.

Had a appointment set up at 2:15 for me an 3 of my friends we came in welcomed an got all of us done on time an are nails are fabulous ! Will be coming back again .

Stacy apparently cut her nail prior to me and my sister walking in to get two of her nails fixed. The staff is normally friendly but did not seem happy to redo them considering the set was only five days old. She started doing my sisters nails anyway, which is when we noticed her bleeding finger. I asked if she hurt herself and she said no then got her blood on my sisters hand and wiped it off with the purple acetone and brush used for acrylics. She then laughed and apologized. When my sister asked to wash her hands she stated she couldn’t because of the base she put on her nail. Then she did a color that was not the same one used prior. We ended up getting up from the session, and walked out. Even before we walked out my sister washed her hands and not one staff member offered to see what was wrong, not one staff member offered to take care of it. Even with the nail techs bleeding hand she did not offer to have someone else fix the nails. I am so disappointed considering I’ve referred many close friends and family to this establishment. Even though I was not a customer today and was there for moral support I still witnessed first hand how unprofessional this issue was handled. I will no longer be a loyal patron.

Im from out of town, and stopped in here to kill some time. I can honestly say Ive never had a better pedicure done. The time and attention the staff gave was incredible, and truly made me feel pampered. They used fresh fruit juices on top of their scrubs and lotions during their massage portion on the feet and lower legs that really brought their pedicure to the next level. Not to mention the hospitality was awesome, as they offered beverages for guests (alcoholic and non). Very clean, well kept. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking to feel relaxed and look great after a pedicure.

That Pedicure was LIFE!!! I didnt get the guys name but he was very fun!

Went in expecting to get my nails done and have a great experience based on the reviews I had read about this place. Went in needing a new set, and when I asked the guy to do the same nail shape I already had (almond) he told me no that coffin was “what’s in” right now and that it would look better so fine I said okay I’ve done coffin before no big deal, then went on to push all these “in” colors at me and when I said no I want maroon he told me they didn’t have a lot of maroon because that color is for old ladies. So I went with a dark blue instead. Then he put on the fake nails and I chose a longer length because my nails were already long when I had came in but as he went through the process my nails became shorter and shorter. So after everything was done I ended up with short blue nails and $60 down the drain.

Friendly staff but I just got the worst full set ice ever experienced. The powder was extremely thick and all over my skin and the shape wasnt even close to what I asked for. After being there for 2.5 just i had to have someone else fix it

Not sure why this place has such good reviews?! It’s clean and the atmosphere is pretty, but the pedicure I received was at best mediocre. She was talking on her Bluetooth so I never if she was talking to me. She barley did any foot work and my paint looks awful! Huge gaps on the side and it’s bubbled like it’s old polish. I won’t return, I’d rather have a good pedicure than look at something pretty while getting a bad pedicure!
