My daughter and I went for pedicures. The people were very nice, but the service was rushed and poorly done.

I loved my experience here!! The two ladies were super sweet to my friends and I and made sure we were comfortable. They were very enthusiastic about their job unlike many other nail salons Ive been too. Pedicure was $25 & well worth it! The massage chairs are to die for. Definitely coming back here.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. Went here with a friend and we both received the worst pedicure of our lives. My feet were in the water for not even 5 minutes before she took them out. She did minimal trimming and grooming of my toes and maybe not even a solid 2 minutes of scrubbing. The pedicure I received was the $47 one, which comes with I think I 15-25 minute leg/foot massage. I received the bare minimum rub from her. During my 15 or so minutes she decided to take her shoes off and continue to barely rub my leg with one hand as she did it, taking away from my already useless massage time. Let’s not even talk about the nail painting job that was done. It was so incredibly sloppy, my 4 year old niece could have done a better job. They treat certain customers better than others. A lady was getting a pedicure before we came in and was finished way after us. Our entire experience was not even 25 minutes. I’ve never not tipped after bad service but this was a first. Was also were talked about as we left. I will never come back and will NEVER recommend.

People here really care about their works and I always leave extremely happy. They use high quality products for decent price which always keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

They do a great job, and you get to enjoy wine while you get your nails done... whats better than that? Theyre easy to work with, and I can always get my nails just like I like them.

Showed a picture of what I wanted, shape is completely wrong even when I tried to say something. They also told me in the beginning it would be a certain price and charged me something else in the end.

Terrible experience walked in for pedicure, picked up color, my feet were in water for over 15 mins waiting no one came to attend to me meanwhile they were 3 staff, another lady did a walk in & she was asked to come back laterTerrible experience, I don’t think I will return to this place ever again.I was trying to build up a place where I can be going for my nails,Couldn’t even use the massage chair

By far my favorite salon in Frisco! Kelly is the BEST and Amy is amazing too. Ive been going there for 8 yrs and have tried other places too but they always fall short of Starwood!

I had a good experience once, so I went back, and the second time around was really bad. I do not write reviews, but the cleanliness was extremely concerning. Kelly immediately went from working with another client without washing her hands to working with me. The nail utensils she was using were visibly dirty and used, and when I pointed it out she dismissed my concerns. She was disrespectful; she would constantly take her personal phone calls and interrupt the service to go do her own thing. Needless to say, I will not be going back again.

They always do a great job, no matter who I get. Great service and my nails and feet always look great and last a long time.

Went here to get my nails and eyebrows done 2 weeks ago... I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. Two of my fingers are bleeding..Nothing was done right for the price I paid

Have trusted Nina to do my nails from 2012 until 2017 Nina is Awesome and Lynn is excellent With pedicare, several techicans try to cover Nina but when wlll come back? Everyday I go there I meet very interesting people. Starwood is more than just a nail salon

This place is a disaster they never have your appointment right at all. I went on a Monday when they are supposed to give you 10% off but they insist on doing a collagen treatment to your hands to make up for it. I said no but before you know ir Jenny puts it on my hands. She insisted on how I should do my nails not what I wanted and she skipped over the lotion and oil on numerous visits. I was definitely not treated like the others. Once I even asked Jenny to fix my cuticles and she not only gave me an attitude again but butchered me and my skin was throbbing for days. Management is a disaster. My nexgen color was always uneven cause she buffed too much in certain areas.Avoid at all costs especially since they are always trying to upsell. Shame on me that I continued to go to her although her work wasnt as good as it was when I started going to her.

This place is ok. It could be better. Maybe I came in the wrong time.
