Kim always delivers with every design I challenge her and Ben does amazing job with acrylic nails, they stay on for so long!! They’re so friendly and always tries to accommodate. I haven’t gotten acrylics in over 4 years, everyone at the salon was very helpful in helping me decide what to do when I showed them a reference picture. Ben did my full set and Kimberly painted the design and changed my toe nail color for me! I will definitely be back for their services!

They were very friendly and had good customer service. We have to wait a little bit because it seemed like they were short staffed on Sunday but they kept checking on us so it was all right. Hana did my dip powder ombre manicure and she did a terrific job! She took her time to make sure that everyone of them is close to perfection. You can definitely tell that she is passionate about doing nails. In the end, he even gave me 10% off for being first time customer so that was a nice bonus. Would totally recommend this salon.

Best manicure EVER!!!u2028This is the first time Ive been a repeat visitor at any nail shop. I happened to be in the area the first time, but this time I drove an hour just to get my nails done here again. Kim is the best! She really takes her time and cares about the health of my nails and cuticle bed. Its been two weeks since my manicure and none of them have chipped. Shes also amazing at designs and you cant beat the price!! Definitely worth the drive :) Im so happy I found a nail spot with guaranteed excellent service!! I am visiting from out of town and looked up nail salons near me, knowing nothing about any of the salons here. Based on other glowing Google reviews I chose Blossom nails and they did not disappoint. I was a walk in and able to get in right away, and they offered me a drink when I walked in.Kim did my gel manicure and did a PERFECT job! My nails were shaped perfectly, cuticles trimmed and didn’t nick my skin at all. She was very gentle with the cuticle trimming part. The gel polish went all the way to the cuticle. It also was applied just right, not thick and uneven like some other places.Ben did my Blossom pedicure and it was amazing also! Worth spending the extra money to get the extra pampering. The foot massage part was one of the best I’ve had. Jennifer painted my toes and they look perfect.Everything inside was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Staff was super friendly. Following Covid recommendations by wearing masks. Prices are very good, definitely not overpriced for their services.10/10 recommend. I am super picky about nails salons and was nervous about going to one out of town, but I’m so happy with my choice. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit again! I can’t recommend this place enough❤️

New to the Plano/Frisco area, I was in search for my go to nail salon. Thankfully I have found the one! Hanna and her husband are genuinely such nice people. Hanna did an amazing job on my pedicure. Very detail oriented, gentle, but still very effective. I’m on my feet all day in clogs so a pedicure was much needed.The venue is very clean, in a great location and the prices are phenomenal. Ive been coming here since I was pregnant because I needed a nail place that had low-no fumes.Now, 7 years later, I still come here every other week for gel nails and a pedicure. I have brought my husband, daughter, mother, and all my brothers in and they love it here.As long as they are open for business, we will continue to patronize this location. The staff is wonderful and they are so good at everything they do!!!I got nail art done here and it looks amazing even weeks later (on gel nails)My brother also got his brows cleaned up here and had a quick and easy experience.

By far the best mani -pedi I have had and the price was great ! Very thorough, my skin is so soft my cuticles look better than they ever have. I’ve had several mani pedis and this experience has by far topped it . Will be coming back when we are in the area again .

I have been going to blossom nails for about 7 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Hannah always takes great care of me! I have very sensitive cuticles and leave other salons with bleeding painful fingers, but not at blossoms! Make sure you make an appointment especially for gel or dip.

This is the BEST nail salon Ive EVER been to!! Every time I go, they do an incredible and meticulous job. My biggest peeve of other salons is that they never get the polish all the way down to the cuticle. The people are Blossom are so detailed and get my nails perfect!

Ive been going there since theyve been open. They ALWAYS give great service! Even try designs that theyve never done and it turns out perfectly. Just like the Pinterest pictures! The quality of service and prices cannot be beat compared to what they provide in their selections. Now my husband goes with me for pedicures. It saddens me to write this review as I have have great service here on several occasion. Today was not one of those days. After I had a good pedicure the owner cane to polish my toes. The polish I picked once t was applied it was very thin and lack luster in color l. I pointed it out and I decided to add another color on top. After she painted 5 toes I looked and said I didn’t really like it. She told me it’s too late as she can not do anything about it. I looked at her with a blank steer as I never said unwanted sit changed. She then raised her voiced that I gave her the ok to go ahead. I said very calmly to her I am not denying it all I said was I didn’t like it. She continued to get louder as if it’s an argument. I firmly told her that it’s not an argument as I am not arguing with her as I never told her to change it. She kept on/ she polished my toe and got up. It was the most unprofessional thing for a salon owner to behave in this manner. I get she was frustrated as her child was in the back crying but don’t take that out one. I will never go back there as my money is green everywhere.It was a very disappointing experience.

Extremely rude and bad customer service. They screwed up my nails and when I told them to correct it they do not care and instead say that if I do not like it then I dont go there again. Ridiculous service. Will never go again.

Absolute worst experience ever. They are extremely slow, unable to fully understand what is being asked, and didnt care they kept messing up. I got so frustrated, I paid for my services and left. This was supposed to be a stress-free experience and it was everything but that. Dont be fooled just because its in Frisco. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It wasnt a good day for Blossom Nails, they lost at least three customers while I was there, including myself. They really need an employee that understands and speaks English, because they tell people one thing on the telephone and another thing when they get there. They apparently have an online sign in for appointments that they dont even look at or acknowledge, lol, so whatever you do, do not make an appointment online, call and make sure they write it down. Really, make sure they write it down, because if you dont, when you get there, theyll all say you didnt talk to them. One lady came in for her online appointment and ended up leaving because they couldnt do her pedicure, not sure why?, because at the time, they had empty chairs and idle workers. They apparently dont look at their front desk sign in sheet either because I signed in for me and my daughter to get a Mani and french tips, they only took my daughter back and I waited and waited to be called but that never happened. Again, I will say their biggest problem is understanding the English language. Im gonna be looking for a new place where they speak and understand English a whole lot better.
