Apparently if you schedule an appointment 30 mins prior to closing ( when they have and advertise availability ) they choose the barbershop version of spitting in your burger...they just jack your hair up and call it good. Went in tonight and I guess they werent having it. I apologize that you had to cut hair up until 8:02 pm, but if youre that spiteful or lazy with your work, maybe dont choose that job?Really wish I still wouldnt have tipped 10 dollars for feeling bad they had to work right up until 8...truly sorry I also have to work right up until 7 and then rush over to get my hair cut...Id say just dont ever go to this place again ( thats at least what Ill be doing), but if you do..Maybe try to go early in the day? Or stay away from Liv..

I have been going to this Sports Clips since 2018. I used to cut my own hair (#2 all over).. but I decided that I wanted to grow it out. Throughout the process, the stylists helped me manage it during my awkward growing out stage and beyond. I have had to take a couple of hiatus, due to work, but everytime I come back, I am always treated like I never left. For this go around, Amber took care of me. And if I wasnt moving next week, I would be coming back as a repeat customer of hers. I just hope I can find a place that treats me as well as this one has.

Had a great experience today at Sport Clips, but I have not endured a bad experience here at all. I again used the check in early wait list from there phone app, which is to easy to use. Does not matter who does my hair cause I’m never disappointed, staffed with knowledgeable hair stylist, with an eye for detail. Always a friendly relaxed atmosphere, where you can get in get out and now you’ll be lookin great walking out the door.

My husband went in & asked for a simple fade. He came home super embarrassed. Renee shouldn’t be cutting hair if she has “0 clue what she’s doing”, like she kept saying during his cut. I don’t know how you can leave someone’s hair looking the way my husband’s looks and not be embarrassed with your work.

Very busy but good system to keep folks safe. Make sure you show up and check-in in person after you check in on line otherwise they bump you down the list. The hairdresser didn’t really listen to what my son wanted but he loves the atmosphere. We will go again.

I went in and got a simple fade. It was not affordable like “Great Clips”. It was my first time there, but the hair stylist didn’t mention anything about a free upgrade to MVP for your first visit. Also, during our chat, I mentioned being in the army. I didn’t get a military discount, just a gripe because my friends got it.

I took my son to get a simple Haircut. The Hair stylist took to long and really seemed to not understand the simple cut. I got the feeling she was scared to cut his hair. Have to take him somewhere else to get it done right. I have used this location before and this was a new staff. I will be finding another location.

Worst experience Ive ever had getting my sons haircut. I asked for his hair to be trimmed/shaped around his ears and neck and to leave the top long, as he wanted to grow it out. The hairstylist completely cut the top of his hair off, and left no length. When I brought it to her attention that we only wanted it cut around his ears and neck she basically shrugged it off like oh well, let me ring you up. No apology or recognition that she didnt do what we asked.

I brought my son in for a haircut and the next day he developed a ringworm on the back of his head where his hair was cut. This is the second time he has co tracked ringworm after getting his haircut at this location.

I come here because the price is right and Ive never had a bad haircut. I prefer to use the app to check-in. This way I dont find myself waiting for 2 hours for a haircut. I check-in online see how long the wait is and time my arrival so Im only waiting 3-5 minutes.

Bekah is my go-to stylist...shes one of the few in town who can cut my rather thick and curly hair the way I like it...Ill be back

I have a 5yo son with Autism who HATES haircuts and is always a very bad experience at no fault to the stylist, just my son is very traumatized by them. We had a regular place we went to, but sadly they had to close the doors for good due to Covid. We were trying to find another place to take him that would be patient. We were in the area and I called and told them our situation. The girl told me to just come on in and theyd see us. The girl who helped us had shorter blonde hair and the receipt says Scotti im not sure if this is her name but she definitely deserves recognition. She was so patient even when my son was screaming and jerking away she was so calm and got it done. I didnt get the chance to thank her as much as I wanted to because I was trying to get him to calm down and out the door. But I hope she knows how much it meant to us. ❤❤❤

Asked for an 1/4 inch off the top and ended up with 2+ inches trimmed off/ quite possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten.Very bad attention to detail. Will not be coming back.

Bailey was so great with my 3 year old son, who was freaking out the whole time and worked with him everytime he moved and still was able to give him such a great haircut!

She gave very helpful advice on what I should and shouldn’t be using in my hair. Your first time going there, you get the shampoo and hot towel free! $17. Very welcoming atmosphere with wonderful help. My haircut looked awesome, just the way I wanted it. Definitely will be back as a regular!!!

I have had many haircuts over the years, though Sports Clips is by far the best haircut experience that I have ever had. Bailey, my stylist, did a phenomenal job. Dont waste your time. Do they take appointments or not? 2 stars only because my prior haircuts were decent.Made an appointment online with a specific stylist, 90 minute wait. I showed up 10 minutes prior, and was told itd be another 83 minute wait..? When I stated I had made an appointment, another stylist currently cutting chimed in with we dont take appointments. So as Im walking out to cut my own dang hair, the desk lady asks if I no longer want the appointment? Really? Which one is it? Mind you, in my opinion, the entire conversation was rude and unprofessional. Lost a repeat customer.

First impression: clean, courteous, professional. Great experience and received a badly needed haircut. Bailey is a first class stylist. I would highly recommend sport clips.

Morgan was awesome! She greeted immediately as I entered the establishment with a smile and took care of me. I have been at several sport clips but this was my first visit at this one. She pulled up my previous visits at the Cross Creek location and went straight to work. She made me feel like Ive always been there by taking about the area as I just recently moved back to it. Im amazed how its grown and we talked about that and that we are both product of military back ground as kids. She was wonderful. Ill definitely look for again on my next visit.

This was my first time taking my son there and I did not know you could check in online so we waited a bit but it wasnt bad at all. Gretchen was my sons stylist and she did a great job. She asked me what we wanted I said a high and tight flat top and she did great, definitely will be back.

Very pleased with this place. This was a “quick” stop for my 5 year old and he wasn’t happy we weren’t going to his hairdresser. But the ladies were super sweet to him and he warmed right up! The only thing that bothered me was the wait, if you decide to go just know that you could wait at least 40 mins to be seen because they are so busy!

The hairdressers at sport clips are very patient and do great with my kids. One is autistic and they do a great job keeping him calm, an now he likes to get his haircut and will only go here. My other son has really long curly hair and they did a excellent job of washing it out and trimming it up. He’s requesting to go back to just to have them was his hair again. Great team here.

Great hair cuts

Took my almost 2 yr old son to get his haircut. He usually get very nervous and cries the whole time. The girls were super understanding and agreed to skip the cape since that’s usually when the meltdown starts. Bailie and Caitlin (I probably spelled their names wrong) were amazing. Bailie cut his hair while Caitlin distracted him with fire trucks and airplanes. His hair looks great and he didn’t cry at all. We will definitely be back. All of the staff members are very friendly and welcoming.

Gretchen does a good fade. I was hesitant because my son has ethnic hair and not everybody can give nice fade. I was pleased and if I ever get in a bind again I will definitely bring him to her.

Hair cut experience was good but...When I arrived I showed my new customer free haircut coupon and asked if I could use it and was told yes. I was away from my hometown and visiting family, which I also told them. This was also my first time at any sport clips. When I went to check out, the gal who cut my hair couldn’t figure out how to apply the coupon. She went to ask another person. One of the other gals at the counter went in the system, applied the discount and I could see it displayed on the screen. I then commented oh you figured it out. She said that was just for her and backed out the discount. Gal who cut my hair then came back with someone else who told me they couldn’t honor the coupon and I could only use it in my home town. I did not see that anywhere on the coupon and told her that. Also stated that it would have been nice to know they would not accept the coupon before they cut my hair. I showed them the coupon before and they approved it. Then denied it after the fact.Poor business practice. Got my money once, not again.

First time I ever been to one of these. A my experience was excellent!! The rep that handled my little ones here did an awesome job with it and did not take all day! Was it completely lifesaver! And deserves to be called the MVP because of her both me and my little ones weekend is great LOL LOL

I’m not picky when it comes to my hair, it grows back right? My hair has started thinning though and I worry about haircuts just a little. Well I didn’t have to worry going to super cuts, Gretchen did a really great job with my hair and cleaned me up with out making me look like needed a comb over. Back massage, and hot towels aside it was a great hair cut.

The place was packed when I arrived. They took care of me within 20 minutes. Even though my haircut is an easy one they still gave quality attention and professional performance!!! My barber going forward!!!

1st day opened back up from the state wide closure. They did everything possible to keep everyone safe, the Manager was super respectful even when customers were not happy about wait times, and they got us in and out as quickly as possible with the utmost professionalism, timelyness, and care.

This place doesnt allow appointments, alright I showed up and checked in, I had been sitting waiting for over 3 hours. People who showed up after maybe waited only for a few minutes before getting called to a chair.

Mom of 4 kids under age 4 here. Took me a couple of years to find the perfect place for haircuts- this is it! Streamlined check in, clean waiting area, quick service, child friendly stylists, lollipops, fair pricing- jackpot! Special kudos to Scotti and Taylor for working consecutively and getting all 4 cuts done in less than a half hour.

Our first experience here was great! I highly recommend Scotti, she did an amazing on our kids fades. The only thing I would recommend is that the stylist ask not only for the style (which she did) but also any other personal preferences on edging and length. Every cut is customizable!

Professional, clean and very quick service. But made me look like a damn Conehead. Low fade is more like a medium fade, a little bit off the top apparently means half the original length...

I have been coming here since 2014 and have to say it is by far the best place to come and get a haircut. The atmosphere is never dull and the staff is never rude. First of all, they should state that sports clips is strictly a barber show. I just got my hair cut here and this woman told me she put layers in my hair.I told her that I don’t see layers and it looked like she just trimmed the split ends off.She was sure I she’d put layers in my hair but also talking about “well you hair is wet so you can’t see the layers right now”I asked her in the very beginning if she knew how to do layers and if they usually cut women’s hair. She said yes and proceeded to do my hair.I really wonder what damage this women would’ve done to my hair had I told her to put more layers and all.She was kindly rude. This is definitely not a place for women to go unless they just strictly want a trim.Definitely overpriced too.

Morgan is very skilled and did an excellent job & really delivered the V.I.P. treatment. She also has a very pleasant personality and we had a nice conversation as she cut my hair.

My Mom & Sister are beauticians, but my 2 yr old will not let them cut his hair. I had our cousin take him in, because I knew he wouldnt sit still with me! When they came out, Reid had the cutest cut & she told me he didnt fuss or anything! We will def be going back! Not to mention, hes ready to go get another haircut, today!

The stylist I had, did a very good job cutting my hair. Her name was Scotty. If I ever came back, I would definitely request her. I would of given 5 stars, but only reason I didnt was because after price of haircut an tip, it was a little pricey. Other then that, great job.

I took a chance at sportsclips hair cuts when my usual place wasnt accepting walk-ins. I am so pleased with this hair salon/barber shop, that I will definitely be going back. They cut my one year old sons hair perfectly and trimmed my daughters hair. They were great with the kids and very patient. Not to mention, great price.

I always have a great experience when visiting Sport Clips. My hair cut will literally last me about a month before I need another one. Gretchen always combs my hair out so my cut is even and doing so is what makes my hair last so long. Will continue to go to her for the foreseeable future.

Optimistic and friendly attitude - great customer service in a world and day when that part of business is sorely needed by so many.
