Had my first visit to this salon, for a new dip set, and was placed with Julie. She was amazing! They had a big party come in halfway through my service but she took the time she needed to make sure I was satisfied with my nails and I walked out of there with exactly what I wanted, but better!! Found this place by accident. They did an awesome job putting on a full set of gel tips and I love the mood changing color gel nail polish that they have. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

They give you a $20 gift card and they ask you to leave them a good review on Facebook, yelp or google. Service was good, not the best. When I got home I had to file my nails because they were uneven.

This is the best nail spa i have been to in a long time. They always do my nails to perfection, wether it’s a pedicure or manicure it’s always perfect & i have no complaints. Everyone here was amazing! They were all detail oriented and meticulous about everything. I received a gel pedicure and dip on my hands. And by far the best experience I have had here in Texas. They constantly asked if I was ok. I did not feel like they rushed at all. They took their time and everything turned out beautifully. They took all my concerns without getting annoyed or looking pressed. I will be returning bi-weekly.

Went here based off of reviews and Im so glad I found this place. As you ladies know it is so hard to find a complete package at a nail salon and this place is it! First off the atmosphere and decor is amazing and very very clean! The customer service is excellent Staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. I felt very welcome and at ease. I took my boyfriend and he had never had a pedi, the poor girl had her work cut out for her and had a smile on her face the whole time! They even had a 20% coupon that they honored at check out and gave us a sweet Christmas gift. This place is AMAZING!!!

I cant remember the name of the wonderful lady who did my pedicure today but it was the best pedicure Ive ever had! The customer service is great, its very clean, and the staff are very attentive. I just moved to TX a few months ago and now I have finally found my pedicure spot!

Ive been here a few times and have never had my pedicure wrinkle the day of or chip within the first 3 weeks of having my nails done. Ive also had nexgen and gel done here and have never had issues. I really enjoy this place! Super friendly and clean ❤️

I wanted to treat my grandmother and I to pedicures and Im very pleased with Luxury Nail Bar. This was our first visit. My grandmother really enjoyed the Cucumber Pedicure which included a massage. The smile on my grandmas face because of the ladies here and their service is 5 stars for me.

Worst nail spa I’ve ever been to! All the offers are fake and they didn’t even ask me how long I want my nails. Awful customer service and a really bad job. I got my nails done there and they didn’t even care to do all the nails the same size and shape. They also wasted a lot of my time, and were really slow. Some of the workers didn’t know what to do at all and it took about 30 mins for them to just get started on my nails! I will never go there again.

Appointments mean nothing to this place. They will start your nails and then begin on a walk in. Add bogus charges to get more money.....ive been coming here for the last 3 months and have never had those charges before. I told Andy something was wrong with my nails when leaving and nothing was done....dont waste your time!

Today was an absolute disaster and the only person that paid for it was me. Had a photo shoot at 2:30 for mom and daughter pictures ($200.00 deposit on this setting that has now been lost).I called at 11:05 knowing if my normal gal couldn’t get me in, there were two other places I could try along my way if for nothing else, a fresh coat of paint to make them pretty. The receptionist tells me they’re having a private party ( ON A SATURDAY MID-MORNING😳 who does that) but my girl Trish should be done right around noon. Perfect !! And only takes an hour and a half if I have a pedi and my nails done generally so I would have plenty of time. NOT.. I left the nail salon at 2:40 and fuming.. not only do I get to pay another $200 for a setting fee but I also got to pay 20% more for the same services I have always gotten there. Oh AND I should also mention the left over residue, all over my hands because they no longer have brushes out so you can scrub it off. I even mentioned it to Andy (GM or new owner).. Trish does an amazing job but I will gladly find a new place after this mess.. And one more thing. I was given a pedi that I DID NOT ASK FOR.. I wanted them painted but because Trish had been triple book by the dumb receptionist I was told “ It be fine we do pedi” then CHARGED for it!! I am not a hot headed person generally but this time I’m very angry. Get a new receptionist and let her fetch the towels for Pete’s sake. 3 hours and $300 down the drain.. what a way to make my Saturday!🤦🏽‍♀️
