Cathy is a nail goddess. She is an artist whose medium is nails. Her ability to create any shape and design is magical. I highly recommend her.

Cathy is amazingly talented at what she does! I have been going to her for about 9 years. She is super sweet and easy to talk to. I love going in with inspo pics and then letting her work her magic. Im always greeted with a smile and offered water. She has a great memory so she makes sure ask for updates on our last conversation say if I was getting my nails done for an event. This set was an important one for me. It was for my wedding day. Cathy had been doing my nails as long as I had been dating my now husband. So it was like she knew us and our relationship and to have her do my wedding nails was special. I knew I could trust her to deliver an perfect set for me. Cathy is the best 💕

I really liked the older lady in seat #3. She was amazing. She didnt talk much but she took care of me really well. She did my nails and eyebrows and the younger lady did my my toes. And they did a good job. Dont understand the negative reviews. But to each its own.Visit Date: 6/28/18

All I needed was a fill and a color change. The day I got them done they looked decent but now I’m noticing they are way too thick and it literally looks like laffy taffy or some type of hard candy is clumped up on my nails.. Paid $55 for this. The polish is mood change so I’m sure they charged extra for that but I’m not going back to that establishment... I could have went an got a fill an color change for 35 or 40 an actual got what I was expecting

Kim at LP NAILS is incapable of doing long nails. I went a week ago today to get my nails done and two days later they started to crack. When I went back in today with the issue she told me that because my nails are long they would do that. Now, I’ve been getting my nails done this same way for over 15 years and never have I had this problem. She told me she could just do another layer of dip as if the five that she had previously done wasn’t enough already. Also, there is a hump in all ten nails right before you get to the nail bed, and she informed me that’s how it should be😒. I know better!!! Your nails should be as smooth as a baby’s bottom. Not bumpy like a pot holed road. Moral of the story if you wear your nails long Kim isn’t the one for the job.

I got my nails done 2 days ago here, and yesterday, 2 of my nails broke & i wasnt doing anything for them to break.They charged me $60 for them. not worth it at all!

I use to love coming here. The customer service wasnt great but Cathy would make up for it with her creative work. Once she stop taking walk Ins I booked with her sis and was knowingly over charged for a standard set with 4 designs. Had to drive an hour back for a refund with no apology. Now it seems they want nothing to do with me.

In the beginning I had bad experiences here with pedicures but once I met Donna she turned that all around. Donna is great at her job!!! Now I love getting my pedis here from her.

Standard strip mall salon nothing fancy but I LOVE Donna! She is amazing and always takes her time, I request her every time Im there and she never fails! Cathy and Jessica are good too

I came here because its so close to where I live. This was the cheapest pedicure Ive ever gotten at $23, and while service wasnt horrible, you definitely get what you pay for. I probably wont be back. If Im going to go somewhere to get pampered, Ill pay a few extra dollars to get the full experience.

The 1st time I was there it was great, this last visit it was different people, not sure if they changed owner, but my last visit was horrible. Mani & pedi was half @$$ed. Wasted $ . Never going back.

First of all they so people out of order. Not sure of the womans name that did my coffin nails, but the next day my nails were lifting and Cuticles look horrible. She sat in the third seat from the front. Also, she filed my thumb right nail soo much its sensitive to touch. I will not be returning here ever!!!

I would have given no stars but the lady upfront was sweet. When i requested for polish change they stated they were busy & non timeframe on availability. I looked around and saw 2 people getting pedicures. To me, they didnt want my service and refused to assist me. I Will never be returning and will tell others not too as well. Good luck!

Everyone is very professional and fun to be around. Jessica (manicure) and Bao (pedicure) are absolutely amazing!

Horrible customer service and it looked dirty inside. No one spoke to me and the lady that did my toes never spoke to me but had a attitude and talked the entire time in her language. When she finished she just got up and walked away. I started to leave without paying. Oh yeah the polish selection was horrible. I will never go there again.

Spent 160 for me and my mom to get mani and pedicures. Two days later two of her acrylic nails break after being done. Brought her back on the third day and hey refuse to fix it without a charge. They claim that their policy requires the customer to call in and report the issue if they are not able to come back in. Note the policy is not listed anywhere in the shop. I refuse to give these people anymore of my hard earned money and I dont recommend this place to anyone else. Customer Service is key and apparently they have none.

I got really bad shape on my nails, all she had to do is a refill, but of course they want to make more money so re removed the tip i had since my nails were as long as my tip, well my nails got deformed and way too short, so all that effort I had for 2 months trying to grow my natural nails was just a waste of time and money. NOT ALL OF THE ARE BAD, also they charge $10 extra to remove your cuticle if you dont ask for it they wont do it. Im so disappointed Ive been a regular on and off costumer for years.

Older woman did my mani. Got full set with gel and the woman was cutting my cuticle with the machine used for buffing! Left with my cuticles red and bleeding she put some weird Vietnamese serum which burned more than the other products she put prior that also stunk my poor fingers. Never going here again. All the women there took a look at my “nail color” when they were looking at my poor “fingers/cuticles”. She charged me $97 including my pedi with gel. Overpriced and understaffed! They’re making grandpa do the work! First timer and never going there again!!
