Hammer & Nails is a great place for us guys to go and get pampered without the smells of a traditional nail place. Also, I wasn’t bombarded by ladies. Hammer and Nails was on Shark Tank which is how I first heard about it. I got a pedicure, my first in years, and enjoyed the plush leather seats. They also give soundproof headphones to watch tv. Diana gave me the VIP treatment and my feet needed it. The foot scrub felt good and my feet had no callouses when I was finished. It is a pricey place but it is an upscale gentlemen’s grooming center.

Way overpriced for the serviced they provide. $45 for an uneven haircut that looks nothing like I wanted it to be. This is the third time and would be the last time that I go there for a haircut.The last two time with Barry was fantastic but this time, all of their staffs quitted. Should have walked out when I found out about it but I was too polite and sat down anyway.Showed the lady what I wanted, just a simple side part and fade. She messed up my hair and had the audacity to recommend me to pay for a more expensive package so she could “razor shave”. My hair doesn’t even look remotely like the photo I showed her. I literally paid $45 to make my head look like an egg with a little bit of hair on top 🤦🏻

I dont know what is going on at this location but they cant keep thier employees. They are always calling off work the day they are scheduled to work, or quitting. I paid the monthly membership for four months. It was good in the beginning, but it suddenly changed. Last two months my appointments kept getting canceled because the assigned stylist called off or no longer works there. Its infuriating to walk in at your appointed time only to find out you couldnt get a cut that day and have to reschedule days or weeks away. Thier employees seem fresh out of barber school and give bad haircuts or seem to only know how to use the electric razor with the guards. No scissor cut skills at all. They took a nose dive in customer service in my book.

My husband went there for a haircut. While there they asked him if he’d like a beard trim. He agreed and asked her to clean the sides and keep the length. They laid him back and put the hot towel over his face and got to work. Once they took off the towel he realized that they CUT OFF HIS BEARD!!! She took at least a years worth of growth off of it. It looks horrible like it’s back in the growth stage instead of being completely grown out and needing just a trim. Then they had the audacity to charge him. They are extremely unprofessional. Beware of this place.

This was my first time here. The place was clean, staff was extremely friendly, and the haircut and beard trim was good.

Was a nice place, but for 80 bucks my pedicure was definitely not worth it.

A place where you can get your haircut, beard trimmed, neck razor shaved and nails and feet cleaned up... all while enjoying the game on their screens and a fresh pair of bose headphones alongside a decent assortment of refreshments and adult beverages (whiskey, vodka, etc). The staff is phenomenal and truly sets this place apart.

Hammer & Nails is a great place to get a solid cut. Dani and Barry are both incredible barbers. Always a great experience!

I know you said he left a positive review at the shop however how does that make sense when you only charged for the haircut and not the beard trim. They took it off because of how upset he was and he vocalized that that was in no way what he asked for. You are telling only half truths here.

I had an awesome experience at this location. On the day of my anniversary, I decided I needed to go get a manicure and pedicure, but expected appointments would be limited. When I went to book online, there were only slots available for one service or the other. I booked the manicure and drove on it. I was greeted warmly and shown the facility. Thereafter, I was offered a beverage and advised that Francheska would be completing my services.Francheska was kind and professional, and allowed me to control the amount of conversation I wanted to have. (This was a big thing for me. I tend to be more reserved and don’t want to chat through my services.) However, I elected not to utilize the noise cancelling headphones - the soft music that was playing overhead was actually quite entertaining. Also, the TV in front of me had the captions on, so I was able to consume the content comfortably.I actually asked for a last minute switch up, if they had time, and I was able to get both services. I had a Premium Pedicure and a Classic Manicure. Even with the time crunch to serve other clients, I didn’t feel rushed and received outstanding service. I will definitely be back! Thanks for a job well done!

This place is great!!! Ive been looking for a place that offers a good straight razor head shave, and hammer and nails fits the bill. They got me in a chair right on time and were very knowledgeable about all of the oils and lathers they were using during my shave. I learned a lot about superior skin care, the best way to keep my head/face exfoliated, and most importantly that men NEED to take care of their hands and feet! Lena did a very good job of explaining to me that you wouldnt go the whole year without visiting your dentist, right? Then you should not neglect your hands and feet either, their care is just as important. Anyway, please give this place a try, the staff is super friendly, services they provide are amazing, and the man cave vibe is extremely cool!

This is a great place. My wife bought me a birthday manicure/pedicure. It is incredibly comfortable, inviting, the services are great, and the entire experience very relaxing. I signed up for their membership (absolutely no pressure to do so). I will be going back at least one to two times a month. I dont even live that close either. Im in Dallas, 30-35 minutes away. It is an easy drive up the tollway, very convenient, and well worth it. Treat yourself to this place.

This place is so cool with such a unique vibe! Will the barber did an outstanding job trimming up my beard. If you are having a hard time finding the right guy to work on your beard, look no further cause your in great hands with will. The sweet lady at the front desk gave me a tour of the place, got me a drink, and made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!

I miss Reuben since it appears he isnt there due to Covid, but my new stylist did a great cut. Professional and laid back.

Great Atmosphere and Job!!

3 stars has to do more with the value of the haircut. The service was good, but it was a lot for a haircut. They do have a subscription service you can join that will will help offset the cost. Over all for my type of haircut I just thought it was a little expensive.

The only barber shop where I do not stress about not knowing the barber. Always a perfect haircut and a great place to relax. my only complaint is my hair doesnt grow faster so I can come more often.

Tore my face up!! Didnt wet the hair and dry shaved my neck. As I type this Im bleeding and it hurts. Ill upload photos. Can not recommend.

Great hair cut, manicure and pedicure. While getting my manicure and pedicure, I sat in a big comfortable leather chair watching the football game on TV. The customer service was great! I will definitely come back.

My brother and I went to Hammer and Nails in Frisco, Tx today. It was our first visit. The service was excellent.I was so relaxed while getting my manicure and pedicure I fell asleep. The location is nice and the big leather chairs are super comfortable.

I tried Hammer and Nails for the first time because I needed a new barber and this looked like and interesting concept. They don’t disappoint. It’s a classy operation. They provide great service in a friendly, comfortable environment. Jae did such an excellent job cutting my hair, that I decided to get s pedicure as well. Kenyetta did a great job giving me a pedicure. I must say that the environment is definitely like a mancave. You have personal tv’s with Bose headphones and very comfortable seating. I will be back.

Poor management. Appointment at 9:00am this morning. Set and waited till 9:20am Barber never showed up. Manager asked me to reschedule for 12:30PM. I show up on time, sit and wait, manager tells me barber has a problem with a child. Barber never shows back up. Membership and all future business lost. Just a warning that there is a potential for loss of your time here. Not good.

They cancelled my appointment a minute before it was supposed to begin because it was too busy. I was actually walking in the door, and the place was empty. I have no idea what was actually going on, but if theyre that disorganized, then I dont want them cutting my hair. I definitely wouldnt recommend joining their club.
