We just bought a new house Leslies Pool and supply helped us transform our pool. We also learned a bunch. They are not to expensive and guide you to great deals and money saving items.

Drove all the way here to pick up an online order, and the guy at the store didnt have it ready and refused to contact Leslies central to push the order through. He told me it can take up to 72 hours to get an online for in store pickup order ready?! I bought something else at the Leslies on Mingo two days ago, and it was ready in a couple hours. Poor customer service at this location.

We have been shopping here for awhile, there is just so little competition. The staff in broken arrow are hands down friendlier than the staff at the tulsa location, but none of them are knowledgable. Here is the reason for the one star review. At the beginning of summer we dropped of our expensive pool cleaner. It has suddenly stopped working. We were told it would be a couple of weeks. We waited 2 weeks and called to check on it. We were told that the part was on order and it would be another week . The cost would be $275. Its been 3 months now We keep calling, finally was told last week that its not repairable. All of a sudden it needs a new motor and new tracks and new cable ( it is just barely one year old). NO one called us. We had to call them every time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS RIP OFF GROUP. We will be picking up our cleaner and go elsewhere for any of our pool needs. The worst customer service ever.

The Elm location is horrible! I called ahead about parts and was told they were in stock. I gat there and they have to order them. I then wait for a call that never comes. When I call the parts are there. Not very friendly either. Stick with Scott at the Bingo location. Now that is service!

We went into check for a pool purchase and no one would wait on us and didnt acknowledge we walked in then walked out so they lost our business in purchasing a pool very sad but they need to treat their customers better

We have an inground pool and we get most of our pool supplies here, prices are as good as any, they have a good selection of toys, chemicals and other items to make your summer time fun. They also sell hot tubs ( which I highly recommend ) and they will open or close your pool.

No employee acknowledged me or even offered to help me find what I needed

I went in the store saying I was totally new to owning a pool and needed to know how to work it. I also brouggt a picture of a particular part that is broken and needs to be replaced and got nothing. I was told to get an opener kit and go to the Intex website and look at the pictures to figure out the part I need to replace! I will NEVER spend a dime in this store!

Nice store but they cater to convenience. If your not in a hurry you can literally get anything in the store cheaper online

Everything you need for pool care and fun. I run a community pool in the summer, and I use leslies because of the great customer service. I know theyll do everthing they can to help me if I have a pool problem. My pool turned green in 2016 the same time the Rio Olympic pool turned green and with leslies help we were back to clear just as fast as the pros that run the Olympics and stayed sparkling for the remainder of the summer. Cant argue with great results. Thank you Todd!

Terrible service! The people that use to run it were great. Now they have very inadequate people. First of all I had my water checked 3 times to be told my salt was high even though I knew it needed salt. Spent several hundred dollars on chemicals. The pool kept getting green. Took a sample into Carr and I was right low salt. If they keep your pool green you will keep spending money on chemicals. Secondly I took my Polaris in to be fixed. Replaced several parts. Picked it up to which they told me they removed part of my hose without asking for permission. Now it doesnt reach the entire pool, and still not fixed! Never again! I will be calling corporate as well!
