Meh. Overpriced. The technician was just ‘alright’ considering you are paying a bit much. The hostess, I believe her name was Stephanie, she was the best part. Very helpful, patient & kind. The techs were barely friendly and their workmanship was basic. I won’t be back .

This was my first experience with getting acrylic nails. The original design that I asked for couldn’t be done for some reason, leaving me to do a similar/simpler design instead. There were no issues during the appointment until I got to the tan heart design that I asked for. It looks very tacky and cheap and looks nothing like the heart design that I asked for. After the initial appointment, I was inspecting my nails and found A HAIR inside of my nail. It can be seen very clearly since it’s trapped within the clear coat of the nails. I asked to get it fixed and they shaved my nail down a bit and thought it was fixed but the issue was still there. So frustrating. My friend who was also there with me for acrylics. She gave the lady the design, a clear nail with white tips, and the lady messed up and did a COMPLETELY different design. My friend tried to make it better by requesting stripes on the nails but they look half done and rushed. Not to mention, she also got a hair stuck in her nail. This was a waste of money and will be the last time I go to this place.

John and Jessica absolutely KILLED my nails💖 the shape is perfect and Jessica did exactly what my brain conjured up! I drove an hour to come here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

I had the worst experience in this nail bar. This male staff “Chris” was in particular bad and extremely unprofessional. He was very rude while doing my manicure and literally ranted about washing hand when I was alright having my nail cleaned with chemical. He made it looked like I am providing service to him and he was the consumer. Never coming back or ever recommending anyone!!! Worst Service

I will NEVER go back. I spend over $100 for my nails and toes. The man that did my pedicure cut my big toe. The woman did that did my nails, did not do what I asked for. She gave me whatever, she wanted she wanted. My nails broke after 3 days. I mean it didn’t hurt whatsoever, I grabbed a shoe and my car door. I didn’t even know my nails was broke. The quality is very poor!!! I do not recommend.

Exactly 2 hours after pedi (see photo) The polish wasnt thick/glossy. I could have saved this $33 & did it better myself. Wishing theyd focus more on cleaning up the toes/cuticles & less on massages 🙄

Clean salon. Girl employees were nice and friendly. Unfortunately everything else was disappointing. I had a guy do my nails and he seemed very inexperienced. I wasn’t asked what shade of pink for my nails, and it’s way lighter then I would have wanted. The shape looked rough and bad. And theirs white specs on the nails which they said was normal, but I’ve never had that happen or seen that before. They also tried to up charge for filing the nails that weren’t round or square round, which I’ve never heard of.

This is my go to spot. They are clean, super friendly and do great work. The pedicures are so nice and relaxing.

I give it a three because the person who attended me was super Duper rude I don’t know if he was having a bad day but he was pretty rude he did my nails OK but they were kind of bad he didn’t think of cleaning them up a little but otherwise the other helpers who were helping my cousins decided to help me and they were very nice they helped me their names were Shawn and Jessica they were very sweet

This place was fabulous! They had TONS of color options. Tiffany was so sweet and professional, and she did my nails exactly the way I wanted them. I will absolutely be returning in the near future!!

Just got gel done yesterday and it already started peeling last night. Today even more, so now I have to take all of it off myself. I will never go back to this place and pay for gel that peels within hours.

Fastest pedicure I’ve gotten but I suppose they were 40 mins to closing...pedicurist was nice but coughed all over my feet 3 separate times and was not wearing a mask like the others 🤢. Was not offered any beverage at any point in time(even though all the other customers had been offered drinks) and the massage chairs don’t even go all the way down the back! My check was brought to me without a pen to add a tip because they assumed I was going to pay cash...? Gave them my card and ended up having to find cash for a tip. Needless to say, I’m not coming back. 2 stars for cute salon and friendly enough pedicurist.

Love this place!! They pampered me the day before my wedding and even stayed after hours for me and my family! Champagne, cheese board and desserts were given to us. Eye brow and lip wax. And even massage in between just because! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back! 🥰

It starts with Pauline greeting you in her always friendly manner. Once you picked your service youre being ushered to your chair and offered a beverage. Pauline knows mine:). All the staff is friendly, the establishment clean, modern and spa like. Coming here for my bi-weekly mani/pedi keeps me sane and lets me relax.

Friendly. The host and the staff have great customer service. Very quiet and peaceful. Love the contemporary design. Also super clean. The have the best color selection in Frisco. Plenty of parking so easy to walk in and out.

I got the nexgen nails. I love them. The nail tec took her time, layered and filed the gel layered and filed again. The shop is new it opened last month my nails when I went for Valentines day lasted a month. Im very pleased. The atmosphere is beautiful new everything and the floors are black with shimmer.

My manicure was perfect! On my way for a pedicure today. The new owner has definitely hired some creative nail techs!

I love coming here. Great service and great people. I’m not a big review leaver but wanted to share my experiences at the shop because they always over due themselves. You won’t be disappointed or feel like you waisted money by coming here. I always leave with a smile on my face and a feeling of money well spent.

Tanya is awesome! I have gone to many of the 100 nail salons in Frisco and this one is a great one. So pretty inside and clean. They did a great job on my nails and it was not overly priced. Will be returning in the future!

Honestly, I thought these were the best set of Nex-Gen/dip nails Ive ever had. Amandas attention to detail was spectacular. No rough edges, no skin glued underneath. But sadly, they only lasted 1 week. They started to chip at day 3. I top-coated them to try to buy some more time, but theyre just crumbling off. Ive been going elsewhere for years and Ive never seen anything like it. Will not be going back!

Great customer service and speedy service! Morris did an EXCELLENT job on my pedicure, I totally recommend him. I also recommend Tracey who did my manicure, she was precise and very detail. This was my 1st time getting a mani pedi in TX and I am Very Satisfied.

Not impressed so far.. clear polish didnt last more than a day. Cut my cuticle back far enough that it bleed just a tad...

Today I went to Kosmo and I love my new set of nexgen nails! I suggest anyone to ask for Vivianne if you want to get nexgen. She makes the nails almost identical to the other hand, and she checked in multiple times with me to see if I liked it. She also made the perfect shape, and made it very thin and gorgeous! She did a great job and I’ll definitely come back and ask for her next time!

Went to this nail place several times in order to be fair about my review. First- it is clean and the staff is somewhat friendly. Second- nail color selection is so-so. My main complaint is being charged $10 for a nail take off, when all I did was soak my nails in a bowl. The nail tech did nothing else. The menu says $5 soak off w/ service. I also had their up graded pedi and she still charged me a full $10. Literally my nails just soaked in a bowl. When i asked why it wasnt $5 she said they had to pay for product. Cool cool cool... I wont be going back since you dont honor your own prices. It doesnt say $5 with FINGER NAIL service it says $5 with/service. If a $40 dollar pedi isnt a service then I dont know what is. I will no longer go to a place that doesnt honor their own menu prices. Hope they needed that $5 in product.

Very nice on the inside but would never go back. The workers were arguing and fighting being very unprofessional. I got nexgyn on my nails and they looked really good when I first got them, but then 3 days later started cracking and chipping. It’s been barely over a week and I need them redone. They also drilled my nail off even after I asked to soak them while I waited for 30+ minutes.

If I could give a negative review I would. They didn’t know what they were doing. The staff doesn’t understand what I’m saying the manager was rude. There prices are RIDICULOUS for the bad job that they did.

Extremely unprofessional service. After washing my hands after my dip powder manicure, I noticed excessive amounts of color around my fingers. The technician did not pay attention to detail at all. I asked for them to be cleaned up and Tiffany offered to take care of it, but said that the color would come off in a few days. She told me that the technician should have been more precise and apologized but did not fix the issue. She was trying to take care of the girl because if the owner saw it, it would be very bad because he’s very mean. We were charged additional fees for cuticle care, which we were unaware of that not being included in the manicure price. Most of my nails are not filled in completely, they’re thick and uneven, and look extremely unprofessional. Upon calling the salon this morning to inquire about a refund, Tiffany had a big attitude and said that the technician had already been paid and that’s not how they do business. The owner would not want issue a refund. I was so turned off by her awful customer service. There’s no way I would walk in to this establishment again. Not even to have them fix the issues because of the attitude given. Especially after she told me there wasn’t a problem after we walked out until my wife said something. Poor way to address a situation and I am extremely disappointed in the way Kosmo Nail Bar does business with brand new clients. We will not be returning or referring anyone to this location.

Beautiful nail salon and everyone is really friendly. Owner Tiffani is always very accommodating. My Nexgen mani and pedi are on point each time I go there. I was scared to do this type of manicure because other salons have ruined my nails by the way they remove it. But Kosmo got me back into it. And I also love my lash extensions that I get done there also.

The pedicures and manicures here are no good I have been to this place twice, gave it another shot but it is so over priced and has never felt worth it. I don’t mind paying for over priced service if worth it, in fact I spent over $100 both times I’ve been here but felt rushed and was not the relaxing experience I’ve had at other nail salons. They literally massage your hands and feet for a minute and that’s your pedicure/manicure. Very disappointing. Go somewhere else.

Ive been contemplating if I should write this review or complain in person. I went to this shop about 2 weeks ago for a pedi and nex gen. The facility is newly renovated with brand new equipment, sparkling floors and a friendly staff. I paid $28 for the basic pedicure, now that sounds like a bargain...right? Needless to say that pedicure only included them soaking my feet in water and rubbing it with lotion then afterwards painting my toe nails. It did not include them scrubbing the dead skin or callus removal. I was so disappointed, I mean who gets a pedicure and only wants their feet soaked in water? I could have done that at home.....FOR FREE. I personally feel like it was a rip off and as a nail shop that type of pedicure should not even be optional. Considering that incident I dont think Ill be visiting again, I can go down the street to Envy Nails for a $28 pedicure that includes them scrubbing me feet!
