I came to this nail salon for the first time tonight and I couldn’t be any happier. The staff was incredible and make my first time so comfortable and fun. There was judgment and constant laughter from the very beginning. I highly recommend taking the time to stop and get your nails done at this facility over any other placesI will 100% be coming here for my nail care needs from now on!

I come here every two weeks faithfully, and do not plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. The ambiance is amazing and everyone is so talented unlike most places where only 1 or 2 or them can do designs. Very clean and they decorate for the holidays. They are very well staffed so I have literally never waited to get my nails done even when they are packed. Great place

Amazing deluxe pedicure. Beautiful atmosphere. We were greeted right away and offered a drink. Once in our chairs, they showed us how to work out chairs. We were asked if the water was a good temperature. Our feet looked beautiful and felt so amazing.

I love coming here! Everyone is super nice and I’ve never had any issues. They get you seated ASAP! When you say no to them asking if you want anything besides a manicure, they’re not rude about it. That’s why I keep coming back!

I really cant think of a reason for any points off 5 Stars. My techs super sweet and takes her time, never rushing and does a fabulous job. My husband loves them too!

Hanna did my nails and did an EXCELLENT job. They are so nice and extremely professional there. It was my first time and let me tell you, they just made a forever customer. Also got a pedicure done and they were doing my hands at the same time to be more efficient. The pedicure was done SO WELL!!! I truly felt pampered and enjoyed my experience!

Just dont go here. This place wasnt super welcoming when I first walked in, but I assumed it was because I didnt have an appointment. I got my toes done, and now just a few days later I have a really bad infection on one of my toes. Definitely not the place to get your nails done. The paint on my toes isnt even very good quality, idk, I wish I had taken my time and money somewhere else.

I haven’t do any reviews before this is my first time to do it because i got terrible nails.Everything was fine the management so nice, the salon very clean but I’m not happy with the guys( old and taller guy) . He was not concentrate to do my nail, he keep looking around when the new customer come in and very rush. I still recommend people to come here but stay away from this guy.

I was not very impressed with my experience. The polish wasnt reapplied evenly so the color ended up being patchy (didnt notice until I was home with lots of light), my nails were not filed well which means there were jagged edges, and then she didnt get all do the dead skin off of my feet. The people were very nice but the service given wasnt very good.

First time going to this hidden gem and I love coming here everyone is so nice and friendly. I will definitely be back, my tech did an amazing job on my nails and she took her time.

My daughter, niece, and I wanted to get manicures. When we walked in we werent greeted friendly. They also seemed to be short staffed. One of the nail tech started with my nails. While my nails were being done, my niece was getting concerned about the timing, and ask how long it will be for her nails to get done as she wanted to call her boss and let her know she would be late for work. The nail technician that started on her nails, and the other technician that was doing my daughters nails started laughing at her question which I think was very unprofessional. Will not be going back at all!!

Their service here was super terrible and they were extremely unprofessional. They then treated me terribly for asking for something else when they made my nails extremely crooked and lumpy. My artist laughed in my face when I asked for something other then a solid color and treated me awfully. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless you have a thing for being treated like a child and then having to pay for it. I will never be going back here, worst nail bar in Frisco. 11/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I dont usually review places often, but this palce is by far the best place ive gotten a manicure from. Ive been well over 25 times. The manicure easily lasts 2.5 weeks without chipping. My last one lasted 3.5 weeks!

Worst customer service ever. Waited in a chair for a mani pedi over 1.5hrs. The mani was never started or finished. Several people walked in after me and they began service. I noticed they would service customers with high cost services 1st. Theyre terrible. This is not my 1st experience of this type at this location. I attempted to give them a 2nd chance. Official will never patronize this establishment again!!

I would give this place a -0 if there was the option. I went in 2 weeks ago and had lady name Cindy to my nails “Next Gen” she rushed doing them. She did a horrible job they were short and thick and I had glue residue all on my skin. So I called the salon and spoke with manager named ‘V’ and she said I could come in the next time and get my nails done and she would give me her best. I came in today and she was off and he lady at the front said all the nail techs are busy today and that I could come back tomorrow and I asked her a few questions in regards to Nails tech and she got attitude with me. I will NEVER EVER go to this again. Awful service and customer service 👎

I ALWAYS have an amazing experience. They remember my name. The ambiance is awesome. Soft music playing overhead with the calming sound coming from the waterfall. The place is spotless. Wide screen TV’s, gigantic chandeliers, a beverage station with soft drinks and wine. They serve you!! Friendly staff. I am seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment and their is never much of a wait when I walk in because they are adequately staffed. Absolutely no complaints and I have been coming here for years. I moved a year ago but I commute 30 minutes just to continue getting serviced here. The manager Dan is wonderful too.

Update: A day later, I noticed one of my nails was duller than the others because of how sloppily she finished my service. I went to have them replaced today at a different location, and the technician took 20 minutes to get them off because a type 4 gel coat was put on top of them. Im never coming back here.Front desk employees seemed annoyed my mom and I came in an hour before close. Asked for a mani-pedi and they gave me a manicure then said there was no time for the pedicure at the end of the service because they couldnt understand what I wanted. Also, my technician told me she thought I was single after telling her I about my husband? Yeah, pretty horrible experience. My nails look good though.

I went here for the first time yesterday and loved it. I had a gel pedicure and manicure and both turned out amazing, my nail technician paid so much attention to detail and made sure my cuticles and everything were perfect and checked to make sure I liked how everything looked. Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. I also loved to see that they were using proper hygiene, unlike a lot of places. The liners were always replaced in the pedicure tubs and they got out a new set of tools every time, both of which are very important. I’ll definitely be coming here!

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had found the perfect location. My mother and I were greeted, offered a beverage, and immediately given a chair for our pedicure. The staff was very attentive and the pedicure was amazing! Exactly what I needed as was looking for. I will definitely be returning.

This place is perfect that I wonder why there are not many reviews on it. Everything I would expect from a decent place. Clean and organized. Staff is very nice and friendly. They are willing to listen to you, unlike many other which their techs assume that they know how you want your nails done and just go ahead and do everything wrong. Plus the techs take their time and did not rush you out though they still manage to get the job done in a timely manner. Reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

If, like me, you are a regular, their friendly helpful service makes you feel good and they always have a kind word or some banter with you. You dont have to make an appointment just walk in and they will accommodate you if they can and they really try their best for you. I love Picasso Nails & Spa Its the only place I go to get my nails done. Everyone is so nice, and they work hard to get you in even if they are super busy. Everything is really clean and nice. They always do a really good job.

This was my normal place to get my nails done (I get Nexgens every two weeks), and I’ve always enjoyed the services I’ve gotten. Unfortunately, I’m having to switch salons because one of the nail techs tried to overcharge me during my last visit. She also fought with me when I tried to use a coupon from their website, a coupon that was completely valid and applied to the service I paid for. She finally gave in and applied it to my total, but she ended my visit with a bad attitude. It’s too bad, this is a great salon and I’ve never had this problem with the other techs. I think this is also the same tech who tried to charge me for a shoulder massage I didn’t even ask for. I decided to go somewhere else from now on since I regularly get my nails done. The idea of having to fight or get ripped off every two weeks doesn’t appeal to me. If you visit this salon, be sure to know exactly what you want and how much it will cost. Also, don’t be afraid to insist on the right coupon being given to you. Hopefully you won’t get the dishonest tech, but be prepared if you do.

Although I miss my girl Lori. I have discovered Jessie. I can be quite annoying bc Im picky. But she actually listened to what I wanted and cared to get it right. Im so happy with my fabulous nails! If you want someone who cares ❤ go to Jessie. She is bomb!

Had a great first experience at this salon. They take a lot of time massaging your feet and legs during pedicures and dont rush through the service like many other salons. The spa was very nice, clean, and full staffed. I enjoyed my service and left feeling very relaxed.

I was able to walk right in with no appointment. My manicurist did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. The foot massages was fabulous! Price was just as expected. Would definately visit again.

I have been going to this nail salon for a while. Although, it has been hit and miss in the past lately the quality of work is just POOR. I went in after 5 pm and they were not busy as all. So slow that one nail tech was literally plucking gray hair from the salon owner/manager’s head at the front desk🙄. The nail techs were nice but my nails are shameful. $68.00 bucks (mani & pedi) and I literally will have to go somewhere else to have my nails redone (typically I don’t pay for bad service or I’ll go back and request them to fix it). Last time I went a new nail tech piled so much product on my nails they looked like a horror movie. I went back and another more experienced tech buffed them down - I am not going back. I am fairly new to McKinney, but there has to be a better place. Please don’t waste your money if you want consistency. I noticed they do not respond to bad reviews only good ones. Maybe the manager should spend less time playing in her hair and make sure the work that is coming out the salon is DECENT.Merry Christmas but I’ll never step FOOT OR NAIL back in this place...I only wish I could post pictures..

So the nail salon down the road offered next-gen with tips, and everything for my daughter at $36 with coupon. We happened to be in this parking lot already and the manager said he said they were $35. As my daughter got started they took her old nails off and said that was 5$ extra. Then they said she picked tips that were long and so that is another 10$. Then it was 5$ because she didnt pick a certain next Gen. All told, a $35 job turned into a $50 bill. I couldve gone down the road a bit for the $40 charge we normally get and then use a 4$ off coupon. I watched as they up charged some teenage girls who came in as a group. They just waved their hair and agreed to all the up charges. We wont be going back. Same quality, but high price and you cant believe the prices they give upfront.

Very close to where I live. I have been there with wife a few times. Service is good, but they have reduced the length of time for massage followed by pedicure, in fact that was why I was going there for with my wife. They offer complementary drinks - red/white wine, a few fixed cocktails items. Price is slightly higher than other places I have been.

Friendly. Professional fast but detailed. Everyone who works there takes pride in their work and making you feel comfortable.I go every 2 wks when I can fit it in. Appts arent always necessary.

I have a pedicure every other week here. They are always kind, professional and my feet always feel amazing when I leave. Remember when going that this is a quiet place that people come to relax, so loud chatter isnt for this location.
