When I asked to get a nail fixed thats when the attitude started and then I checked them to make sure the shellac got even it was over on my skin and he just filed it down. And he didnt put cuticle oil.

Best experience I’ve had at a salon ever!! Piley does amazing dip, never bumpy like other salons and his design skills are the best! Highly recommend!

Love coming here was my first time and I enjoyed myself I was comfortable my whole time here. I wouldnt come here if your in a hurry you want a time to relax and enjoy yourself this place is it. Jo is the one who did my pedicure and did an excellent job.

Super nice faculty. Very clean but the technician was arrogant. And my nails cmae out easily breakable and uneven. I will be by there to ask if they can fix them. But what a pain when I live in the country and its not easy to find time. Also it took like 1.5 hours for a set. I dont think I will go back.

DONT go couple hours or an hour to closing times, they close prior to time they say they are closing. And they all seem like they don’t want to be there.

The first time I went to this nail shop, I was excited and did my research. I got to the shop around 6:30. The owner (I’m assuming) was very nice. He got me seated quickly, the guy who did my nails the first time seemed upset because he had to do my nails (guessing he was planning to be done for the day). He kinda had an attitude and I overlooked it, but he did an amazing job. The set that he had done lasted well past 3 weeks. I went back last night, hoping to have a better experience but that quickly faded. The owner again was nice and he greeted me but unfortunately he was tied up and couldn’t get to me. He had me sit at the end and wait. A lady came out to do my nails and again I received attitude while she was taking my previous set off. I was planning to get a set of dipped nails, once she removed the set, she tells me that I have to move to the guy who had just finished a customer because she had an appointment. Once her appointment came in, her attitude and mood completely changed. She was nice, she offered her client something to drink and was completely talkative. I was beside myself! Once the guy saw me sitting and waiting for him, he shook his head and was clearly upset because he had to do my nails. He rushed through getting my nails done and I stated several times that my nails were crooked. He claimed he would fix them, then told me it’s because my thumb nails are too big. If it wasn’t a problem last time with the other guy who did my nails, why was it a problem this time. My blood at that point was boiling. I was there in the shop for over 2hrs. He fixed my nails as best as he could but I shouldn’t have went through what I went through. Needless to say I will not come back!

I was referred here by a coworker. I enjoyed my pedicure with Andy and Vincent did an awesome job on my ombre french tip nails. I recommend going here for some pampering. They have excellent service. The place is beautiful.

What a waste of my time and money!.First of all, they asked me to sit on the spa chair without offering to look for the nail color I want. I have to tell him, I need to look for my color. And the guy that was doing my spa does not talk and was just making gestures with me, but he talks in his language among the other staff. He does not know how to smile or talk to customers.He attempted to do short cuts with my foot spa. Whatever treatment I chose, he did not do whats included on the treatment, I have to point it out to him and then they started talking in their language, so unprofessional. Vincent was watching TV, looking at his phone while doing my foot spa. I dont recommend this place at all. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Instead of relaxing while having a foot spa, you get frustrated because it is not what they adverrise it is! It does not even deserve a 1 star. But I have to put a one star for me to be able to write a review!

I think they were shorthanded. I called to make an appointment and I let them pick the time for 3 of us. Once we arrived at our scheduled time it took 40 minutes to start mine, 1 hour to start our 2nd person, and they started our 3rd person after mine was finished.That being said, everyone was friendly, it was very clean, and they did an excellent job. Just dont come if youre in a hurry. :) I will definitely be back next time Im looking for relaxation.

Vincent did my nails I got the most SIMPLE looks and I didn’t even receive what I want paid $55 to have crooked nails, diamonds crooked, and the color was just horrible I do NOT recommend this place at all... literally took them off because the look was just horrible and I couldn’t go out with my nails looking like that

This one is close to the house so its easy when Im busy. Only problem I have is that I tend to get a guy each time and they dont seem to get the polish fully on the nails. The last guy i got didnt talk, not even to ask me if i wanted a drink. The lady doing another girl eventually asked me half way through. Not really upset about that though.They are nice just must of been a bad day for him.

My Co-Worker recommended me here and I’m glad I went. Piley did such an amazing job on my nails and was very nice. Definitely will be the place I go to get my nails done!

Edit to change rating from 5 to 3. There is a nail tech here that cannot be bothered so even though I rated Piley favorably, I cant leave it after my most recent visit. My stiletto nails came out pretty uneven and thick and when I tried to talk to him about it he seemed put out. There are better places in town.Piley was awesome! Great customer service and he really knows his craft. Some places seem to do dip nails really thick with a bump towards the back that makes them grow out very awkwardly but he took a lot of care in giving my nails a very natural shape and thickness. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional everytime. My nails never look lumpy or bumpy- very natural. I came in for the Chrome ombre nude and they know exactly what theyre doing.

I have loved them since they opwned, and my nails always came out great! No problems what so ever! They make you feel so welcomed as well, and I will ONLY GO TO THEM!!!

They did such a bad job. they are uneven and are cut crooked. the paint they did is also bad and ive been here once before with a bad experience. do not come here. the staff are also rude and do not talk at all making the whole thing awkward. (getting my nails buffed and filed was also very painful)

Imagine coming to get your nails done and they look all lumpy. Then the man who is doing them is in a rush to leave that he makes someone else fix them. Worst place ever. I paid 55$ for clear coat on my nails to crack the next day and look nasty. I WILL NEVER come back.

Disgusting!! I had someone do my nails yesterday and theyre now bloody and raw. Bad customer service!! They dont talk or offer drinks. By the time he was done with my nails there was blood all over the file. AND ppl thats how diseases and fungus spread!!! Ill NEVER go back!!

Absolutely terrible! We made a reservation for the bridal party to have their nails done for my sisters wedding. They were completely unprepared for us. We waited over an hour before they began doing the first persons nails. They were rude and unaccommodating. The bride sat for 40 min. after her nails were done waiting for her nails to dry. The polish was globbed on too thickly and never dried correctly. When one of her nails smudged, they were angry that she asked them to fix it. They smudged two of the brides maids nails putting on their flip-flops and didnt fix them. Everyone had gel nails done. My sisters nails were terrible and started chipping and peeling in the first week. Honestly the worst service Ive received. Appalling.

I have been here a few times and this time was terrible. Leon did my nails and he was a jerk he kept messing up my nails and when I told him he kept getting mad, he also kept complainig the whole time. I wont be going back to that salon.

They Were Horrible With Customer Service, While My Nails Were Being Done I Saw a Few Women Walk In With Reservations, They Waited About an Hour After Walking In. Also When My Nails Were Finished There Were Air Bubbles, Streaks, Intentions From Not Smoothing, and I Asked For Matte White but After One Day They Turned Dark Grey and I Dont Do Any Dirty Work, I Tried Washing It Off and Nothibg Came Off
