Took my car in for routine maintenance of an oil change and car rotation. 2 days after, the engine light went on and the car was making noise. Took the car back for diagnostics and Blake and team was excellent at making sure to figure out the problem and getting it fixed. Turned out that the engine light and the noise was the same problem and the Fast Track Tram got my car up and running in no time. The best part is that it was covered by GM and i didnt have to pay for the repair. Ive been taking my car to Fast Track since 2016 and I will continue to take it to them as long as it takes. Very pleased with the services that I received there.

I got a coupon for a free oil change for a friend who bought a new car from Young Chevy, and I have to say my perception of the company has been improved much by this interaction. I had some negative experiences way back in the day that tainted my preferences about the Young Group. But the folks running the Fast Track Service dept made a great impression!! All the service advisors were very professional and friendly, Blake (I think his name was) when I checked in, set proper expectations of the time it would take to get it done, seeing as they are suddenly down four technicians, but made sure to keep me updated as they worked through the line of vehicles and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area.Honestly, based on the number of vehicles that were already there, and the short staffed position they were in, that it would have taken a LOT longer to get my truck through. But from the time I walked in, to the time I was driving out, it was less than 90 minutes!! I will definitely be coming back for future services of the regular maintenance stuffs. Thanks guys!!

Called today, Friday, (0944) got a hangup, called again, not the most friendly lady on the other end. Fast Track? Hmm! “We are booking appointments for next Monday through Saturday”. Two oil changes ago, they left the refilling cap off. Unacceptable. Some of them are quite professional though, nothing fast track about this business a gross misnomer. Be ready to spend three plus hours of your time there.

Very few employees wearing masks. No covid safe place to wait for service except a metal table out in the back lot. A service that would take 15 minutes at a local quick lube where you can stay in your car takes much longer here.

Seemed fairly straightforward. The completion time was good. I was a bit concerned about the cost as it differed from the quote given, but the situation was rectified when questioned. I do feel they were attentive to my needs and were very friendly. Ive had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and I was a bit jaded going in, but all in all it was a good experience and I will continue to build this relationship.

I think Fast Track is an oxymoron. We had a scheduled appointment and had to wait 10 min to even have an employee acknowledge us (maybe if I were a man it would have been different?) If were in the middle of a pandemic, maybe we should schedule accordingly to avoid overcrowded waiting rooms.Between this experience and the salespersons at Young Kia, Ill pass on any Young businesses. No thanks.

Fast, and friendly staff. HONEST! Went in for a oil change and my tire was making noise. They could have easily talked me into a new rotor or wheel assembly to get rid of the noise. But instead let me know that it was nothing mechanically wrong and will go away after a tire rotation. Highly reccomended!

I had gotten a flat tire just before I was supposed to head out of town both of which were pretty stressful. The lobby was busy, but everyone all the employees worked through it with ease! They were beyond friendly, so kind and professional. Rachel Dixon helped me and she even stayed after her shift to make sure my needs were met. I’m Completely grateful for her help she kept things calm and collected while keeping the ball rolling. I’ve always recommended Fast Track, but today I’ll definitely RAVE to people to come here! DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. Ive never been anywhere so slow & unprofessional. They ask that you make an appointment. Scheduled an oil change for 10:30. They said it would take an hour. Its now 11:25 and they still havent even pulled it in the bay yet. This happened to me last time as well and as they say, fool me once.... Its poorly run, nobody seems to care, and it reinforces my commitment to tell everyone I know not to deal with Young Auto Group.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair company. We were quoted for new brakes an amount and then when we came back for our appt at 10 am (which we were told would take an hour and a half) we ended Up waiting until almost 2pm. THEN they had the audacity to tell us they had to put more expensive rotors on (not one time mentioned in any of the several phone calls that WE made-as if they know what’s in my bank account) and that we were responsible for the cost and our new total would be almost $200 more than the original quoted price. The employee sat and argued with my partner over the cost for more than 30 mins and only when she said she would be willing to sit there until they reviewed the cameras and confirmed the price written down on his sticky note were they willing to “cut a deal” and still had us pay $30 more than the original quoted price. In my opinion, you may have to pay more somewhere else but at least you would have some work done with integrity. I will NEVER take my vehicle here again and I will make sure every person I know never wastes their hard earned money on this place.

The button on my steering column pushed in. I stop by to see if I could make an appointment. They stopped everything they were doing and grabbed a mechanic and fixed it on the spot. Three guys made sure I was taken care of while another brought me a water. It’s a great place.

Ive taken the car I bought from Young Chevy here for service several times because the service was complimentary. The first few times my experience was sub-par, enough so that I wrote a couple emails to them about my issues, mostly dealing with scheduling system mess ups and poor communication between sales and service.However, this time I showed up and the experience was completely different. Almost instantly after taking my name, Rachel pulled up my appointment info and service histroy and was knowledgable about everything I needed. Perhaps they started looking through their appointments ahead of time. Not only was I treated well, but every other customer interaction I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle was respectfull and helpful. I hope Rachel is working every time I need to service my vehicle and this trip led to re-think my plan to stop taking my vehicle here for service after my complimentary visits were used. Thanks for a positive experience.

Rachel is the best person to work with at the store, she made my entire experience easy with peace of mind on my end. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and a 40 point inspection. She personally showed me all my fluids, alignment papers and explained them to me and showed me what needs attention now and what will need attention in the near future. She is amazing, has a great attitude, and treated me amazing. Was told i would only have to wait 45 minutes, ended up waiting 2 hours. 2 customers came back with complaints and one was missing all of his valve stems skull caps. Which sparked a fight between Burke and a mechanic that got physical... my truck was just sitting in one spot for no reason for 30 mins before I had to make them aware that it was done. I get you guys are busy, but this place is a mess for many reasons. Ive never had a good experience in this place ..... Iv

Rachel is amazing! I went to Fast Track for my oil change and tire rotation included with the purchase of my vehicle. She made everything easy and fun. She made sure I was comfortable. She reviewed everything with me from the notes the techs made and even walked me out to my car since I was the last appointment and no one was there. I have later gone back for the same service and she was NOT there but she still made sure I got the appointment I needed (to work with my new jobs training schedule). When I went in for my service, the guys working inside were not as friendly and did not review the service with me. I had to ask what everything on the paperwork meant. It was boring and impersonal. I REALLY like Rachel! Keep her around!!!!!

Ill keep it quick. Fast Track, even though they are owned by young, and I have personally have had the worst customer service experience with young to the point I will never look for a vehicle from them, fast track is pretty honest and fair for price.Fast track is probably the more expensive option for an oil change, but I have never had a problem with them. They use the best, in my opinion, oil; Mobile 1. Staff knows what they are doing, only problem, if you have a truck, check your hub covers. I have had hub covers come off and was loosely put on. Reason why 4 stars.

I had never been to Fast Track in Layton before, we just moved and decided to try them out for our traverse. Austin was so helpful and really went above and beyond!! A sensor was on because of low tire pressure. I filled it up and the sensor wouldnt go away. They actually found a nail in my tire, which they fixed promptly. What a relief! Austin informed me they could register my car very quickly as well........So I got my vehicle emissions, safety inspection and registration done as well. Which was great, I was already 4 days expired. Austin was great to suggest just what I needed, he was personable, and pretty much saved the day for me!! The technicians were fast and thorough while I kept adding more things I needed to have done! Fast Track will definitely be seeing me again with my traverse!

I work for another automotive company but we dont do alignments or tire balances so I had taken our vehicle to fast track. They gave me a great deal and got it done faster then any other place I have taken our vehicles to! Mackenzie was awesome she did a great job up front and Brandon made sure to get us done quick and right in the shop! I most likely will start taking all of our vehicles here for our alignments. Usually had pretty decent service for my wifes car until recently. She went in for an oil change which was done, however after parking it in our garage I noticed a substantial amount of oil on the floor. I get people make mistakes so thats not what bothered me. What really irritated me was what transpired today. She took the car in to have the leak fixed, found out it was a washer ( that the technician admittedly stated that they go bad ) shouldve been replaced when she got the oil changed in the first place. But the main reason for this review...........when she got home I went to check the oil level and saw oil spots all over the front right light, fender and bumper. Plus the top of the engine looked as though someone carelessly dumped oil in then just left it without trying to clean up after themselves. Really poor service in my opinion

Took my car to get an oil change. Noticed my car was smoking a little, so I check the oil. To my surprise it was very dark and looked like it wasnt charged. I took it to them to check it out. They proceeded to tell me it, that they didnt know what was in my engine etc.. basically telling me it was my fault and they had changed the oil. Im supposed to drive another 5000 miles on my oil when its dark as f***. Also received a call about bringing in my other truck for an alignment when it was supposed to be done a while ago....wondering if they even worked on it. Service was ok till now.

Do not come here! Mechanics are inexperienced & do not do work correctly here. Got my tires replaced they stripped & over twerked my lug nuts, can’t take off some of the lug nuts now. I can’t even drive my vehicle because of this business! They broke my tire cap & never said a word to me, found out all of this was broken & so un happy with this business. Don’t recommend coming here.

I would recommend Fast Track to anyone! I am a young college student and was in a super huge hurry to get an oil change! Austin Shetler was helping me and I told him about my bind, and instead of the usual consultants everywhere that dont care about your personal life, he took my bind seriously and was able to get me in super quickly.
