My experience here was terrible. The lady who did my nails was incredibly rude and looked very mad every time I responded to her is it okay? questions with any suggestions. She would visibly be rough with me and even went as far as tossing my arms to show me the designs. She was also very rough when removing the file dust from my hands and literally beating my hands with the brush. She was also yelling at some point in a language I did not understand and I had to speak up because I could not take it anymore. I wanted them to let me come back and fix the nails but I did not want to willingly subject myself to that kind of service ever again and they would not even refund me a portion of what I paid for the service(should have refused to pay after how that lady acted) she did not even wait for the final polish to dry before she proceeded to slap on the cuticle oil. This was a one of a kind experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owners are nice but their new tech (joined 2 months ago) is very very rude. He is full of himself and blames clients for removing their nails on their own. He doesnt believe in basic courtesy or customer care and keeps praising his own work multiple times while doing nails. Hated his attitude of doing a favor on me by doing my nails. Isnt that what customers are paying him for? Let them appreciate it if they like it or ask if they liked your work. OR say no to service if you dont like a customers nails or cuticles. Know the difference between giving advice and blaming & being loud. However, still most of the technicians at Picasso are good at their work and show customer centric attitude (I liked Stevens work and personality last time) but beware of this new rude person. Also, they do not offer drink everytime. Language is the problem and charging extra for nail tips (understandable) as well as long nails, really?? Paid $60+tip for a basic french manicure (dip). Dont feel like going there again. Advice: improve your customer service or write outside your door what type of customers you prefer to cater to.

Dropped in for a basic Mani Pedi came out with crooked big toenails.Id removed my old dip polish before coming and couldnt get all the glue off and I told the ladyShe filled it down and wiped them with alcohol.Now that I have left and look at them in natural light you can still see the glue they just painted overIm so sick of my nails being done in rush by someone I cant communicate with.If you use them watch them carefully. No base coat. Didnt fully remove prior polish and didnt get my big toenails straight.

Will does my nails and he’s awesome!! He’s fast and the quality is excellent! He will recommend a color or style for you if you’re uncertain. Ask for Will 🌻‼️

Upscale, friendly staff, super clean and luxurious, excellent manicure and pedicures for every occasion and need....this place is a great escape!!

I came to this nail salon due to the many good reviews. They’re honestly not great, but not bad. For starters the lady kept pushing me to get a design or ombré after I told her no several times. She also left halfway through doing my nails to help another customer and handed me off to another nail tech. Luckily the new tech was much nicer and finished my nails beautifully. Also, they charge for nail tips and complex shape (which I assumed since most places do), but also charged me for long nails… isn’t that the whole point of the nail tips? My nails came out good, but it isn’t worth the pushiness and unnecessary charges…

I had my nails done by Julie and she was amazing! Took very good care of me and was completely professional and detailed. Will be coming back here in the future!

Just left here after a great pedicure and not so great gel manicure.I was a walk in and was greeted quickly. She asked what I was wanting done and I explained a gel manicure and gel pedicure. While I picked out color I asked her specifically if they’re was anyone here who could do nail art (traditional smiley face) and she said yes, so I moved forward with picking out my colors and sat down. I waited about 10 min before someone came over to start my nails (which is fine, I had no appointment so I understand). The nail tech that did my manicure was very sweet and initiated conversation. While she was removing the old gel polish I had on, I asked her if she was able to do the design I wanted and showed her the same picture. She said yes. She applied the design to one hand and she asked if I liked it and I told her it wasn’t exactly what I had wanted and showed her picture again and suggested trying a few things to get the design right.After two more attempts I asked to have plain gel polish instead of the design. I have no problem with the nail tech as she was nothing but nice to me and tried to give me what I wanted, but I’m not satisfied with the woman who greeted me and assured me my design was possible.The nice lady who did my toes did a phenomenal job and had asked me what had happened and I told her. She was also on my side as far as don’t promise the customer something you can’t deliver. She made me aware that the girl who did my nails was new and did very little nail art. She was actually the one who called the gentleman over for me to let him know what had happened when I didn’t even want to bring it up to anyone since I don’t like confrontation.My nails turned out fine. I was given a discount for my troubles (the same 10% discount all first time customers get, which I was regardless), I tipped and went about my day.A tip for the business: be transparent about the capabilities of your staff. It would’ve saved the nail tech and I a lot of time and frustration.

I’m thoroughly impressed with my experience at this salon. Living in this area, there’s a nail salon at every corner and I’ve tried most of them - but this one- I think will be my official stop from now on. The techs were very attentive, and nice. The owner was very kind and explained the loyalty program and their salon’s upkeep during COVID, which is important for many of us going back to routine life. One thing I will truly take away is that there was no pushing to upgrade from one service to the other. There was respect in that notion to me and I appreciate their business model and work ethics.

I have been here twice for a manicure/pedicure and both times everything was great. Dang helped me both times. He always offers me a drink and is very professional. I feel like everyone here really treats you like family and wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything. This is my favorite mani/pedi place ever! Ive been twice now, but today they went above and beyond for me. I walked in with no appointment and told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure for a wedding I am going to this weekend. And gave them a strict one hour deadline because I had to get my kids from camp! (I did tell them I could come back for the manicure later in the day if needed.)Not only did they get me in right away, they got both my mani and pedi done simultaneously and in under an hour. Steven did a fantastic job on my fingernails and Kim made my feet look and feel amazing.I also love how their menu allows people at every price point to get pampered, with lots of different options.Thank you for great service! I will be sending my friends to you.

I would definitely come back and refer all my friends and family about this place. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and professional. They were very attentive and greeted me right when I walked through the door. They did not make me wait long at all, and Im sure even if I needed to wait, they would have been very attentive and kept me updated on how much longer it would take. They took me straight to the back to get my lashes done and before everything, they asked me if I wanted anything to drink. They told me how long it would take and it did not take longer than the time they had given me it would take. Checkout process was also super easy and quick. Everything was very convenient with the setup and process they had implemented. Definitely coming back here again!

Firstly, the whole atmosphere was relaxed with soft music and really comfortable chairs. The foot and leg massage by Don was firm but gentle, and I could have stayed all day. Annie is the best on this visit she did my manicure she is very attentive and careful and the quality of my manicure and pedicure were terrific. When it was over I was left in the chair until my nails dried. I left with not only pretty toes but a complete sense of wellbeing.

Great Great customer service! I feel like a king on a throne. Sat down and oh man, a mageritta on my left hand, phone on the right, my feet is getting Clean and just feel super relaxing. That 1 hour feel so relax, I could not ask for more! It was over too soon, I then decided to get my hand done too! Round 2! It was great, sat there and totally felt asleep, woke up and I dang that was the best nap ever! I would come back again, but this time less mageritta.Thank you!!

My daughter & I came in for mani & pedi.I was very disappointment because the staff is so kind. I reached out to voice my issue. I had a very important engagement the next day so i had to make it work. I never post anything but hope this can be for learning. The nails were poorly done. Sorry i have to look for other options.

This review is for lashes and nails. I started going to Picasso for lashes with Mai. I dont even know where to begin about Mai. She is an amazing lash artist. I drive all the way from Lower Greenville to Frisco every 2-3 weeks to see her. Since I was driving 35 min each way I usually pair lash service with manicure and pedicure. Takes about 45-60min for nails and an hour for lash fill. The pluses about this place- wait times are very short if at all. I usually call to make an appt but I dont think thats necessary- wide range of colors for gel, dips and regular- wide range of options for pedicures. They dont short you on the foot massage and scrub- they have a free membership that gets you 10% off services INCLUDING lashes- they have a raffle to win amazing prizes although Ive never won but that okay- did I mention Mai? Her hands are light as feather so I fall asleep pretty quicklyI cant say enough about the staff here. They dont make you feel uncomfortable by selling you more services and they provide excellent customer service.

Best nail salon in Frisco - hands down! 10/10 best service, quality products and experienced technicians! Dang and Tran are wonderful and always have a smile on their face; I feel more encouraged as soon as I walk in the door and always leave feeling more beautiful then when I walked in. Today is the first time I’d been back from my last visit 2 years ago since the salon I went to closed abruptly due to the pandemic. Apparently the management has changed and I think it’s for the good. Let me tell you, the reason I hadn’t come back was because the front desk lady used to work here, she was extremely rude to me every times I came in. I have trouble with mobility and she treated me like I was a burden during all of my visits. Therefore, I decided to find somewhere else that can treat me better. I decided to give this location another chance since my neighbor has mentioned about the new management. After my recent visit, I couldn’t agree more. The guy and the staff were so kinds and accommodating. I mentioned that I have mobility issues when I called in. They were very accommodating and treated me extremely well. I can definitely tell that they put a lot of effort to improve the service here.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to frisco 2 years ago. I love how they treat you like family & the drinks are soooo good. Will has been my nail tech forever and his work is so great. Definitely going to be one of my lifelong friends. I love it here, never going anywhere else!

I have been here a few times and each time is nice. Not the fanciest of options in Frisco however my nails always last 3 weeks (dip). Shout out to Annie for my last nail job, ombré. Im not a big fan on their pedicures, its never consistent with the massage and all depends on who is doing it, thats the reason for the 4 star

I LOVE Picasso Nails!!! I have been going here monthly for over 3 years which was when we moved into the area. Dang and his brother are amazing owners/managers. They always greet me by name and very accommodating. They hire the best people and have very few employee turnover. Picasso is ALWAYS clean, tidy and calming from the moment I enter their doors. They offer a wide range of services beyond mani/pedi and myself, family and friends have NEVER complained about their services there. Currently, I have been going to Vy and she is the sweetest girl and does a fantastic job! Picasso has also been doing a great job following all Covid-19 protocols. I LOVE Picasso and would be VERY sad if they ever closed their doors

Ive been here many times and the experience has never been anything less than amazing! The staff is welcoming and they put in a ton of effort to make sure that I have the best time. My nails always come out flawless and stay on for weeks. They make sure that I am comfortable with everything and the prices are great. I would definitely recommend!

One of the best mani/pedi experiences I’ve had! Ive been here before and after Covid and same great quality. Complimentary cocktails, attentive staff, and very clean.

Went for the 1st time today and was awed by the customer service. The owner/manger spent time w/us telling us about his loyalty program etc. My pedicure was relaxing and my toes look fantastic. This will def be my new nail salon.

The costs at this place are average, pretty much the same as any other nail place in the area. The staff cares to be detailed and make sure you’re happy with the look, even if it needs to be fixed. The work is precise and really well done pretty much every time. The shop itself is huge and beautiful, very well staged and decorated. They’ve got friendly employees and you’ll certainly leave with a positive experience.

I have only ever wrote 1 review in my life and it was bragging on a manager for amazing customer service at a restaurant! Yesterday though I went to Picasso nail salon and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. I was a regular customer for a while and every time I went it got progressively worst! The girl doing my nails gave me a hard time when I asked her to fix certain things I did not like and then she proceeded to face time/ talk on the phone with her friend when I was trying to close my eyes and relax. The massage/service was not worth the price you have to pay! When I go in I spend 70$ or more on my nail services so I expect a some what relaxing experience! I was so disappointed I started to tear up and the manager on duty did not offer any kind of condolences for the awful service I received. Im so disappointed. Do not go to this salon. Nail idol is down the street and does a way better job with nails/ customer service.

Have been there a couple of times and last night will be my last visit. I told the lady doing my nails I wanted them a little longer so she suggested getting tips on. She cut them down, I informed her that they were still too long for my liking and asked her again to cut them down. With a major attitude she said why dont you tell me which ones to cut down!. I told her they were all still too long. She cut them down some more with just the nastiest attitude. I told her to forget it, Id go somewhere else to her response good, I dont want to do your nails. The manager came over to apologize and said shes having a bad day, her son is sick. Didnt get the managers name, nail tech was blossom. Would not recommend this place, so many around the area to choose from!

Made appointment at 11. 30 o’clock. I Showed up little bit early.They told me that it’s going to be extra 15 minutes waiting because my appointment is at 11:30. Waited there but still after 11.30 Waited another 15 more minutes for somebody to come and start working. The shade I choose when they put that on it was a different shade.Then I just Wanted simple French manicure white tip.The lady who was working with my nails one finger she made mistake and she saw it-at the end she tried to fix it but she couldn’t. Right now it is totally uneven. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Going back to fixing that nail after that I will never visit that store ever again.

Been going here for almost a year, best nail salon in the area, very organized and calm even when busy. You cannot beat their prices and even though Annie is my go to technician for my nails I’ve had others I’ve had to have that did a great job as well. They are very precise and patient here I really enjoy the atmosphere and the great customer service :)

I received probably the best manicure of my life today from here. I had excellent service. Great customer service every time I come. She didnt to make my hands get any hurts. My nails are not cracked for almost 3 wks. I will be coming back for my fill in a couple weeks! Loving you more than I imagine :)

Love this salon, very friendly, listen to what YOU like and dont like. Great variety of colors between regular polish, gel/shellac and Nexgen. They offer waxing also. My favorites are Diane for nails and Nathan for pedicure, honestly all staff are good at what they do. The staff recognize you as you become a regular customer and greet you like friends would.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We sat for an hour after our reservation time. Then they told me that they couldn’t do the gel nail polish over fake nails unless they filled them because the nail polish would fall off. Then when I told them to just take off the fake nails they told me they didn’t have time. Will never go back. First time coming here and was very disappointed.

The whole team just went above and beyond in pampering me. Henry, did an excellent job on my dip and pour Ombré and Don’s massage on my pedicure was truly, Heavenly!!! I’ve been to the other one is Eldorado, but the quality and Customer services is much better over in Main st Frisco tx. I have been getting my nails done in this place for a little over 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. If they tell you the wait time is 20 mins it is actually 20 mins. Not like other salons where they say 20 mins and its 2 hrs. The people ate very friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have recommended this place to a lot of people. ❤

I am really sad to see this place go downhill. It used to be my go to nail place but I have stopped going. The quality has gone down hill and the service is not great. The people who answer the phone can be rude and condescending and I always feel rushed, even when I make an appointment. The last time my daughter went in, her gel manicure didnt even last a week. There are better places down the street.

I usually come to this place cause its next to my house but they were SOO mean to me and my best friend. We where slapping each other on the leg and not even loud and she came and yelled at us when the kid next to us was watching spongebob so loud and I took them at least 15 minutes for someone to start our nails and there was no one at the nail salon, the manager was super rude and kept on rolling her eyes at us. I dont recommend this place and If you where one of those people who made it to the end of my review go to Grand Nail Salon their prices are better and its a more enjoyable experience. Plus they give free drinks there.We hope this is useful

I am 13 and when I go there they dont treat me or my friends like kids and give us the same excellent quality as the adults in the place. Another thing that is great is that they are kind and clean.

Ive never been to Picasso nails and I was deciding if I wanted to go to Caesars nails lounge or Picasso nails so while I was getting my haircut the lady told me go to Picasso nails and I did and they were amazing, I had very great service, if there was a mess up she would fix it! Very clean place and staff is very nice!

Terrible service. The owner is rude and was talking about my daughter with her staff. When I told her that they had made my daughter uncomfortable, she looked at my 10 year old and scolded her telling her to not be so sensitive.I left with nexgen all over my hands, polish on my toes that did not match...even though it was the new matching combo by opi. I pointed out to the guy that the numbers didnt match but he put it on anyway. One is iridescent shimmery pink and the other is opaque white with pinkish tint.$100 mistake...$200 if you count that Im gonna have to go to another salon and get this corrected.Wont EVER go back.Wouldnt recommend it to anyone

The lady at the front desk who acted like she owned the place was extremely rude to me. She talked to me unprofessionally, raising her voice and aggressively. She also looked grumpy with the staff, always checking if they were done with the other customers. She looked at me while talking in another language to the other staff. I am definitely not going back there, there are so many better nail salons out there in my opinion, no need to put up with horrible customer service. I am surprised this place is still in business. Many of the 5 stars reviews here look fake, seem to be made by reviewers rating just specifically nails salons, I can tell because the salons being rated were from different states. Thats pathetic to boost ratings with fake reviews.

I have been coming here for almost an year and has one horrible experience with ken. Dont ever let him do your nails, he cuts and have an attitude problem. Soon as i sat down he kept asking did i want someone else to do my nails.

Im so glad to have found this nail spot in Frisco! They were able to accommodate my request for a simultaneous mani/pedi. I made an appointment the day before, and although I was approximately 10 mins late, they were able to seat me and start right away. The salon is kept extremely clean, and I like the decor.The technicians were very nice and professional. Nina did an awesome pedicure and Annie gave me a VERY pretty ombré dip manicure. I tend to keep a few good nail shops in rotation, and Ill definitely be back for a visit here.

Felt very welcomed. Love this place so much! The staff really knows their customers. They worked on me (nails, mani-pedi). I really like how they came out. Im hooked! Ill go back for a mani-pedi in 2 weeks.
