I signed a lease and pet addendum agreement in late April 2021 with the intent to move in the beginning of June 2021. First, I would like to comment on the poor communication that Ive been provided from the property manager (Bryan S.) since signing the lease. If you have the misfortune of having him as your agent, be prepared for responses up to a week later and when convenient for him. Well today, the 18th of May, Ive been informed that I am being relocated to a duty station (military) over an hour away and I am going to need to break the lease. When I notified Bryan, I was prepared that I was going to need to forfeit the security deposit due to a notification under 30 days but I was hopeful that they could work with me in returning the pet deposit since I, nor my pet, have ever stepped into the property. He explained to me that it is a fee just for them to allow me to bring an animal. I almost feel as though I have dodged a bullet in not having to work with them. If you are considering utilizing their services, I hope I can convince you to reconsider. Money grabbers.

I applied for a 3 bedroom they say no but we have a 1 bedroom available then say no to that and say yes to a 2. You can guess it then say no to the 2 bedroom so at this point they are just giving the run around and wanting money. Even my brother in law applied for a 1 bedroom they told him his income didn’t fit gave him a low # when he makes more than I do. I don’t recommend these people at all.

I’ve been renting my current apt from them. They bought out the old owners and have been our landlord since. Very little communication. They prefer to do things online. Which is nice because rent is paid that way. I haven’t had any real issues with the property or the people. I may be one of the lucky ones.

They are a great Rental Company business and I recommend them as a very Professional Rental company business that will move you in your perfect home

I encourage everyone to review the reviewer. Look for reviews from people that have a lot of reviews and both positive and negative. Those are the reviews that are worth looking at.I have used Neidlinger for both rental and purchasing real estate, and in both cases I have found them to be professional and courteous. They may not always answer but they DO return calls when they dont. I have never had an issue and would highly recommend them.

My friends have rented from them before. Horrible communication. Non-negationable. Unfair prices. Overall fiasco.

I Wouldnt Recommend Them To Anyone,,For The Simple Fact I Dont Think They Like Working With Low Income Families,,Oh Yeah We Want You Guys We Got A Good Reference For You Guys,,Just To Go Behind Their Backs And Screw Them Over!!! Oh And Another Thing They Dont Get Back To You Always Ignores Your Phone Calls.

They dont fix nothing in their apartments that you rent from them. I know some one who rented from them they had a leak from their upstairs shower leaked into the bathroom down stairs and we could see it dripping on the light bulb in the bathroom downstairs... they are hard to contact when things go wrong... you have to call them more then once a day.... they tell you to go to their website but the website doesnt work
