Always very sweet they like to make things right, love even taking the littles

I would never let any other salon do my nails! I have been going there for years and very happy with the owners and nail techs! I went there with the old owners, now the new. I have solar nails, pink & white, and they are perfect. They last for 4 weeks until I come in for a balance. I am really hard on my nails & I love solar nails. I get them & dont do a thing until I come in for the balance! I cant compare prices to other places because I havent gone anywhere else in recent years.

This place was great! My mom and I went here today and the people were really kind and fun. There wasnt anything that was bad to even comment, the place wasnt eveb very busy. They did a really great job on my pedicure and I definitely will be coming back, never going anywhere else!

Called last minute for 2 pedicures (like at 5:30) They said come right now and got us both in. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff is very nice. Quality of work is good. Definitely recommend!

Went in for a fill in on some busted nails I got done in Marion. She did the best job filling them in and reshaping them and coloring. I will drive down here no matter what because I know my nails will be immaculate. Plus I’m transgender. And no one made me feel a way at all. I have been to other places where they have left blood all around my nails and everything and she didn’t hurt me at all.

Nails chipped the next day and continued until all were broken. I had full set french manicure dip done and was happy with how they looked at the spa but all the nails chipped off in less than a week. A disappointment and a waste of money and time. I go to the D Nails in Delaware, OH all the time and I love them. Their gel polish lasts the longest of all the places Ive been to and they even did cute flower designs on my nails once for a good price and helped me take pictures of the finished nails.

Terrible quality they do the cheapest work your nails won’t stay on. It’s very small and always over booked. Even if you call ahead of time. Save your money go somewhere else where you’ll get a good product.

Love it here. Very friendly. They always take their time and dont rush and try to push you out. I wont go anywhere else since Ive found them.

Took less than an hour and they were extremely polite! Small imperfections but you can’t really tell unless you’re looking right at them. Thanks!

Service has gone down hill :( so went on 6/28 after a received a reply from managerHe told me that since I was unhappy to go unless where that there was nothing he could do. I will make sure to let others know how know and to take business else where very poor customer service

Very friendly staff. Took my daughter for a mani and I do like the occasional pedi. She did my nails very well. Such attention to detail. Ill not go anywhere else from now on.

This place has gone down hill. I get harassed everytime I go in there to do my eyebrows after Ive said no several times. They rush through and the very next day my polish on manicure is already coming off. They keep missing ingrown nails. I will now be going else where.

This place is spectacular!!! Made a same day appt to have some bad nails from another saline removed. Showed them a pic of some ombré nails. The finished product was BETTER than the pic!!! Best set of nails I’ve ever had! Pink and white ombré for the win. My daughter also showed them a pic and hers were just as good!!! Will never go anywhere else! (And the price was great for the amazing quality!!)

Very poor customer service and they do not know how to shape a coffin nail properly i got acrylics normal color not very long and they charger me almost $60 definitely a rip off i would pay $20 maybe $30.

Came here yesterday and was not Satisfied once with I came home with my nails, the ends of them are very thin, could easily break or chip which is the reason I get gel nails is to prevent them from chipping. My thumb nail is Crooked, compared to the other nail, and you can tell it’s crooked. She clipped too much or my real nail off. 😔 I just want long real nails .

This wss my first time here and had a Spa Pedi and my eyebrows waxed snd Vivian did snd Amazing job!!! I will be back for sure.

No wait. However I dont think the nail tech really knew how to do what I was asking for. Id rather have them tell me they didnt know how to do it, rather then me getting nails that I really was just not happy with.

I walked in on Monday at 11 for a pedicure. One other lady in the place. Young man came in with his sister. He immediately got my tub ready. I assured him I wasn’t in a hurry. He was very proficient and it was a good explain- until he pulled out the cheese grater that obviously wasn’t new. I said no thank you- he used it anyway. Ok- then he tickled my feet. He was trying to be playful, but... Then out came the cuticle clippers. I’m not a fan, I prefer they just be gently pushed back. He wasn’t super aggressive on my right foot so I didn’t complain. Then on my left foot he starts trimming skin around my nail. He cut into my skin on my big toe and it hurt. When he sprayed the cleaner prior to painting I gasped because it stung so bad. By the time I got home there was a crusty scab there. Today the scab came off and it still is bleeding and angry. I won’t be returning. I have never been injured like that at another salon.

I’ve been here a dozen times and they have always provided courteous and quality services. Good value for the $.

Went as a walk in. Greeted by two of the employees which was nice. Not a long wait. Guy that did mine was friendly. I got the gel nails. I’m happy with how they turned out. Mine had a lot of glitter in the polish, so I suggest at least three coats.

Have had my nails done here frequently over last few years.Recently noticed the pouches that the instruments are in are not properly sterilized. The pouches were never exposed to heat sterilization as the indicators on the bags have not changed color I try to explain to the owner and not sure she understood.Next visit is the same issue with the sterilization pouches.I am not returning to DNails.

They did such a great job they took their time and my acrylics look wonderful. They are cheaper than other nail companies and do a way better job. It was only thirty dollars for mine, I got oval shaped acrylics and they are yellow-orange.

Got acrylics.. didn’t get all of my nail, the smoothness and shape were great. Didn’t remove cuticles. So I got lifting and acrylic started to chip off within a few days. The nails were not straight at all!! My nails have a huge gap between my cuticle and the nail plate! I’m not a professional and have done at least some water better then that

Absolutely loved the results every time Ive gone! Great acrillics that last at least 2 weeks provided you dont get them too long (the longer the nails the more they get caught on things and break). Very nice people, they do an excellent job and always get me exactly what I want!! Would highly recommend

I typically call at the last minute to get an appointment on my lunch hour, and they are always able to accommodate. Always a great experience. Only $35 for gel color and a manicure. Love it.

My daughter and I just had pedicures there today. They were absolutely fantastic! They had to laugh because my poor nurse feet looked horrific! He was very gentle, but left my feet soft and looking SO much better! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I love this place. I have been using them since I was 18, at the oldest and I am 31. I have tried other places in town and they do not compare. The service here is impeccable. They are very personable too. They are fast and my nails last so much longer when I go here. This is my favorite nail salon in Delaware and Marion counties. :)

Service was fast quality of work was terrible. They need employees that can understand what the customer wants. I will be looking for a different nail salon and will never recommend anyone to waste your time or money.

This place seems great up until you pay. There aren’t any prices anywhere. They charge you extra if you want to use a credit/debit card. I got a polish change and it cost me $30! Would not recommend.

I asked for the coffin shaped acrylics and got the basic short square shape. I dont know how but got colors mixed up... I chose white and came home with pink. THOUGH the very nice gentleman who did them was very funny and nice. Maybe next time it will be better.

I miss the old owners :(I went back today for convenience. although I’ve heard bad things about new owners and the quality of work, I like to make judgement calls for myself.I shouldn’t have gone. My powder dip nails were done in 15 minutes. I felt so rushed to be out of their salon. The nail tech didn’t even speak to me. Not one word. Just pointed to the sink when I needed to wash my hands and that’s it.She jerked my hand all around so rough.The price truly isn’t much cheaper than any other salon in town. I’d prefer some personality in my nail tech and tobe able to sense some pride behind their work.I’m interested to see how long this color even lasts.... sorry D nails. I’m not Impressed.I’ll be at Jennis Nail Salon from now on.

I do not recommend at all!! I want to get full set of acrylics and they were only $30 which is a good price. But when he was doing my nails I noticed that they were all crooked and warped. And when he painted my nails he messed it all up by getting it on my skin and putting glitter on all of them

I have mixed feelings about this place. John is the one who does my nails and I do dip and they turn out pretty good and the prices are decent. Its just sometimes they rush through me bc theyre busy and theres only the 2 of them. Even when I make an app. I have to wait while they start on other ppl . Seriously though Ive had dip done at the the places in Delaware and they do it the correct way without making ur nails look thick. You know they first do a half dip in clear then they dip ur nails 2 times then another clear dip. But they can only do solid color. Lastly I only get a polish change on my toes but this time got them done my old color was black and the wife did my toes and when she took the black off she just let the black stay on my edges so it looks like my toes r dirty bc red is the color I changed to...smh like I said rush rush rush .....

Though Ive always gone to Steve or Amy neither were there so John did my nails and did a great job, great people .

I had an appt this past Sat..for a Pedi they only had 3 workers, they were very rushed in getting me in and out the door...this isnt D nails of 3-4years ago!..we wont be back...sadly....

Nails were done very sloppy and uneven Several appear crooked looking Very unfriendly nail Tech. Not to mention they tilted up at varying angles and after five days some of them were loosening alreadyAdding that within 2 weeks they were falling off
