I dont understand how this place is just for senior citizens and not people with low income or fixed income but I do understand you have to look out for the senior citizens when I call the lady was very nasty and hung up on me I was just trying to find out how much is a one bedroom apartment thats all

Nice and well kept property dont see trash anywhere the grass stay cut and there is no dirt patches where grass used to be

Office staff friendly and personal . Area looks peaceful, close to public transportation . Over all I like it.

Nice beautiful quiet place

Supposed to be senior living but it doesnt seem like it drinking smoking rules not in enforced. Courtyard always nasty and trashy.Complaints go unheard and ignored. Needs better management. When SHP owned it the place was in great condition and a decent place to live.

So far so good. Planning to enjoy my stay.

Getting ready to move in very excited, seems like a descent place to live.,management really screwed up, people that work for them can flirt with other neighbors and make inappropriate jesters and when repoted,its your work against theirs, and they know what type of person they have working for them poor excuse for management. Self less and heartless.

I have patients, that i visit there..most have been there many years.

Love living out there when I was out there only problem with the flood so I had to move

This apartment complex floods and leaves the residents no choice but to get on a bus or a army like truck to get out. They will stick you in a 2-star hotel and still expects you to pay rent even though you have lost everything you own.
