I have lived here over 6 years. Never had a issue that Seneca or Priscilla didnt take care of. These two Women are knowledgeable and helpful. Every year they have Fathers and Mothers day dinners and give out school supplies. I see so many negative reviews about rudeness and unprofessionalism coming from prospective tenants and current tenants who honestly dont follow rules. I want to Iive where its quiet and people do as they should. Seneca and Priscilla ensure that we enjoy that peace. This property is clean,quiet and affordable for the area. The maintenance staff is good as well. Oliver is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to live this is your place.

Beautiful Community the manager was very helpful today. She also referred me to other properties managed by TFJG in Hampton. I really appreciate it that, the last community I visit didnt even take the time out to do that. Hopefully a one-bedroom will come available soon.Thank you again:)

I recently visited the leasing office to inquire about an apartment. I was assisted by Seneca Lynn. She was both courteous and professional. I appreciated her commitment in assisting me in acquiring an apartment. The units are clean, up to date and spacious. The surroundings are impeccable. I am happy to be a future resident.Big shout out to the management staff for the Fathers Day Luncheon they threw for us on this pass Fri. June 15th. Great food! Its nice to know the management staff cares. 😃

They never email or call back when interest in an apartment aint nobody gonna walk in knowing we will get sent away because of covid rules so nobody gonna walk in without talking to someone from there office first so emailing and calling dont help I see

The woman who answered the phone had terrible phone etiquette and was quite rude. no greeting and was snarky about the lack of availability. will not call again.

Ive lived here a little over a month... I Love it !!! 😍... The property is very clean and well kept... The lighting is bright and completely throughout the complex, which along with other measures makes my family and I feel safe... management is amazing... Im so glad Ive never made a habit of believing everything I hear/read, Or else I would have actually came in thinking management were monsters 🙄...They are very respectful, friendly and highly attentive to current and future residents... I think some people have taken their zero tolerance for non sense as meanness... Wrong... Theres rules everywhere you go... Personally Id rather live where the rules are more strict after visiting other properties where the rules are lenient...

Just moved into my one-bedroom apartment... And I love it:) Thank you very much to the Community Manger and Maintenance staff for making my move very smooth.

I visited the leasing office on a Saturday morning to inquire about rates & availability. As I entered the office I was rudely greeted by a heavyset black woman whos attitude & demeanor was far from welcoming. Along with her weave, her customer service was horrible. She failed to inform me of her name & rushed me through questions & answers. That quickly showed me that she obviously did not want to be bothered. Overall, the experience sucked. She should reevaluate her attitude or find a job that suits her. Though I wont be returning, the complex seems to be quiet & well kept.

Nice, clean, respectable, place to live with very hard working staff. I have 2 teenagers and I love it. Low to no crime. There hasnt been any since Ive lived here. Last month my family was going through some money issues and I believe God did his work though the rental office staff. I wasnt sure how I going to do Thanksgiving for my family. Every church and everyone else in the area give away canned goods most dont do any more, or y pop u have to register for it well in advance. I didnt know til the last minute we would be in that situation. The rental office does a raffle. 1st place: gift card, 2nd place :Turkey, 3rd: Ham. I won 2nd. They didnt have to do a raffle and have no idea one of their tenants needed that win but thats the type of people youre dealing with when you live here. 🤗🖤💙💜❤Hi Brandie Hite, I need to edit my post just to say Im so sorry you had a bad experience but the problem is Priscilla dont take no $×!? so sweetheart thats why you didnt get the results or attitude you wanted from her. And Ive seen her really hold her tongue while I was waiting to be seen.

Priscilla is rude and unprofessional. I just wanted information and she acted liked she was too busy.

First time here, I walked into the leasing office September 18th and the older lady was to busy into the tv rather than giving me information or asking questions on what I’m looking for. So I handed the information back to her that I had to ask for after viewing it. Leasing office customer service sucked...

My 14 year old daughter lived hear nd the children hear are bad they tried so many times to get in to my daughter ps pants
