I had not got a pedi in a year due to the whole COVID situation. I came today for first time with my very bad shape feet and I can only say thank you Annie, Angela and Mimi for fixing them and giving them a needed makeover. Very sweet and talented ladies, I’ll surely be back more often!

I was in town for Dr visit to MDA and Linda took care of me and my husband as walk in appts. She was very professional and She did a wonderful job for both of us. We will definitely see her again on our next visit!

I had a manicure and a pedicure. The manicurist did a horrible job with my manicure did it under 10 min and did not soak my nails did the bare minimum did not remove the cuticle properly. I will not be returning

Im very disappointed in my nails. I got a shellac manicure and the paint job is sloppy. The edges are not smooth. The staff is friendly but I care about the quality of my nails and they are horrible. The mail tech kept having to use acetone, a file, and clippers to fix each nails after they were polished, which is a sign the paint job is not well done. I will not be back.

Linda I believe her name was did an amazing job on my nails. I just moved to Houston about a month ago and I love doing my nails so I was looking for a good salon. I came across this place which is really close to my job and got my eyebrows waxed. It came out just how I like it so I decided to get my nails done here as well. Im normally really picky but they came out so cute! And she was very helpful and kind when I showed her what I wanted done especially when I came in an hour before close on a Saturday and I didnt even have to wait. She also told me the price upfront, cheaper then what I would normally pay at another salon but still quality work. Salon is very peaceful and pretty. I will definitely be back!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. My girlfriend came here to get her nails done, and these turned out fine. But she was recommended the 3D lash extensions and thats what went terribly wrong. Immediately after getting them, she could tell something was wrong. Her eyes were burning and watering and itching, but she didnt say anything because it was her first time getting extensions and she didnt know any better. A few days go by and she is still in a lot of pain. At this point, she needs them off, but we are out of town. The lashes were already beginning to fall off in clumps. We did our best with steam and olive oil and force, but at the end of it, half of her lashes had fallen out. She is traumatized. Whats left of her real lashes are still clumped together with leftover glue and its not budging. Incredibly disappointing - these people do not know how to put lashes in. Dont trust them at all.

This was my first time at the salon after a referral from a friend. I originally went in just for my lashes, but ended up getting a refill as well. I love how Linda did my lashes, nice and quick! My nails also came out very nice. She has definitely gained a new client!

LINDA did my nails for the first time about two weeks ago. I got a dip manicure, & she did such a fabulous job! I I got the color Funny Bunny, which is a beautiful whitish/pale pink, & my new favorite color. She really took her time & was very detail oriented. Also, very sweet & friendly. I’ll be coming back next week to see her for another dip mani. Also, her shoulder massage is wonderful!

After reading the recent positive reviews, I decided to try out this nail salon. This salon is situated on one of the busier streets in Rice Village but was simple and easy enough to find. There were two spots reserved for parking but we realized that we could park anywhere in the plaza. The salon is nice, clean, and quiet. The ladies here were nice and polite and even gave us champagne (I heard a pop and instantly got happy).I chose the deluxe pedicure package which was $41. With this package, you are entitled to the basic pedicure plus wax treatment (your feet dipped into a bag of wax), lavender scrub, hot towel treatment (hot towel wrapped around your legs), and a ten-minute​ massage.My experience was just okay which was why I rated this a three. The ladies were friendly, the atmosphere​ was quiet, the salon was clean. However, for $41, I was hoping to really enjoy my pedicure. It wasnt as impressive as the place I usually go to and I have experienced better. Added to that, I had my toes painted red and wanted white polka dots. The nail technician suggested snowflakes​ instead (since it is the holiday season) and I acquiesced to her suggestion. Never did she mention that it would be extra and in the other salons Ive been to, adding a simple design with another color is not charge-worthy and should they charge, they let me know before. When the bill came, I noticed an extra $6 charge. Upon inquiry, I found out that it was for the snowflake design that was done (see my image). I paid​ but was not too happy about that development.All in all, not a bad salon, I just dont think the quality was worth the cost.

My nail techs were Nina & Annie. I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. They were so nice and helpful. My nails and toes came out beautifully, & I definitely recommend this location. I work in the area, so I’ll be coming here for services from now on. Thank you ladies for great service!

I really enjoyed my pedicure here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They did not try to push their more expensive services on me which I appreciated. Its in a very nice location, and the basic pedicure was $28. You cant beat that in Rice Village. Everything was very clean and organized. They also have a student discount.

THEE BEST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! Im literally still in the salon writing this review! I am in town from Maryland visiting my aunt. While my aunt is in a class at Rice, I decided to go get a much needed fill in and pedi. I googled and found this place. Linda and Nina were the absolute best! They were kind, patient, detail oriented, skilled, and fun. From the warm stone foot massage, to the seat massage from the chair, to the sweet aromatic smell from candles, I literally did not want to leave! Lol. And everything was reasonably priced and I caught a September sale of 20% off! I would highly recommend them and Im definitely coming back every time Im in town! Thank you google!

This place was good until recently. I got my eye brows waxed yesterday and they cut me. I seriously have an almost-two-inch cut under my eye brow! I had two pedicures go wrong here too. The first one, the lady cut my toe and I started bleeding. The second time, the woman cut my toe nail incorrectly causing me pain the next day. I looked and she cut it so there was a sharp piece jabbing into my skin. They did correct it, but it was still terrible. No one takes responsibility either.However, Annie is the best. Demand her or dont go at all.

This nail salon is amazing! They accepted me as a walk-in and immediately was able to get to me. Linda did amazing with giving me French tips using only the dipping powder! Just wonderful!

Awesome time, loved my nails! Rose did a great job and did a mini massage while my nails dried. You have to pay extra if you want to extend the chair massage time but it was worth it !!! Highly recommend!

I’m from Seattle and used to quality service at a reasonable cost, I have received so much more for my money in Seattle here unfortunately failed, to much money for the service. I can get a full set for 35.00 and her it cost 41.00 for just a fill? What? Pretty bummed 🙁 not a reasonable price at all for the service. Nice ladies. Too expensive

I got a full set of acrylics here and had a great experience. Linda is fantastic at doing coffin-shaped nails. I am very happy with my nails and will definitely be returning in the future.

Got SNS/dip nails and they did not turn out right... they used a UV light (which you shouldn’t have to) and then when they finished initially there was some discoloration on some of the nails, so they redid a few of them and they hardly improved. They added two additional top coats thus making them SUPER thick and lots of bubbles. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place was WONDERFUL! I had my nails done by a woman named Linda and she picked my colors for me!! I hardly ever get my nails done but she made them look beautiful!

The manicure could have been better. I find extremely rude for them to talk to each other in other language in front of the client. My friend had never got her nails done and They started to make fun of her. She asked for their help in picking colours and they didnt wanted to help her. Really rude.

I’m new to the area and have tried several salons but RiceVillage Nail and Spa is by far the Best. Great service, friendly and clean. Linda is excellent and I’m always happy with results.

I definitely do not recommend this place. Got a full set and the fake nails were crooked, uneven and you could see exactly were the extension was glued due to a very visible bump which the acrylic is supposed to cover. Went back and complained and they started to take the nails off but they were just closing so they sent me away with aluminum foil on my fingertips and the acrylic kind of melted but not completely so then I was walking around with partially removed acrylic. They said that they could only give me half of my money back due to supply costs but then I only got 20 back of the 50 I paid.

This is my second time coming here and yet again it was an amazing experience. Friendly staff and cosy environment, i tend to have open skin around my cuticles and when the acitone touches it tends to sting REALLY bad, but not here. The first two salons i went to hurt my nails and stung me, but never here. I highly recommend this place!

I loved my mani/pedi at this salon!!! I found them by searching reviews on google and this one seemed to be positive. My tech was Bella and she was incredibly sweet and hard working. The staff is so friendly. Prices are reasonable in my option. I will definitely go back there from now on!!!!

Its not super fancy, but they did an honest good job. They looked busy when I walked in, but they still fit me in for a mani-pedi after about 5-10 minutes. Ill be coming back for sure. Phoebe gave a great neck/shoulder massage, and Janet did a lovely job on my French pedicure.

My mom works here don’t judge me but if you have something bad to say just don’t say it at all, also they speak Vietnamese sometimes but they aren’t making fun of you I’ve hesrd them and I’ve been there before they just talk about jokes such as what their children did that was funny or how the silly way they wished they were young again but nothing about you.

Only good for mani pedi!!! Horrible full set acrylic nails!!! Spent two and a half hours in there only to get my nails taken off because they were so horrible. I think only one person there could do acrylic and they were not good at all!!! They also play favorites!!! Amy is very rude!!! Never again!!!

Way too expensive. I spent $50 total for a regular full set and eyebrow. Furthermore, my nails popped off as if they weren’t glued on after a week and half. NEVER AGAIN!
