These people are very pushy and rude! When I went to to get my nails done there they were rushing me to pick a color and when I was looking at the color nails and trying to decide one of techs snatched it from me and gave it to the other lady that just walked in! Plus that girl Lin the tech she was rude too cause I asked her about the shellac if it lasts longer than the other kinds and she said duh of course like with an attitude I felt like i couldnt even ask her anything without her having a smart attitude like that I was pleased with the work and how my nails came out just didnt like the service I hardly ever review anything but when I do its because it was a horrible experience those people are sorry for having that kind of attitude especially when its not even busy and they are still rushing you to pick a color and to know what you want I just had to review this

BEST nail art ever! Im a turned regular. I have been all over town and it was always ok or just nice but now people stop me to compliment how well my nails are. Lynn free hands a lot of her art but I just tell her what Im in the mood for and what color and she always blows my mind how well she does it! And shes fast so Im not there for three hours straight! Price is perfect for the great nails I got and shes always running specials every month! Never have an issue or complaint!

A nice lady did my Nexgen dip nails and they were beautiful. They didn’t have many colors for nexgen but it didn’t bother me because there was one I liked. However, these nails didn’t even last two weeks. I get nexgen all the time at other salons and I can get them to last about a month before they start to fall off or break. Their technique is either bad, or they’re using some knock off nexgen because I have never had this problem before. Also I found out they overcharged me so I was very upset about that. Won’t be going back.

Dont go here! Worse experience EVER! My sister thought itd be nice to get our nails done. We walk in & are seated with techs. I was getting both a pedicure & manicure shellac. They sat me down to get my pedicure done 1st. The tech was nice & friendly. During my pedicure, she talked to me in English! I should have left after She cut me 3 times though! To stop the gushing blood, she had to put blue dye to plug up the wound. Its been 4 days since the cuts & it still hurts to walk. Another red flag, was when it got to the actual painting of my toenails, she messed up my big toenails polish. She, her son & another tech had to redo my big toes 4 times, before they figured out the top nail coat had primer in it & thats what was causing my nail polish to run & crack! If you get your nails done by their tech & it comes out incorrect, theyll blame your nails. Theyll give you some BS excuse that your nails oil made the nail Polish crater up! I had craters in my gel nails! Ive gotten gel shellac for 3 yrs on my own nails & theyve Never had indents! This was just an excuse. Common sense tells you it was the product/tech! We stayed there for 4 hrs while they tried fixing their mess ups. My little sister was getting tired & hungry. So, I told the manager Id be back so they could fix THEIR mistakes. She said Fine, with an attitude. Like it was my fault her technicians (A) Werent capable of doing their certified job (B) My fault THEY cut me (C) My fault my tech took forever! I shouldnt have even paid, but she charged me FULL PRICE ANYWAY!! ($50 pedicure & shellac) I call that weekend & ask what time works best for them for me to come in? The gentlemen answered, with an attitude, we dont do appts, you will be a walk in. When I get there, theyre talking in their native tongue. I pick up on bits & pieces. I figured out theyre pawning me off! The 2 girl techs didnt want to fix what the other 3 techs messed up on! I point at my sisters tech & say to them I want him. Then the owner examines my nails & tells me they arent even that bad! Excuse me? Are you wearing them? Do you even know what customer service is? I know what excellent quality looks like. What they did to my nails was not what they promote! Your techs should know how to go to the end of the nail with the nail polish& Your techs should know NOT to Dip my nails in glitter, when I never asked for dip! She says she didnt realize that I was cut 3 times, kept for 4 hrs, and not given a manicure shellac (even though I asked for it.) Then she tells me, the techs dont understand English. I called bs, because my tech was talking to me in English! She then says well the other 2 dont. Again shes lying, because I heard the younger gentlemen speaking perfect English, with not much of an accent & my sister was talking with her tech! I respond with, Even if they dont speak English, How is that my fault? This is my 1st time here. I dont live here, Im not a regular? I dont want to return to work Monday with atrocious nails! I shouldnt be held accountable, because your employees Dont understand English. But manage to say yes to my requests? 2nd Im paying full price TWICE?! Even after the nightmare of the1st experience? No! I shouldnt have to pay at all the 2nd time! She then says they gave me a new set of nails, shell give me a $10 discount on those, so I owe them $35!? I told her Id give her $25 w/tip & thats me being generous! Especially, for their 1st set of repulsive nails they gave me! She told me shell accept the $25 so itll get me to leave her store! Then she talks about me to her client while Im standing In Front of her Paying! She tells her client I dont understand why she doesnt understand $10 is a discount! Really? After everything you did to me/put me through! You dont see why I shouldnt have even paid? These are Awful people! Thieves! If I pay you for a job, I expect to receive an excellent service!They still got $90 from me! I also noticed there were no certified tech licenses hanging! STAY AWAY!

Pushy inpatient, and rude they want to do what they want to do with your nails, and yes they are rude, you have to watch them do there job, to make sure you get what you pay for, you have to be very Frank with them!!
