Bit of a wait for walk-in services, but that should be expected. They provided complimentary bottled water. Courteous staff, quiet during service and work efficiently. Clean with an open floorplan.

ZERO stars. The absolute worst experience ever.I brought my daughter in because I was told they had time for 2 dips…we waited 20 mins only to sit and wait again. 1 nail tech moved WITHOUT washing her hands between 4 guests.My fingers soaked in acetone for 30 min before I wiped the gelatin mess off my nail by myself. We didn’t even stay for new nails. I set a 20 down and they had the nerve to ask for 10 more dollars. Acetone. Filthy germ spreading and ACETONE.Go anywhere but here.

At first sight I was apprehensive but Im happy with the end results. I gave 4 stars because I felt my pedicure could have been better. The tech barely put any pressure when does callus removal scrub or the massage of feet and legs. Also usually a hot towel is wrapped around each individual leg not one towel just drapped over both. I was very happy with my nails, they turned out very nice. Also everyone there was very pleasant and the business was kept clean.

Got my nails n pedi do e their on last wendsday and they r still looken like I did that day!!! I wont go any where else now!!! They treated me great oh n i go my eyebrows waxed too!!! Well spent money did as i asked and treated me better than some other places!!!! THANK U GUYS!!!!

First time experience. Was a bit skeptical at first from the look of the place but they were all very kind and did a great job! The prices are a bit higher than other nail salons that I have been to. Just make sure to ask how much a service cost beforehand.

My friend and I visit this place 😊 and I like it, the people there was so nice 👍 but most of all love 😘 my nails 💅 they did an awesome job, if you are in Lubbock go and visit this place, I really recommend it, thank you to the gentleman that did my 💅 .

Its been 4 years sense i gotten my nails done. Kim i think is her name or Kate she is gentle and sweet. The wait was a little bit but what do you expect if you want Perfection done. id give them another try

Im new to Lubbock, & am getting to know the area & whats offered. I saw this place & checked out their reviews. I was impressed with what was said, so I gave them a try. Glad I did, because they just got themselves a return customer.I work with my hands so long nails arent feasible for me. Im very pleased with the results.

First time here, and at first I was amazed by how clean it was . Our food came out at a good time and it was hot, spicy and delicious! Will definitely bring all my friends and family next!

Im giving this place 2 Stars. The wait was long the employees spoke their native language to each other not engaging with customers no prices were available to be seen around. They charge for a topcoat $5 when it should be included in the service. Im in from out of town for the service and the price so outrageous. I would never recommend anybody to get their nails done at this place.

I absolutely love this place!! The workers are fun, sweet, and very considerate to the clients needs. I recommend The Nail Place too everyone! They get you in and out fast. I LOVE IT!!

Great reviews online. No appt for Saturday, needed 1 nail repaired, took an hour. Staff seemed more interested in regular customers, not impressed.

They do a great job. They use strong glue that prevents your nails from coming off even after its been two weeks. They offer you drinks! They are so worth what you pay for them
