I AM FED UP!!!!!!! Kitchen ceiling has 3 water leaks from when the upstairs apartment windows wasn’t installed property and they have no Time frame of when it will be fixed so every time it rains I’m putting buckets down!!! I have WATERBUGS AND COCKROACHES CRAWLING BY MY HEAD AT NIGHT! the anxiety starting to mess with my health I’m 7 months pregnant with 2 small children !!!!! When they showed me a model unit they had a dead water bug on the floor and I asked them if they had a water bug issue before I even moved In and they said no !!! I feel like I’ve been lied to just to move in here I’m sooo fed up!!!! I’m terrified and I wish this nightmare would come to a END !!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with my move in experience into my new home on 5/29/2021. My first day in my new place I discovered bleach stains on the carpet and lil stains on the carpet which shows I do not have brand new carpet in the place and it was just cleaned and I find that very disturbing being that COVID and that is just a requirement before moving in another resident. I also noticed my kitchen sink has a leakage and also there is a plumbing problem with the toilet I am having to flush my toilet 3-4 times every time I use it to actually flush. I feel like I am paying really good money for my place to have to experience any issues like this at all and when calling rental office I was told maintenance would been reaching out to me that same day I reported this and they were not I never got a call from maintenance until Monday morning. I also noticed a hole on the back of my bedroom door and chipped end on bottom of the door. This is just unaccepted moving in to a new place and having these many issues.

We have been living in the two bedroom apartments in Abington for a year now and it’s only gotten progressively worse. First we began to have a water spot in the ceiling in the kitchen because the windows in the upstairs apartments were leaking into ours. Then they came to “fix” it meaning they just painted over it. The spot is very obliviously there and is embarrassing when company comes over. But the think that is the worst is the washing machine. It broke down for the first time a couple months ago and hasn’t stopped since. Every time I turn around that washing machine is broken. They come fix it, then it breaks again, it seems they repair it enough to come back later. Quite frankly I am tired of having these dirty sweaty handy men come into my clean apartment and get it all dirty and stinky. I’ve suggested replacing the washing machine because clearly it’s a piece of junk but every time they say something like oh that’s not necessary. However the most infuriating part is that I am unable to go to work because I can’t wash my uniform. I’m beyond saddened that a year ago this was the place to be for us but now I would say that no longer stands.

Today I was apartment hunting. This property was well maintained. The community was beautiful upon my arrival. Once I entered into the clubhouse I was greeted by Mr. Ortiz who was cheerful and professional. He told me about the apartments and showed me the model. I fell in love with both. It is very important to me that the staff display a sense of pride and respect for their customers and he did both. I immediately felt that this was the place for me. I would like to thank Mr. Ortiz for making this move a special one in light of the times we are currently in. He was nothing short of wonderful. Again very professional, respectable, and knowledgeable.

I have been living at Abbington at Northampton for a few months and this place is definitely my home. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is professional and attentive. Great place for your first apartment.

Nice and affordable apartment homes. If you are looking for something within your budget and very appealing this is a place to come. Also, request JONATHAN ORTIZ, he is amazing! When I was apartment hunting weeks back I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I really like all the new updates to the clubhouse and Jade went out of her way to show off all of the amenities the apartments had to offer. I was surprised at how clean things looked.

I’ve been shopping around the area for the future, and I toured last week and loved all the amenities including the fitness center and everyone was friendly and professional. Jade was super knowledgeable about the renting process and I enjoyed working with her! The model was beautiful and the team made me feel comfortable that this could be a first choice on my list!

I am relocating to the area and looking for an apartment for my son and I. The young lady, Jade at the front office helped me with everything I had questions and concerns about and was very sweet and patient with me. She even recommended fun places and activities in the area to do with my son. The property is well kept and has a friendly environment, I would recommend to anyone looking in the Hampton area.

Jade has been very friendly and helpful with my move in process. She handled everything at a fast pace for me just as I like it. She called me this morning with great news that I got accepted and I will be moving into the exact floor plan I wanted. I am so thankful and their breed restriction is not as strong everyone else I liked that too.

Came to see some available homes and toured with Jade in the office. She was professional and sweet. I loved how the community looked and the updated clubhouse and gym were nice!

Finally got around to a review but I LOVEEEE living here. Don’t let the reviews fool you, I had my doubts but I was amazing and the customer service was great ! Literally any problem you have they are fixing it that day or first thing the next morning. I wrote everything down I thought was “bad” and they were able to fix it, literally installed a new countertop for me. I love the back yard (Portsmouth). Pet friendly, staff is so sweet. I had a parking issue before but they handled it! As far as bugs I never had a issue, I sprayed before I moved in just in case. 10/10. They also hold community events like potting classes and even a paint night.

The best deal on apartments in the whole 757! 2 bedroom 2 bath for under $1000 AND a large kitchen?! The front staff is amazing and they always host great events for their residents! Great community to live in if you have kids and/ or pets. We had to do a short notice lease and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything!! Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite complex I’ve ever visited. I have many friends that live here and the staff is always super friendly. They host tons of great activities for the residents and the maintenance crew is great at getting request completed quickly, sometimes even the day of! Highly recommend! The floor plans are spacious and my favorite part is the large kitchen!

I just absolutely adored Kate, she was so helpful and informative. I am moving from Texas and she has made all of the accommodations for me to be able to come tour. The apartments are quiet and peaceful but what really sold me and my family was Kate.

Great, family friendly, apartment. The neighborhood has great amenities for everyone and the gym is the best I’ve ever seen in an apartment. The units are spacious and we hardly heard our neighbors, so privacy is a plus here. One of our favorite thing was the parking; each unite has one assigned spot in front of their unit, and there is PLENTY of excess, open parking for your second vehicle/guests. Sebrina, Kate, and Jonathan are amazing in the front office and we couldn’t have been more happy with our experience here.

My wife and I really loved it here. Jonathan in the front office was always so attentive and helped us each time we needed maintenance. He would even call us to follow up and ensure we got our problem fixed. The complex amenities are the best Ive ever seen, especially the gym! We love how our washer/dryer units are in the bathroom, its really convenient. I work on the Norfolk base and the commute is not that bad, I can get to work in 25 minutes, so the extra commute is worth the lower price! Our 2bed/2bath was under $1000!

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. We lived on Kathann Dr. for about a year until we moved into a house. The leasing staff were always professional and responsive, work orders were taken care of in a timely manner, the landscaping was well kept, and the move in and move out process was smooth! They also plan monthly activities for the residents like: a petting zoo/carnival, mac and cheese bar, move nights, etc. I would recommend this complex to anyone interested!!

We went to the office yesterday and were so happy to find the Valentine’s Day celebration! Kate served us freshly made popcorn and let us pick out some candy! It was so thoughtful of them! On top of that, Jenny gave us a card to get a free movie rental! How awesome! It was really the perfect timing for my wife and I to spend a quiet night on the couch watching a great movie. Im in my second year of living here and I honestly give this place 5 stars for the staff alone. They are so helpful and are dedicated to making sure that you and your family are living as comfortably as possible. Any problem we have had was easily taken care of by these people, even right now during COVID-19 they are still incredibly responsible, professional, and personable. The living conditions are nice, perfect for a family of me, my boyfriend, and our dog. I highly recommend Abbington at Northampton!

The buildings/grounds are well-maintained. I am moving out of state but I will always appreciate the helpful folks I met working in the office and in maintenance. If you’re looking for a great place to call home, Abbington @North Hampton is our recommendation! The leasing process was painless and quick. The staff has always been friendly and willing to tackle any issues we have encountered, which are very limited. Maintenance is reliable, respectful, and does a great job with service orders. Parking can sometimes be challenging, depending on your apt location if you have more than one vehicle, as you do have one reserved space. We would recommend the fenced in yard if you have a dog, or just prefer your own personal grass space to decorate and enjoy. The car wash is convenient, most importantly free and the gym has all the equipment you need for a great workout. The pool is relaxing on a hot day like today, and in our experience never crowded. Safety is a top priority for us and we have no reservations living here. The property is brightly lit in the evening, and sidewalks throughout the community make for a great walk with the dog. If you don’t have a bbq, no worries...there is a bbq pavilion for us to use here. Overall, we love our apartment, neighbors are polite and you don’t tend to hear noise from above outside of normal expectations. Highly recommend touring before making a decision anywhere else...you won’t be disappointed!

2” cockroaches and non responsive when you go to front office. 3 trips to front office and they say the exterminator will take care of it. Well if they are taking care of it, then why are bugs still there. The house is spotless. Water is on the inside of the walls, and under the rugs causing the rugs to stay wet. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Been here for four years rent started at $900 now $1556 which is ridiculous

I am one if those people who does A LOT of research before any big purchase or move. I searched dozens of apartments in Hampton Roads area for my first apartment and my top two locations were this one, and their sister location, Abbington at City Center. Although they had many pros and cons when I went to choose which one I wanted, I chose here because: the bedrooms were larger, the price was on average $60 cheaper, and I liked the floor plans better here. I recently moved in, so I will update this as my lease goes on, but so far I love it. The front staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. I specifically applied for a unit on the corner of the building to minimize noise, and I don’t know if I got lucky or not, but I don’t hear any noise through the walls. I got the 2 bedroom 2 bath Monroe unit. The kitchen is HUGE, which I love, there is so much storage space and cabinets. Both bathrooms have huge countertops and mirrors which was another big plus for me. The apartment was very clean upon move in, same with the entire community. So far, VERY happy.

Beautiful property! We were just up shopping around the area because we plan to make a move in late March, early April 2020. Drew is so welcoming and knowledgeable. She showed up the community, gave us info about the area and made us feel right at home. Drew has BY FAR been the BEST person in a rental office that we’ve come across during our home search!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE! Ive been staying at Abington for 3 months now in a 2 bedroom unit with a fenced in back yard. The office staff is extremely friendly and professional. Ive had 2 maintenance request 1 for my dishwasher and 1 for the toilet and each one was super easy to get handled, I simply call the maintenance line and schedule an appointment they were out fixing the problem the next day each time maintenance was very professional knocked before entering each space I have cameras in my home so I saw this happening while I was away. The property managers obviously care about keeping up the communitys looks I recently had my reserved parking space repainted which was a nice touch. They mow the lawn weekly. Upon moving in I inspected the apartment for bugs and roaches and not only did I find none but I could tell the place had been professionally treated as any small nooks, crannies, or holes leading from inside or outside of my apartment have been filled with spray insulation ensuring my apartment is secure from crawling critters for all the seasons. The area outside my apartment is prone to water bugs and spiders but I sprayed a 6 month outdoor barrier defense and havnt had any problems since. This has so far been one of my favorite renting experience in my life I look forward to living here for a while. My neighbors are all very nice too um familiar with 3 of them we all keep an eye on any potential trouble with each others spaces. I feel safe living here even with the occasional trouble in other nearby neighborhoods.

The Abbington at Northampton staff are extremely wonderful. Im in the beginning stages of the the leasing process, but Im already loving it!When I first visited, I was given a tour of the 1-bedroom Coleman floorplan. Its the perfect size for a married couple who just wants to mind their own business. Johnathan Ortiz is the splendid person who gave us the tour, as well as a rundown of how the property operates. Hes been very patient with us and diligent. As soon as a Coleman was available for application, he emailed my husband immediately. Mr. Ortiz, along with the other staff members, have been nothing but pleasant and very welcoming to us. I cannot wait to move in!

Thin walls, roaches (regular and water bugs), lousy/noisy neighbors

Hey everyone!I just want to say I just recently moved in and so far its been amazing, the leasing office staff are absolutely wonderful!! They are super pet friendly, and they do have a dog park in the complex. If youre looking for places to live I would consider this place if I were you!

I love this place! I went into the office to talk about my account and ended up leaving with the cutest YODA the best card with a mini glow stick and candy! I couldnt just ignore it and not leave a review. So cute! Shout out to Teyah and Jenny for always greeting me and my kids and always checking to see if I have packages! Everyone there has great customer service and I love going into the office to see all the smiling faces and get my favorite hot chocolate.

My son resides here and there is no other place Id want him to be, besides home! This complex is absolutely perfect!

I loved living here. The community was all around amazing and my move in/move out process was perfect! The front staff is so experienced and friendly, they made my living experience enjoyable. Only reason we moved was to be closer to my new job otherwise I would have never left. I never had issues with noise, parking was perfect since we all have a parking spot and plenty of visitor parling spots. We felt so safe living here and the local law enforcement was great at patroling the neighborhood as well. I have seen many complaints about bug issues, as far as thst goes, there are VERY minor bug issues no matter where you live, that is to be expected. I saw a bug here and there on very rare occasions and when I did, the maintenance crew responded immediately to help resolve the isses. Over all, this community is great.

I give this property only a 3 because during COVID-19 I appreciate all the options to help me pay rent without late fees. If it wasn’t because of that I would give it a one.My issues included spiders that disturb me so I’ve sprayed several times plus had there so called bug sprayer came and it’s still a problem. I have complained multiple times about loud music and nothing has been done. The music plays several times and no consequences have been done. Now that June has approached my lease is coming to an end. I’m so happy I so upset that my first moving experience would be like this.

The ladies at the leasing office are very friendly, helpful and always welcoming. I always enjoy coming in to see them. Great job Ladies!!! Maintenance is wonderful as well.

Living here was ok for the first 2 years. I moved and the quality of the apartments are not consistent. Some have really old appliances while other have more update appliances. I was not told about the differences before I moved. Will not be renewing my lease.

FURTHER EDIT TO FOLLOWI had a bit of trouble in my departure but a representative called to apologize for a communication issue, which was much appreciated. I plan to write a detailed review of my experience with Abbington upon receipt of my final (hopefully low) bill of charges for any apparent damages.

I was so thrilled to see Justine back walking around the neighborhood today! As usually she is so friendly and stopped and talked to me. I feel so relieved knowing she is back and available whenever I go into the office. If youre moving here, just know that the manager is the best in town and it shows in the neighborhood!!!

Not worth the money... Big bug problems...the bug problem is so bad that I can’t even go to the mailbox at night to get mail because they outside having a block party everywhere I’ve contacted the office and they said it’s normal never in my life have I ever seen this type of bug problem .... cracks in ceiling that they haven’t fixed since I’ve been here, they never fix my problems and when they attempt to it’s never done right

Abbington Northampton is an amazing place to live. I lived here for a year, moved away for six months, then moved back this weekend for another year lease. There are so many different size units and maintenance is really great. Nicole in the office is the most knowledgeable, helpful person Ive ever worked with in a rental. She is always willing to help us out which has been really great for us. Highly recommend!

Rooms are large enough for a king size bed & dresser, bathrooms are both good sizes, kitchens my favorite area in the apartment- definitely roomy.Thank you Nicole for helping us make the decision on living here. I dont live here but Ive never had such a good time touring apartments, so I felt it is worth mentioning. We just recently did a tour with the property manager and she is amazing! She made my dad and myself feel at ease and was very thorough and family like in explaining all the features and making us instantly feel at home. Even my dad was happy, and hes a hard man to please. I told her that we are still shopping, but loved this community. She told us all about the other community and we ended up looking at Cambridge too. My dad and I loved both communities but loved how everyone was so welcoming at both communities. She made sure we had all the info to make the right decision. When she told me they have 24/7 emergency maintenance, that was a huge relief, coming from where im coming from, and all of the other features. Now, we just have to decided which of the 2 communities we want to live at.

I have lived at the Abbington North Hampton for 2 years. and I have had to pleasure of dealing with the staff from time to time. The staff member who stands out is Nicole Smith, I have witnessed the representative Ms. Smith, work in the office of a 500+ compound by herself on more than one occasion. Ms. Smith has displayed complete professionalism in dealing with residents who come in the office. I can not say enough about how much Ms. Nicole Smith is an asset to the Weinstein Properties.

The best thing about this place is the leasing office. It is always a pleasure when I have to go in there and am greeted with a big smile. I have been lucky enough to deal primarily with Nicole Smith. She is always pleasant and eager to help no matter the issue at hand. Though I gave the complex in general a 3/5 overall, Nicole gets a 5/5.

I am so happy to write about my experience in renting a apartment in Abbington at Northampton apartments. I moved here about 4 years ago in a two bedroom apartment with a beautiful floor plan.The rooms are nice and spacious. The office employees are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable in the position they fill. I Never had a better maintenance crew as the ones who represent at this location. I Give them 10 fingers up. I plan to live here as long as I can. The rent is also reasonable to pay.

I was looking at different apartments to move my family and I into. This was one of my top choices, pretty nice location in Hampton and one of the friendliest leasing offices. There was a lady Nicole smith that was able to answer all my questions and was very informative about the apartments, I can definitely tell she knew what she was talking about. I most likely go with these apartments once my lease is up at my old place !

So far I’ve had a pretty great experience with the complex. Moving in was super easy and the leasing staff was awesome. Taylor and Nicole were super flexible and worked around my God awful work schedule to get me moved in on the day I wanted and have been really helpful when it comes to my packages and pet questions and stuff.The town house does everything I need it to do and the fenced in yard has been incredible for my dog. Overall pretty happy with the property!

My stay here has been disappointing. It seems that I always have to call on maintenance and when they do come it takes weeks. They barge into your house without knocking and I feel that’s very unprofessional. The place itself is not worth what you have to pay! The washer barely works, the handles on the doors come off and the outlets in the wall don’t work. I’ve also had issues with the staff losing my money for the rent. Sabrina who works in the leasing office has lost my money order not once, not twice, not three, but four times and each time she found it she said she would put into the system BUT I’d always end up with these charges on my account. Needless to say this place isn’t it. The staff and the place itself is horrible.

Normally I would give this complex a five-star when I first moved here everything was great now all the sudden Ive been here 2 years now and its starting to be a lot of break-ins far as people car its also too much parking on the side of the street or inside the neighborhood street sometimes you cant get through you have to go other ways around because they parking on both sides but my main issue right now is the break ends with the cars and just recently Thursday night August 16th 2018 around 9:30 I came home and someone was on the side of my building peeping remind you its dark so I just know theres a lot of stuff going on now and Im starting to think I need to move out when my lease is up I really love this place but I feel like we not being protected especially with the rent we have to pay I believe they need to put a gate around the community and this can solve a lot of the issues as I type this text I am on my way to the office to report the incident that happened yesterday night

ALL MILITARY pay attention to the lease. Do not let them screw you over! They will say they are military friendly and in case of new orders, deployment, etc active members and their spouse/ dependents will be released from the lease but that is BS! Your spouse and dependents will not be released from the lease. Have military housing review your lease and they will tell you the Addendum waives your military rights and you WILL be responsible for the lease. It is not okay for them to try and screw us over, they should be direct about what is on the lease.

Highly Recommend to any active duty mil families . this apartment complex has the FASTEST mataintance response time . They respond within hours. the office ladies are so kind and genuinely care about the residents . Nichole Smith was my go to, she has amazing customer service and is so friendly and warming to all the residents. The only reason I moved was due to deployment orders (which they have no problem breaking your lease as long as you have official PCS orders ) but when I move back to Va will definitely live there again .

Just moved in and loving my apartment and the drive through the neighborhood. All the girls in the office are wonderful and made the move in so easy!

Listen do not move here. In all seriousness. There’s a huge bug problem. The parking IS TRASH. Cars get broken into seems like everyday. They assign one parking space per unit. So people literally make their own spaces.

I came in to look for a one bedroom with enough space for me and my dog. Taylor gave me a detailed tour and was very helpful, giving me a lot of insight on just how wonderful the community was. I will definitely be back with my roommates closer to time of move in

I Have lived at Abbington at Northampton for almost 3 years now. I am beyond comfortable in my townhouse. I Always take my daughters to the playground, I love the property. Whenever I have a question or concern Nicole is my go to person. She makes sure everything is handled quickly. She is very professional and very friendly! Maintenance has always come in a timely manner and has always handled any issue I have had. Definitely a great place to live!!!!!

I have lived here for some time and have enjoyed staying in this complex. When I go up to the leasing office Nicole is always my go to person. She is extremely personable and always easy to talk to. When I place work orders the maintenance teams shows up within the 72 hour window to address the issue. I would recommend others to check out this complex

I just toured here with Nicole. She is the reason I decided to lease here. She was personable compared to all the other places I have looked at.She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable leasing here.If you have any questions do not hesitate in talking to her. Also the amenities were absolutely great. They have a 24 hour gym and business center.They provide the paper and toner so I didn’t even have to bring any!I will recommend all my friends to lease here.

One of the worst places to stay. The walls are paper thin. Everything always breaks down. The maintenance is never on time they come out whenever and they never do a good fix. They fix it enough for it to work a short time. The leasing office constantly lost our rent payments and tried to take us to court for it when it was all their fault. They also overcharged us for the things they had to fix after we moved out. Many of which are things they had to come and fix on multiple occasions. Yet somehow they found it fitting to charge us for it. Just an overall bad place to stay. Only bright spot is the lady in the leasing office named Nicole shes always helpful and sweet

I wish I can give them no stars but I had to select one. My experience with moving into Abbington Northampton in Hampton, VA on 08/01/19 was the worst. As you can see from some of the pictures that I have that this place was dirty and had not been cleaned upon me moving in. All management say is I am sorry and not sympathetic at all. Not only was the carpet filthy in ever 3 bedroom but the master bathroom shower was dirty and it smelled as if someone had just showered in it. The upstairs bathroom had black dye on the cabinets. The floors downstairs was dirty. In the heat with a moving truck loaded with my belongings we had to sit and wait over 2 hours for them to clean the apartment and replace the carpet. And then they had the audacity to say that they did not know that I was moving in. How is that possible when I have email correspondences from like the beginning of July up until my actual move. I also had to a 99.00 reservation fee so if you didnt know that I was moving in why take a reservation fee from me. Why take the first month of rent for August 1, 2019 on July 27,19 if you didnt know....Fast Forward I been her for days and come home today to all my power in my master bedroom not working, mind you I work from home.....For anyone even considering this place run as far away and dont look back!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicole in the office is AMAZING! Quick to respond & even gives you advice on what Vet to take your pets to! The apartment itself did have some damage but the maintenance department is really quick and will be taking care of the issues.

My family recently moved into this apartment complex. The staff are phenomenal. Zach and Taylor have helped us immensely through the entire process, while keeping us informed and ensuring that our apartment was ready to go. Although there were a few hiccups due to the previous renter; Zach and Taylor went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and confident that our apartment was ready and perfect for our family and especially our large dog. They are friendly and extremely helpful and I am grateful that they were here to help us along the way.

Great place to live. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I had an issue (very rare) maintenance was on call 24/7 and it was resolved by the next day. The apartments are nice and I loved living here. Highly recommended

We recently toured Abbington at Northampon with our son as a possible complex for him to move into. We absolutely loved the complex and the amenities were fantastic. The staff there was very friendly and Nicole, who worked with us, was very personable and was willing to answer all our our questions. She made this development a top contender for us because of how well she took care of us. Thank Nicole for helping us make this very important decision for our family.

Been living here for about a month. Great, friendly staff. Lots of amenities for the price, and military friendly as well which is appreciated. Theyve even got free coffee and a gym/pool area. Shoutout to Taylor Bull whos one of their leasing consultants, shes awesome!

I love my husbands and I new place. It has everything that I was looking for; updated kitchen, two bath and two bedroom and its pretty spacious. The ladies in the leasing office definitely made the decision to move here a lot easier to say yes.

I have tried it all. Kept my apartment clean, placed poison traps inside and outside; where they come from. The apartment complex claimed to have brought an exterminator twice. Still, I have woke up 3 times! To the feeling of a cockroach crawling on me. Walking around the complex (everywhere outside) I see them all over the place; on the sidewalks, in the grass, etc. When I have guests over, even those whom have lived in the area all their life, swear this is abnormal and they could never live in such conditions. Additionally, their maintenance staff seem to think its is appropriate for them to enter without notice, if you dont answer the door.

I have been at Abbington at Northampton for 13 years and it has been a wonderful experience!The grounds are always well maintained. I feel safe and secure knowing they have a 24 hour courtesy officer and the leasing and maintenance staff are exceptional. Teyah is the go to person in the leasing office! Shes great!! I would recommend this community to any of my close friends and family.

Unless you have nowhere else to go, please make this your very last option!! This place was absolutely horrible! The apartment was dirty when i moved in and later came the bugs. DISGUSTING! i was able to do the 14 day unsatisfactory move out and that was hell. They sent me a letter saying i owed them the amount i paid when i got my keys. Yup, you guessed right. They lost my check and no one said anything until i called them. I would call/ email/ leave VMs and got no response from the manager Marie. I end up going to corporate about it and they were just as unprofessional. I end up doing a stop payment on the check back in April when i moved out, and they found the check and cashed it after them knowing i did a stop payment. STAY FAR AWAY GUYS! Management is horrible, apartments are raggedy; everything and everybody raggedy.

The Apartment establishment is very nice, The structure of the apartments is great walking inside the apartment is exactly the way they advertise it. The leasing consultants are fantastic, they work with you, they are wonderful. Every time I walk in the leasing office everyone always have a gorgeous smile on their face. They help with anything you ask of them. I would say everyone in the leasing office love their job and treats you as family. Chelsea, Katherine, & Natasha are my favorite leasing consultants to walk in the office to. Teyah Is one of the best assistant managers Ive ever dealt with at any apartment complex. If anyone had to ask I world strongly recommend this apartment complex because its not just a neighborhood its a family here.

I love living here at Abbington at Northampton. My apartment renovations are really nice and good quality. I also think the leasing office and maintenance is top notch. I would highly recommend this community to my friends and family as my experience here has been awesome!!

NOT safe at all. Triple shooting. Multiple car break ins. Neighbors using illicit drugs outside during the daytime. Unauthorized entry into apartments by maintenance men without legitimate cause. Youd think with the high priced rent they could put up a fence around the property with a gate. Ready to move out of here. Do yourself a favor and move your family into a safer community.

My experience thus far living in the complex has been great. The staff has always been responsive, and the exterior is usually well kept. Maintenance seems to also be prompt when I need something to be resolved in my apartment. My go to person is Cariana! Shes amazing and will work out any problem you will have!

Been here about 7 years and let’s just say it’s definitely not by choice! I’m about to move from my parents and I ask them every month why they stay!? At the moment I’m listening to maintenance bang up the apt next to us, been going on since 9am on a nice Saturday morning! The office isn’t even open yet to ask why they would start so early. Why should I expect them to care I have just put my 3 week old baby down, we only pay over a 1,000 in rent! I always recommend ppl to run for the hills and will continue to do so

Katherine is always pleasant and knowledgeable whenever I come into the office with any questions that I may have. She is always smiling and up and ready to assist whenever I walk in the front door. Great Job Katherine and keep up the awesome work. I look forward to staying another year here at Northampton!!

Stopped by to inquire about floor plans and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was very kind and professional. Maggie took me on a tour of the model apartment. The floor plans was great and she was able to answer all of my questions.

For students, finding off campus housing can be difficult but mostly expensive. I was fortunate to find an amazing housing complex, which was in my budget and also within a nice quiet community. Abbington has great employees who really care about your problems and do their best to solve them. I’ve lived here for nearly two years and plan on staying. Being a resident from New York I am far from my home and family, but living here I feel as if I’m home.

I have lived at this community for three months. The leasing staff are well trained and show exceptional customer service. The grounds are always well kept. The maintenance technicians response time to work orders is on point! The resort-like pool is a great way to wind down after a long workday.

Love living here. The staff are amazing in the office, and always provide the best care !
