This was my first time here and I was not disappointed about my choice. The manager and all staffs were very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is great as a cosmetologist myself I appreciate the sanitation here! Additionally the service pricing is reasonable and you are always offered a complimentary drink. I think people should stop by and give them a try.They deserved 5 more stars rating. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.

After visiting a few different nail salons - I think I have finally found “the one”. Today was my second visit (my daughter has also started using this nail salon). Sarah did a fabulous job. Very gentle. Will definitely be making appts for her when I need another fill.

Felt very comfortable there! all the girls were so friendly and gave honest opinions to questions i was asking! walked out with a new set i never thought i would those colors but loved them! definitely will be coming back!!

Today my sister and I went to get services done and I was surprising her as her birthday is next week and she came into town to go to a funeral.We got to relax and enjoy ourselves and had drinks but non alcohol but they were very good.My second time there and I’m very pleased and will keep going in to do my maintenance here lol.I was severely injured during a surgery and my left shoulder/Arm/Hand are in massive pain and you have to be gentle and carful with my entire arm and Kay she was marvelous and made me enjoy myself and relax as much as I could and the ladies all were so sweet and wishing my sister a Happy Birthday and she said she had a wonderful day and when she comes to town she will make me call to set up a appointment for us to get our nails done together.

Only ask for Trish! One day, she was not there and I was taken care of by someone else. She did her best, but I was left with a few bloody nails, and spots that my nail bed was left uncovered. She tried to tell me that the reason it was so sore was because I had an ingrown nail. Trust me. I have had ingrown nails before. This was NOT the case. She had simply filed my nail so thin, and left it uncover by the powder that it was sore a few days later. But with Trish this NEVER happens. She is very gentle. She likes to have conversation and I never leave the store with sore/bloody nails. She always gives me the results that I am asking for. I love her personality and she needs to be the standard of what is expected when going to get your nails done.

After going to Paradise Tomball, I will never go to another nail salon! This is the cleanest and most friendly salon I have ever been to. I had the pleasure of working with Cathy and absolutely loved how my nails turned out! I also had the best conversations with her which made the time even more enjoyable. The owner is extremely friendly as well! I recommend Paradise Tomball to everyone I know after I began going here in May!

Paradise Tomball nails and spa is spectacular! Not only is the customer service fabulous but the service is exquisite. I had never been here and on my first visit I got the most amazing nails. not only did I get amazing nails but I got the best coffee I could have ever tasted in my life. I went today to get my vacation nails for Disney. Im obsessed with Disney Villians and Cruella has been my favorite since I was a kid, (before they made her cool) and got Disney inspired Cruella nails and I LOVE THEM! They were done wonderfully! & I cant wait to show them off at Disney World! Paradise is honestly hands down the best nail shop Im Tomball!

Great staff. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Jenny was awesome today. I gave her the challenge of drawing a bee on my fingers which she did a great job. Bebe take extra care while doing my toes due to my ankle injury. The manager Rose Nguyen was walking around sure all her guests were pleased with their services.

Love love love....did I mention I love this place?! The employees are so accommodating and they treat you like they really care about you and your needs. They have a large selection of beverages (FREE) and the management frequently checks on you. And if that wasnt enough, if you sign up with them, they will send you periodic random texts wishing you blessings for that day and discount coupons.

Yesterday was my 1st time here. I heard about this place from a friend. It was just ok for me. They were pretty busy if crowds bother you, but they do have a nice facility and offer drinks and a massage. I may give them another try, but here was my experience yesterday....I got a pedicure. Once I got handed off to my technician, I felt rushed to pick my color, pressured to purchase a higher priced package, and the nail cutting and trimming hurt. When I got home I noticed the sided of my nails were cut so much that I had dried blood on several of my toes. I also noticed the heel scraping was just a pumice bar and didnt get rid of all my dryness and calluses and the second coat of polish was a little sloppy and didnt cover the whole 1st coat. The end shoulder massage lasted about 20 seconds for me, but I did notice two other ladies in front of me get about a 5 minute massage.

This is my first time coming here and it was great! Got seated right away and very clean!

Paradise Nail Salon in Tomball is the absolute best nail salon ever! When you walk in you observe an excellent quality and standard of professionalism. The host is extremely positive and accommodating in her warm welcome. I have never been disappointed with my nails and the service they provide, it is always 110%. I have 2 other daughters and a sister who all love their nail work. The other day I received an encouraging and uplifting text message from Paradise nails and it really touched me that a salon cares for their clients enough to spread positivity. They really try to make a difference in the excellence in nail art and in the quality of their service.

This is the only place i go now and i tell everyone how wonderful they are. The whole experience at paradise tomball is so relaxing and very professional. Keep up the good work.

I had and amazing experience, they greet everyone when coming at the door. I had my pedi and mani done today by Jenny and Judy. Awesome people I highly recommend Jenny as your nail specialist I gave her a look on what I wanted and she matched it exactly. I will be coming here in the near future keep up the great work guys.

My sister went here today and got her nails done for her baby shower the first picture is what she wanted and the 2nd one is what she got they even cut her finger as you can see on the middle finger in the picture and charged her $91. When I call the manager Tomas I think was his name was being so rude.

First time getting a full set, I had Kay and she was amazing. Very sweet young lady at the front desk helped answer all of my questions since it was my first time, and manicurists made sure I knew along the way if anything would change or add to the price. She also treated my nails like they were her own piece of art and I wasn’t waking out of there until they were perfect. They also made my boyfriend very comfortable and let him sit with me as I got them done! Super clean, super friendly and I can’t wait to go back!

I have been going here for a few months but I feel that the ladies are always in a hurry n sometimes the pedicures are not actually the 45 minutes time that people pay for. Other than that this place is good.

I had a fantastic experience today. Despite being out of my element a little bit the staff were friendly and helpful. The massage chair combined with a very relaxing pedicure made me never want to leave! The manicure was pretty quick and the hand massage really left me feeling pampered!I encourage all guys to treat themselves every now and then and try this place out. Or at least treat your lady!

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and feel welcome. The customer service, cleanliness and end results are amazing. The owner as well as other staff are constantly checking on you to make sure everything is going well. They are always changing up the decor to make it feel fresh, bright and refreshing.

I had a full set of dip nails done and the tech never cleaned up my cuticles so the nails did not begin at the normal area of the cuticle but half way up my nails where my cuticles had grown out thus making them look like they had already grown out and I just got them! The tech seemed to be in a rush. I should have said something to the tech then but I honestly did not notice they were this bad. I wont visit this salon again.

I went to Paradise Nails for the first time yesterday. We had a great experience. They did my nails exactly how I asked, they also took great care of my 5 year old daughter (pedicure&manicure). Super clean, and friendly.

The woman doing my nails was nice but she did not know what she was doing. She had to start over multiple times and I hate the shape. It’s very bulky. I was charged an arm and a leg for poor quality work and was still asked to tip. When a customer asks if a person can do a certain design the answer can be no, I would have picked something else if I knew she was incapable of doing it.They offered to fix it and when I came back the next day I was told they were unable to see me and to come back next week. I had the nails removed elsewhere and will never return. Customer service is terrible

First time visiting this salon today, and it was Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The salon was very clean, elegant, and professional. Everything about this establishment was stunning. But what stuck out the most was my wonderful nail technician, Trish. She is truly an artist. I couldn’t have gotten luckier. My nails look incredible!! And I found out she does eyelashes too! Can’t wait to come back

The staff is very friendly and always go above and beyond to take care of me and my daughters (9)/(2) when we come in. If I do have a problem with my set, which is rare, they give me no attitudes or problems when I need fixing...which other salons do. Ive been coming here at least twice a month for 12 months. Im usually a walk in and have never waited more than 5 min to get in a chair. I also love the variety of colors and packages they have. The place is always clean and the refreshments are great. I cant wait to step out of my comfort zone and book a facial.

Such an awesome first experience even on a Saturday! They took care of my 7 year old and made her feel very special during her mani and pedi. I loved the service and the quality. Probably the best nail place in Old Town Tomball. It’s clean, the staff is very nice, and the prices are reasonable. It also very pretty and nicely decorated. And, you can have a cocktail or infused water while you get your nails done!

I got great service ! My nails look great although the design is a little crooked . My friend was also at the salon at the same time and she ended up with bloody nail beds .

The spa was decorated as a luxury spa. They have drinks of any kind. The services I got were great, everything steralized. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Today was my first time to this nail salon and it was really superb! Very tranquil atmosphere and my manicurist was Cici. She was great and takes pride in her work! Thank you Cici, my feet feel great and look amazing! Will be returning here again!

I’ll start by saying I NEVER do anything for myself, so I was really excited to go and get my nails and toes done. What I asked for... I certainly didn’t get. I got big, square, chunky nails with marbled color instead of the short, nicely shaped, natural nails I showed the picture of and asked for. I have several cuts in my toes from where she filed too short, and they’re painful. My toe shellac doesn’t cover my whole nail, and I really feel like $128 would have been better burned. All the offers of free drinks and pretty chandeliers cannot make up for the awful services I received on Friday. I’m so disappointed and will be visiting another salon to fix this mess of a full set.

I’m very particular when it comes to my beauty needs. This place goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and feeling happy and beautiful when you leave. This is now my go to salon for my mani/pedi needs!

9/20/21Its been a year since I gave my last review and their services remain spectacular.  The staff are well trained and consistent -meaning I could have a different nail tech attend to me at every visit and still walk out with quality every single time; though I have favorite staff Ive grown to connect with, it also means I dont necessarily have to wait for them if I need an unscheduled service. My friends and family are constantly delighted at the service every time I treat them. My mom who lives out of state looks forward to visiting each time. Their prices are affordable for the quality of products and services. My manicure (usually dip) last 3 weeks and doesnt chip or dull out. My pedicure (shellac) usually lasts 2 months. Have I mentioned that they have an seemingly unlimited array of colors? Another thing Im mostly impressed by is the quality of standards of COVID-19 regulations theyve maintained throughout COVID.  Staff wear face masks, and they keep clients 6 feet apart as best as possible. Have I also mentioned their free beverage bar? Paradise Nails & Spa in Tomball is the ONLY nail salon Ill visit and recommend if youre looking for quality for your money.2020Great service! Nails techs are professional and courteous. Place is clean, well kept, and service is top-notch! Manager Rose is truly amazing!

Everything was great until I got told that I couldn’t stay inside with my daughter (who is a minor)When I went back in to pay they were very kind and apologetic. Originally the manager wasn’t apologetic or accommodating. Yes technically I was offered a seat, but it was my husband and I that were asked to leave. There wasn’t 2 extra seats, so I wasn’t going to sit inside with my husband sitting outside. This was supposed to be a fun outing with our daughters and not us just sitting outside. Outside it smelled horrible and made my stomach very upset. I’m guessing it’s the dumpster from the donut shop.I’m going to change my rating since Nancy was so amazing and I’ll just plan that next time either we all are getting something done...or no one goes.

I give 4 stars for the great customer service and friendliness they should to me and my friend. The nail had some problems here and there but they looked great for what I need them to be for.

I love coming here, its so elegant and staff is very nice, obviously the drinks are an added bonus! Cant wait to try one of their relaxing pedicures!

Rose is the manager and is soooo patient. I hate going to get my nails done and being forces to pick a color in seconds. She gave us time to decide and Andy and Henry were our nail technicians. They were attentive and funny and fun to talk to. We got complimentary drinks and neck rubs. Ive been looking for a place to call my own and this is it!

My girlfriend,her daughter & I all went. It was absolutely phenomenal. We had no appointment and they took us right in provide adult beverages and everything was very clean everybody was very social and it was very nice. Everybody also were wearing mask which is a big plus.

Went here today for the first time since moving to the area, got home and noticed my Santa I had on my ring finger for Christmas was messed up! Loved their service just wish they would have taken the time to make sure my design was dry before sending me on my way. I have no clue how to post a picture on here but I would if it gave me that option.

It was so good the people there are so kind that give you free complimentary drinks with your manicure and pedicure and they do a really good job the Ambiance is really nice and comfortable and I definitely recommend going theyre the best nail spa in Tomball no other spall is as nice as Paradise they really treat their employees right

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop I hate when you go to a nail shop and they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing Kim was the person that did my nails she charged me $40 for a full set $18 for the French tip eight dollars for the shape and $10 for the stones I’ve been coming to this nail shop for about a year now I will never come back So if you want to pay an affordable price for your nails please please stay away from this nail shop it’s not worth it And at the end of all this my nails did not look great at all but I did not want them to fix them I paid the price and I will never come back two thumbs down

Normally I would have ranked this salon 5 stars. They were always great but last Friday (5 days ago) my daughter and I went in and I got a refill and pedicure an d she got a new set of dip nails. Once we were do be and I was old the pricing, I was shocked. I had never been charged $40 for a REFILL and the her dip was $58! I had only ever paid $30 max for a set of dip nails there and anywhere else before. The manager had zero reason as why just showed me there prices and went on. Besides that, her dip nails last 3 DAYS! They came clean off, not like she hit them but literally just came off. The corner of one of my nails has chipped off and the shellac over my acrylic looks horrible in some spots. We have been using this place since they opened and always loved it, but at this point we will be finding a new place!

Ive never had a bad experience with this place, everyone has been very nice, they offer you a drink everytime. They make amazing smoothies, just know you will be paying more than usual. (Im sure its because they offer complimentary drinks) Great place, great work, but I can get the same work done somewhere cheaper.

I’ve been to Paradise a dozen times, but last night I had the pleasure of getting Tammie to do my nails, and WOW! She’s so polite, and made sure I was happy with each step she took during my manicure. The cherry on top was I came a bit late thinking they closed at 7, which I was wrong it’s 6:30 on Friday, so she stayed 30 min after she was supposed to be off to finish my nails, and never once did she seem upset or rush through. The entire team at Paradise is so welcoming! Do yourself a favor and get pampered there. I highly recommend them!

Waited over 1hr before I got up and left, was there to get a pedicure.

Went here for a nail party with some of the girls from work and it was great. Everyone was super nice the place was really clean and had a million choices for nails. My tech was great and I understand from some reviews not all are but mine and my coworkers were great and it was a blast. My nails look exactly how I wanted and will definitely return.

Such an amazing, beautiful place! The smoothies are amazing and the staff is great. My nails came out so great. I even brought my 2 year old and they were so great to her. Will definitely recommend to everyone that wants a relaxing experience.

This place is fantastic. I live three hours away but come to Tomball every other month for business meetings. I’ll be scheduling all my nail appointments here when I’m in town. It’s that good! They’re sweet, clean, kind and gentle. And they have a bar!

I went with my sister and I got a full set and she got shellac, I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted, the nails in the picture were long, but she said they don’t do long nails like that, so I said okay, and I asked for squared just like the picture, and the nails are so thick, so thick, the design & color are really good but the nails are so thick

If I could rate a 0 I would. The worst experience I have had to date. Went with a friend and our daughters. My daughter asked for a specific shape and length and the nail tech completely didn’t listen to her. They were way too short and my daughter was not happy with them. After being there for two hours, had to stay an additional two hours for them to soak off her nails and completely redo them. And I still had to pay full price for this fiasco. Two days later two of my nails came off after I simply got a refill. All I had done was reach in my diaper bag for a diaper and one popped off. Another I was making dinner. Had to go up there and the nail tech that was redoing them acted like she was so irritated. She didn’t even try to shape them correctly and hurt me numerous times with the drill file machine. Absolutely and completely disappointed in the service that was received. For such a beautiful salon I am speechless at what a horrific memory I now have. I will never return and I will never recommend.
