The guys did an awesome job as always, and its always nice to sit down and spend some time with the old man.

The trucks in front of me got an excellent wash. Musta been a little tired when they got to mine. Nice people though. I would use again.

I only visited the chrome store. Good prices and selection on chrome and lights. The owner is a genuine guy. Make sure you check out the old photos on the back wall. Lots of nostalgia.

Louis Truck wash was great for me.I had been there many years ago and to return there was just a great experience for me,also to see Mr. Louis.and Tony who I had meet many years ago.I also got a chance to see Mr.Louis himself with a hose in his hand.5star classic Guys!

Did a great job but only have one Bay and that cause back ups and time delays took me 2hours to get it washed but it was worth it in the end truck looked great.

This has to be the slowest sorriest truck wash in America and Canada combined. How they manage to stay in business is beyond comprehension.$80.00 to wash out an end dump. I mean really? Are you kidding me?They will never see me here again.

They were busy when I got there they said just a washout? I said yup he said ok pull in bay 3 30 min later they finally washed trailer out did do a good job but I think they should have 1 guy in bay 3 for washouts itd move a lot faster

Online it says they close at 730pm. Got here at 6:50pm, they said they were closed already and they dont have information on the internet when I questioned him. Buuuut, confirmed they do open at the reported opening time. What a waste of time coming here.

Not the best in the world. Had to get on big boy about not getting my chrome weights and flap weights. How do you clean the rim but not the tire? Nice lady in the chrome shop. She has a side hustle. Makes little knickknacks. Pens, wine glasses. Pricey but nice gifts. Plenty of chrome stuff for your 18 wheel mistress too.

Had trailer washout today. It is not clean at all. Mud still on the lower wall, mud still on ducts its sad, but I guess the saying is true. Price $50 which is quite high and poor quality job, and they say support the community. No Thanks! Get these clowns out of business

This is the worst truck wash Ive ever been to. I told them I just want a wash they tried to up sell me some brightner I said no thank you and he preceded to tell me 4 times that my truck would not be clean if I didnt use what he said. Not only did he not get the up sell he got nothing! Neither I nor the rest of our fleet will be going back there ever again!

That Tony is a real character. Im not sure if hes a comedian, or just a clown? Either way, Im never returning.

Don’t waste your time. Because there’s no posted signage of how to enter, I parked out front near the street and tooted my horn to get the attention of the washers, who deliberately ignored me. One of the washers later told me that he heard me trying to get his attention but ignored me because his feet were tired and I should have been the one that got out my vehicle to approach him. Both he and the person behind the desk used foul language in my presence. Very rude and unprofessional. Never again!

Just got my truck washed. I told them no brightener its a brand new truck. They put brightener on my passenger side steer rim. I had to polish the rim to get streaks out. I had tire shine put on, the guy used a spray bottle and started walking away. I asked him if he was gonna wipe down the tires and rims from overspray and excess spray he said I could do it myself. I said well there goes your tip.

No sure what everyone is crying about. Did a really good job. Hand wash of course. 30 minutes in and out. Quality of wax isnt very good hence the 4 stars. Reasonably priced. Very friendly.

This place is the worst truck wash Ive ever been to. No entrance sign to where you drive in. I went to pay she said fifty dollars, told here I had a pallet of onions. Went and drove to get in line. The guy said the trailer wash would be 40 dollars, said the lady behind the counter charged me 5o dollars, he then said Ill spray some febreze in there for you.I said never mind, tried to get my money back, they said were going to spray some chemicals in there, yeah really.Just like some of the previous posts said. I should have known better. Dont come here, consider yourself warned. Havent even started on the trailer yet. Not sure if I want to look to see if its even done right. Will never go back.

Good when you get in, but called to verify they closed at 5 and I would be in a 10 min or so before that for a quick washout. Got there to find them closed. Not very helpful just say the actual time you will close so I can plan my drive.

I went here for a truck wash Ive never ever paid 100$ for just a truck and trailer wash....they insisted I get brightener I told them I dont want it because it doesnt do a thing... I feel like they charged me 100$ because I refused brightener.

Good people. They are human they miss stuff like the rest of us do. Bring it to there attention and they take care of it. Only a 3 🌟 because I had to ask twice. I dont think there soaps are strong enough to cut through the summer bugs. Tip the washers if they do a good job. Washing trucks all day aint easy work

Only thing is theyre really slow due to the fact its done mostly by hand.

My truck left there with soap on the mirror and the back glass was not fully washed you could see where they had attempted to wash the glass, you could see one side from the other was done Bette, but a poor job over all I could have saved my $50 dollars and did it myself and it come out better and I wouldnt have had to wait 45 mins to get such a bad job.

Open till 8? No trucks in wash bay at 7:30 said there done washing for the day . Read all the good reviews was looking forward to getting my truck washed here. But piss poor customer service put a quick hault to that plan

Make sure you check your receipt. We told them we did not want brightener, but they charged us for it anyways. They wouldnt refund it. Pretty bad when you get things added onto your truck that you dont want to pay for and then get charged for it anyways. Would have 0 stars, if possible.

They took way too long. Over priced. Did just enough and nothing more. I was 2nd in line and was there for 2 hours. Never again.

Worst washes Ive ever experianced. 2 lazy guys worked on my truck and trailer for two hours with just the power washers and water hoses. I expected something like blue beacon where a team of at least 5-6 guys scrub down your truck. Save your money for a place with reputation. Louis truck wash is garbage.

What a dump place with no smallest sign saying where the entrance is to the bays. By the time i backed it out, two other trucks pulled in from the other side. If you make the wrong turn to the bays, be ready to replace your shocks...and if you make it inside, not sure youll be leaving clean

Horrible customer service irresponsible management and even worse work ethics. $75 wash and It seemed as if all they did was throw water on it. Truck and trailer still had bugs n grime all over the front and bottom fenders were still filthy. I tried to talk to management but they went on “break and no telling when they’ll b back” First they charge you for the service and disappear soon after so it doesn’t matter how they leave your truck since they already got paid. I asked workers if they mind touching up the dirty areas n they all sat and said “we do mind we got other trucks” (there was only 1 behind me) I decided to be the bigger man and just take my loss and drive away to avoid any conflicts since the scenario was only looking to get worse and worse. Stay away. Rather give money to Blue Beacon.

50% of the staff dont give a damn about their job. Most of them walk around acting like the world owes them something. When you politely tell them about an issue they look at you like youre out of your damn mind.

People saying that this place is great, it looks to me that the people giving credit to this truck wash must be relatives to the owner to call out customers, after 35 minutes waiting in line one of the workers came to tell me at 4:15 that they close at 5 so there was no time for them to wash my truck...I dont know it looks rude to me
