Great customer service?
Kicked me out for pulling mask off of my nose because I was having an anxiety attack. Then asked about my medical reasoning for not having it over my nose. Demanded I use curbside, when I do not have a vehicle.
I always appreciate the service from the staff and the cell towers from Cellcom. I switched to Cellcom about 3 years ago now and appreciate the pricing, unlimited family data plan, and once again the people I have worked with there (Cole & Kennedy)
Only good thing, i was greeted right away. Rep was very arrogant and pushy, i asked him if he was pushing accessories so bad was to make an extra buck and he laughed in my face and continued on, asked about deals coming up he said very fast there wasnt any come to find on facebook you have a sale starting today. Noticed that he didnt do what i asked him to do with my daughters phone and tablet. I will go to a different location to fix this problem. Hopefully i get better customer service there.

Cellcom has been my phone service for years. Their customer service cant be beat. If you need help and call them a real person answers immediately, there is no push this button to be connected. You can always understand them, and they are slways helpful.

Horrible customer service!!! I went to both Cellcom and Sprint, which are right next to each other while shopping for a new phone and carrier, I had lots of questions. The customer service here was horrible, the workers are rude. I went into Sprint and the way I was treated by the manager and sales rep was completely different than at Cellcom. They were nice and informative and didnt act like I was wasting their time like at Cellcom while shopping around for a new carrier. Needless to say with the exceptional customer service experience I had at Sprint, I went with them. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I would stay clear of this Cellcom, unless you like being treated like garbage.
When doing an application they wrote some of the information down wrong. Are they truly reliable???? I went to a different cellphone company.
