I was looking for something that was a little nicer than your average nail salon and i found this place! The set up is totally different from your average salon, the seats lay back almost all the way (yes i fell asleep). they put a warm shoulder wrap around your neck and a warm small towel over your eyes. I got a regular manicure and pedicure. It was only one girl working on me, they started on my manicure (and they went super fast so i got worried that they were rushing and i couldn’t see because of the towel over my eyes) but when everything was done, my manicure was impeccable! i guess she was a pro!
Place looks awsome. But are they still open? Phone is disconected
I was staying at the hotel close by. This place sounded perfect. 3 minute walk or so. Jasmine was absolutely amazing. We talked probably more than the others liked but it so was so amazing. The receptionist needs to suggestive sell. Even after mentioning I was from out of state she didnt seem helpful. The 2 oriental ladies were rude. They seemed to stick together.
I have been trying to go to this place for weeks. Every time I’ve tried to go here the last few weeks, it’s been closed with no acknowledgement on the door or it’s closed for construction. Today I tried to go here and the receptionist informs me that the salon is by appointments only. Despite the fact that they have “walk-ins welcomes” on their website and the door.
Extremely happy and satisfied with the service at Zen Nails. Totally worth the price. The package with the massage included was awesome. Ive been to Zen Nails twice and had excellent service both times and will definitely be returning. Thank you all for the great and excellent care you give to clients. Much needed after a long work week.
No other place gets its right 100% of the time. The mood is relaxing and the level of service is worth every penny. This will always be my first choice. Courteous staff. Clean facility and awesome techs.
This is the best nail salon Ive ever been too! Its just a little more than your traditional nail salon however, its peaceful, quiet, and they take their time. Its so relaxing and they give you a face mask to cover your eyes to help you get in your Zen mood. You can even choose head, neck, and arm massage to go with a pedicure!!!Thank you Lin!!!
Ive been going to this nail spa for 2 years and HAD been a loyal customer until I got a phone call today saying that I had to prepay due to rescheduling a couple of appointments recently. I never no showed and always called when the time no longer worked. I will never prepay for spa appointments and they just lost me as a loyal paying customer. AND, this nail spa is not cheap!!!
I took my wife for her birthday. Best nail salon weve been too. Relaxing and the tea they bring to you is super relaxing. Will be coming back.
Best place Ive been since Ive lived in DFW.. 10 years. Mani/Pedi and Temple/Neck massage is almost enough to put you to sleep. Nails look wonderful and dont ever feel rushed. They are pricey but worth every penny! Will continue to visit.
I had a great Ultimate pedicure and the massage felt wonderful! They were not rushed at all, like most places Ive been to.I would recommend going to Zen!
Lily is excellent. She took care to not get my NexGen nails on the cuticles (or else it catches in my hair when they start growing out). The person that did my toes also did great. They didn’t offer a drink which I was kind of sad about, but they had a hot neck pillow, eye mask, and did this fantastic massage with hot stones. I booked again in 4 weeks with Lily! Some people complained about the price, I was nervous to even go here because of those reviews. I’ll put it simply- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This place was a mere $15 more for a mani/pedi as the Lavender Bar and it was way better quality as work and they spent an extra half an hour (an hour total) doing my nails. Take it from me, spend the extra $15 to get it done right. I’m creeped out by my own feet but take my word for it the toes are great too. Pictures of nails don’t do them justice.
It is time for me to update my review. After my first bad experience ever at Zen salon, Zen took the time to call me and erase my bad expirience.Ever since, I keep coming for my pedicures and have nothing else to say, but great things. So if you like a quite and relaxing experience while you get your nails done, this is the place.
They talk about you in Vietnamese but they definitely know how to make your nails look pretty. Lol
The place is peaceful i went with my husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was ideal! We were treated so well and the color selections were nice. We were offerd wine or hot tea. It was clean. Smelled good. Had super relaxing music and water fountain effects. They have the best chairs because they recline allll the way back. I actually fell asleep! which never ever happens. Amazing experience 100 percent and im picky.
I find it really expensive for what it is, the prices are high and they also force you to leave tips, I have gone to many salons here in Dallas and I do not see anything special about this
I have been a client at Zen for 3 years and Kim always does a super job on my nails. I would definitely recommend this place.
Expensive, but they always do a great job. Very clean and professional
Fantastic!! Kaylynn is the best!
Amazing place!
