Just want to show the public what I go through when I bring my son to do laundry !! There’s needless and open caps all over this laundry mat you have homeless addicts who are drunk laying on all the benches !! All the machines need service take your money you can’t get it back this place is a disgrace what a way to conduct your business!! Your lucky if you go in here at night without a scene it’s horrible and it’s the one I use cause it’s walking distance it has to change

All machines ONLY have cold water even if you push hot water button, no hot water available, ever.

Little confusing at first with the automated system. Spilled some laundry detergent on my hand and had no where to rinse it off.

I really don’t understand why I came by to pick up my laundry at 9:16 pm, and the location was closed! What is that? There are no notifications posted, nothing, and opening hours are supposed to be till 9:30 pm.

The Copeland location is a terrible. Machines are not well maintained, they are frequently out of order. You have to back out on to Copeland Street or into the sidewalk and to turn around if you drive there. No one works there regularly. Ive been in Quincy for since 2014 and Im writing this in 2019; Ive only seen one employee and had no idea he worked there until he locked the door after I left. The place is quite dirty for a facility intended to clean your clothes, no contact information inside, but you can find it on there website. I used to go here when I was crunched for time because it was 3 minutes from my apartment, but Ive had too many issues there and finally realized that I can save myself a lot of time and actually get my clothes clean and dry if I just drive a little farther. I get the sense the owner invests more energy into the other locations, but even the others have poor customer reviews.Take a gamble if you want, but keep your expectations low and remember there is a clean laundromat with well maintained machines and friendly staff only 4 minutes away from there.

A lot of people doesn’t use face mask and the places don’t requiere them. They just put signs but no one is controlling it.

Timing is 7am to 8pm always change available so far, washers and dryers are in a good shape

I feel bad for the guy who goes and cleans the place every night...people could be a little more courteous and clean up after themselves. There are dryer sheets all over the floor. The place is a mess. Its not the staffs fault...
