Virginia is a wonderful stylist. She cuts both my husband and my 5 year old sons hair. She takes her time and really makes sure everything is perfect and just how you want it before you leave. So happy we found her!

The staff very nice I was visiting from out of town having a very bad day, needed a haircut I went there, completely took care of me made me feel good came out happy . Now if you can find a shrink that can do that your lucky I got my haircut as well. Haha .The haircut was so good I am very picky as too who cuts my hair . This is my second trip in 4 weeks. First with Lauren. She was a hoot, very personable and she made a previous bad cut by another salon so much better. Thanks Lauren for saving the day. Today I went back and saw Robyn. Again, I received a great cut. I enjoyed her conversation and the cut, wash and total experience was top notch. I will definitely be back every 3-4 weeks and cant recommend them enough. Great job ladies. You truly do love your work.

This was my first trip to a Sport Clips salon. Up to this point, it had been years since I had a dedicated hairstylist. When I arrived at the salon, I was immediately greeted. I assume they were smiling, however, they were all wearing masks. Priscilla told me I could go right to the back, which was awesome. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and even gave suggestions, something that I havent had in a while. Then, with precision, she cut my hair exactly how we had discussed. I mean, Edward Scissor Hands perfect. Then she started on the beard, which always makes me nervous, but again, she did an amazing job yet again. Then she took me back to the sinks to do the Hot towel, shampoo treatment. That was the most relaxing experience Ive ever had in a hair salon in my life. Honestly, I thought about just hanging with her for the rest of the day instead of going back to work. During this whole time, Priscilla was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the salon, different styles, how to execute the different style, not to mention friendly, professional, and I felt like she cared about me and my needs at the time. Awesome Job Priscilla!!

Lauren cut my hair and I got the first time mvp treatment. It was great. She was kinda mean ( I loved her humor).. I giggled the whole time I got my haircut.. I have a very hard time trying to relax, but she made me very comfortable.. Definitely will be going back.

I came in for the first time as my regular barber was not open today. I asked for a simple haircut. I was asked if this was my first time in and I said yes, she told me well then you get all of the services. Insinuating the extra services were free. Upon checkout I was charged over $30! My normal barber charges $8. Next time atleast dont try to scam your customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SPORT CLIPS.

I love how you can check in online to get on the list and know how long it will be until a stylist is available. I brought my two year old son in and Lauren knew exactly what to do. She was great with him and I love his big boy hair cut. Kristen was also very sweet. I definitely will be going back.

I suggest all guys go here! Ask for the MVP—the shampooing, hot towel and massage is like a mini-spa treatment. I always have a great experience! Ask for Lauren or Kristen, you won’t be disappointed!

Normally I love this place and have been going since it opened. Unfortunately with the ridiculous Rona restrictions the waiting is beyond inconvenient and unbearable. Im sure itll be great again once people stop being scared of their own shadow and we get politicians that arent weak.

Just moved to Dothan, and didnt know anyone to cut my hair. Checked in here at Sport Clips with Donna. She did a fantastic job, and the haircut was wife approved. Will be returning for another.

If I didnt have to wait an hour just to get a neck cleanup Id give it a 5 but that was ridiculous. Besides that my stylist was great.

Do not let the name of this place fool you. It is by no means a standard Great Clips place. The girls here really know what theyre doing and give me exactly what i ask for every time. Kelly W. is my stylist and i have been absolutely thrilled with every haircut she has given me. Highly recommend her and this establishment for a quality mens cut!

Shameria is SO kind, patient and understanding. I was really nervous going from medium length hair to SHORT but she talked me through the entire process, helped me visualize what the cut would look like, and made sure I was comfortable. When it was all over, I LOVED my cut and really appreciated her help through it all. I’ll definitely keep coming back for her!

Sports Clips should be your only choice when you need a haircut! I have been going to their location in Panama City for years, but since the hurricane I gladly make the drive to Dothan because their staff is that good, especially, my favorite, Kelly! While there do yourself and a favor and sit back, relax, and enjoy their MVP services. You wont regret it!

They should listen to the customer closely. Just asked to trim around neck, and completely cut off sideburns. It wouldnt be a big deal, but I specifically said leave them long. Never again.

I was told that my son hair was to (curly and thick) to cut. Last time I checked you use clippers to cut hair regardless of the length. One of the stylist repeated multiple times that we would have to go somewhere else, while I was speaking to the lady that was going to cut my sons hair. Ill never go back again.

My husband loves his haircut!

Stay away from the place! We just left and my son is so upset. We were excited to start the day off with a haircut and to get a style like one of his favorite teens...The lady who either owns the place or runs the place was rude and acted like we were putting her out. My son said she asked him to put his head down and he did, but it wasnt far enough for her so she pushed it forward and hurt his neck. This was our first time going here and she had her regulars waiting so she was rushing through to get him done. Normally when someone goes there for their first cut they do the full MVP treatment..I told her quite clearly it was his first time there and she didnt even try to do anything beyond the normal cut so she could get to her regulars. So besides the rudeness, their automated systems were down so they required everyone to pay in cash and didnt give receipts. I will NEVER return and gladly drive an extra 20 minutes for better service and to not have my child upset when all is said and done.
