Been living in the Boston area for 8 years now, took me the first 3 to find a great mid length cut. These guys do it all. No matter your hairstyle, they aim to deliver and are genuine guys on top of that. I got some crazy hair but the guys over here definitely do a great job! Absolutely a customer for life and will be coming here every time I need to clean up!!! So glad I found this place. One of the best cuts Ive had anywhere. Feel like a real adult being able to schedule the appointment online and not be forced to sit on a beach for an unknown amount of time waiting like a teenager.Yes the prices are higher than youre used to paying. The service, decor, and ability to schedule ahead of time make up for the difference and then some!Ive had cuts from two of the Barbers here and both were awesome, zero complaints!

That’s why when I moved to Boston I NEEDED to find a good barber. My buddy recommended I check out the Barber’s Den as he’d been coming here for years. When I walked into the Barber’s Den I immediately felt a good vibe - friendly barber’s all having a good time, positive atmosphere, good music, good vibes all around - I was like OK this seems to be the spot!To anyone reading this, just know that when you come to the Barber’s Den you’re taken care of by genuine guys. The owner, Evan, is a guy that started cutting hair when he was a kid and took his dream into building a business of barber shops. I heard about Brian and The Barbers Den from a mutual friend. Well, I was coming to Boston for a little vacation from Michigan and decided to give this place a go. I knew it was going to be a solid cut just because I looked at Brians instagram but man was that an understatement. Not only is this the best haircut Ive ever gotten but I even convinced my brother to get one. Brian is very meticulous with how he cuts, he takes his time and actually pays attention to what youre looking for. These guys here are true artists in their own way, so I told Brian I wanted a high fade and he could do the rest and it turned out phenomenal. If youre looking for people who take pride in their work and not in it for the money, this is where you go. Hair cutting is a lifestyle for these guys and it shows. I would legitimately drive 2 hours for a haircut if I lived that close. You got my support all the way from Michigan.

Ive been using the same barber for the past 3 years.I cant say enough about the detail in Brians work. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST FADE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Not only did I receive a good haircut, but the other 5 guys that walked out had bomb a** fades as well. The money you pay here is worth it.

Awesome place. Chill atmosphere, clean decor, friendly guys. I always ask for Brian when Im getting my haircut and he kills it every time. Its a bit more expensive than what I was used to, but after my first cut Im hard pressed to try anywhere else.

Another great cut from Brian at Barbers Den in Somerville. I moved to Boston from Austin last December, and you know how nerve-wracking it can be to find a new barber. Fortunately for me, my guy in Austin recommended Brian and Barbers Den. Im so glad he did; in fact, I followed Brian from Belmont to Somerville, even though its like 20 minutes further away. And the great cuts keep coming...
