Staff is lovely and they stride for client satisfaction --- ahhh I cant say that for all area salons.Again trust me I have tried many!!! They take their time, listen, and produce quality services.Ive had 2 pedicures and 2 dipping powder manis now with both perfect!I will not be shopping around anymore - this is my new nail home!Would definitely return, and would definitely recommend to others!

The absolute worst nail experience Ive had. Had 3, yes three, people working on my fingers & toes because they werent busy and none of them understand English. I kept explaining I wanted ombre nail polish, but I dont think any of them had ever done it. Ended up with a plain, solid color about 2/3 of the way down which just looked like grown out nails. So, I asked for a silver line to finish the bottom of the color. Three times. But, still didnt get them. My toes were still wet because they dont use a quick dry topcoat or a dryer, so the guy wanted me to wear some of their foam flipflops instead of my sandals. He messed up the wet polish twice trying to get the foam things on my feet. I was so disgusted by that time I told them to just let me go home. Ultimately, I had to go home, soak the gel mess off, and redo my fingernails myself. If I had wanted to waste a bunch of money and end up doing my own nails anyway, I would ordered dinner delivered and stayed home!

Lanh and her staff provide excellent customer service and are dedicated to give the customer what they ask for. Lanh is a true professional as she takes the time to educate her clients on the proper use of products to enhance the service you received and use at home. I love the organic line offered, the shop doesnt have the offensive odor that many who use harsh chemicals do. I highly recommend Happy Nails. Treat yourself to this affordable, incredible experience. You will be happy you did.
