Me, my aunt, and my mom went and it was great they got pedicures and manicures and I got acrylic nails and it was only 175 for everything, it was great service too. I recommend very much

They did a great job in my pedicure. Very happy with the result. Prices are comparable to most other salons in Lubbock. The only complaint is that it did take a LONG time. Over 2.5 hours for a shellac pedi. Just make sure you budget enough time.

I recently relocated from New York and this is supposedly the best in lubbock. Its not. The ladies are rude and dont speak or understand much English. ONLY TWO men can do acrylic nails.This lady took me to do my full set and Took 1.5 yes to REMOVE MY PREVIOUSLY SET. Already poor quality from this nail shop. She then tells me,this is the only color she sees and doesnt look for th color I requested. After going back and forth about the color,I asked the owner and brought the right color. She then says her boss can do my nails if I come back in THREE HRS. This place lacks everything I need to continue to spend money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE, NO CARE AT ALL.Very offputting situation and experience

I never get my nails done after a really bad experience at the mall with it. But this place has me rethinking things. They were efficient and fast while still doing a great job. The salon was clean and everybody was friendly. The only downside is they really need more staff, especially on Saturdays when its quite busy. Other than that though it was amazing and I will definitely be going back (just with an appointment next time maybe)

Love love love this place! Everyone is so nice and the facility is beautiful and clean. I had a little chip in my powder dip a couple of days after I got it done (my nails are really short and hard to do) so I went back and they very graciously fixed it for me right away. Great attention to detail and fantastic service. Definitely going back!

My wife loves going to this place. She always requests Olivia! Her nails end up looking really nice and she always comes back home relaxed and refreshed. I think the other people with bad reviews sound like they probably are usually hard to deal with.

Awful just Awful experience. The place was clean that is the only reason i even gave a star. I left my house with the intentions of me and my daughter to have a girls day out. We spent almost 3 hours there . They had only 3 customers and it took all afternoon to finish with me and my daughter. One lady started on my feet then she stopped and let someone else take over. I explained to them from the beginning what i wanted. Then the lady doing my feet was getting angry because she couldnt do the type of nails that i wanted. They left me sitting their until they could get someone else. We spent 105 dollars there. Never will i go again.

Well the only reason Im saying this is because they do amazing nails wonderful job but when I went to get my eyebrows done the lady was all upset and took it out on being rude but other than that its a good place

I went here for the first time and was not happy. My nails looked like I painted them myself. The polish she used was old and I tried to tell her but she didn’t understand me. Then I ask if they could fix and and a different lady just painted over them and they didn’t look any better

Le is an artist to perfection. The salon is very clean and pretty with a very accommodating staff.
