This was my first visit and I was a bit hesitant because they were so busy and I thought there might be a wait. When I walked inside, I was greeted immediately and sat at a station to soak and remove my previous dip. My nail tech, Amber, was friendly, professional and fast. Great quality work. I love my nails, dip polish and regular polish change of my toes. A bit pricey as most are these days but this place was worth it! Ill be back!

Came in today to get manicure and pedicure the two ladies Mimi and Tammy were great.my experience would have been great except I was harassed by another customer (a white old lady) who came in while I was getting my nails done. The lady started harassing me because I was not wearing my mask while I was having my Apple martini. I happened to be the only black lady at the store at the moment and another white lady next to me was not wearing her mask either coz she was enjoying her drink but this old lady decided to pick on me and even asked for the manager. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed because no one said anything to her as she continued harassing me. And management did not do anything.

Love this place! One of the best ones Ive gone too. I had a great experience. The nail technician did a great job on my nails. Love the attention to detail and they were so sweet and nice, will definitely be back soon! Complimentary cocktails drink is a plus!!c

I would definitely recommend this place. From Ben at the front desk, he was awesome. He made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with my color selection prior to the nail tech even starting on my nails. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. That’s very rare.!!! My nail tech Amber was Awesome as well. She took the time to make sure the color flowed correctly on a test nail before even laying the product on my nails. I love this place and have finally found a home. Not to mention my nails came out BOMB!!!! Here I was told it would be a 15 min wait and they were ready for me in 10 mins. They also offer cocktails - champagne - soft drinks during your time there. The front of any business is always the first impression, Ben and Amber represent Sky Nails & Spa very well!!! I actually called them from another salon that was not meeting my appointment time. They said they could get me in last minute and the entire experience was so nice. They were professional, clean and friendly. They also ended up being cheaper! Ask for Quinn, she is so good and nice!

The second time and last time I visited this salon I went for a fill in on my acrylic gel nails. The first time I went it was $40 for the exact same service. The second time, Amber tells me it will be $57. I inquired about the difference and she tells me acrylic is expensive and that my nails are too long and that she would have to change the shape due to me having coffin shaped nails. My nails were regular length (less than an inch from the skin) and I wanted to keep the shape. She recommends dip powder and tells me it is less expensive and also shaped my nails square. I will never go here again. Try being consistent with pricing.

Solid 3.5. They were really rough with the whole pedicure process and seemed annoyed. The guy who did my manicure had an attitude that he had to fix my smudged nail. If the service was better I would have given a 5 because the paint job was fine!

This is the best nail place EVER. Everyone is professional and does a great job. The owners are amazing. The complementary drinks are amazing too, they even have a good Cabernet Sauvignon.

This is my spot. They are so friendly and have done a fantastic job every time (four visits). I prefer dip manicures, they have a huge color selection. The manicures last for weeks and weeks as they continue to look great. They asked me if I wanted a complimentary drink/water/soda every single visit.I had never asked for a multicolored manicure before and was a little hesitant. Amber was THE BEST. She made it look exactly like I wanted- actually better than I pictured. She took extra care and it shows. I will certainly be back.

Ive been coming to Jenny for my pedicures for a few months now. Ive found my girl and wont let anyone else touch my feet! Shes fantastic. My feet look and feel so good after shes done and she takes her time.I also decided to splurge yesterday and get my nails done. I got a full set of acrylics and had fun with the designs. Lina did an excellent job and Im so pleased with my nails. Thank you guys for all the hard work!

This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to in my life!! When you first walk in it is beautiful but not so fancy that you feel out of place. This is nothing compared to the amazing service from Sky nails team! I love how they treat you like family and how they really strive to give you exactly what you want! Emily is my favorite nail tech! She is amazing! She can do ANY design! She actually loves a challenge! So I just keep on bringing her more difficult designs and she continues to impress me! My favorite thing about her strategic work is the shaping of my nails! She takes her sweet time and it comes out perfect EVERY TIME! She NEVER rushes the process. She is such a perfectionist which means you should be prepared for a longer than usual appointment time for the best possible outcome! Totally worth it!

I went to a previous nail shop and my nails looked absolutely terrible...I came to the Sky nail and Pauline fixed my nails and they look amazing. She went completely out of her way to fix my nails and make them look beautiful.. I will be coming here from here on out. My nails have never looked better. This is the most professional business and the people here most definitely care about their customers, especially the young couple owners. They are great. First of all, I love how i was given some quality time when greeted to explain what I wanted and they even helped me get the idea I had fully together as far as which colors for which nails. Secondly, they made sure to offer a drink right after I sat down and got my massage chair going. The pedicure was great, she took her time to make sure she got my feet and toes right, which let me tell ya it was overdue so she did great! Susan did my nails with dipping powder and did AMAZING while I sat in the massage chair the whole time. I get my nails super extra and glamorous and she made sure to ask me if I liked every part (the shape, size, colors) and helped me choose the right Rhine stone. I’m an extremely cheap person but I will definitely be back to pay that little bit extra. Loved it.

My first experience with them was lash extensions in preparation for a wedding, they all fell off and what remained had to be removed the VERY next day! Gave them another chance to live up to the reviews and had nails done..not the best but i was ok with it! Next time I come in 2 weeks later for a NEW SET, tips and powder in place of acrylic, again the VERY next day had to have a nail replacement! Not two days later two more nails broke off! So three breaks in ONE WEEK! After this I will NOT GO BACK! I would rather pay someone else to do it right the first time then take time out of my day every other day to have THEM fixed again! They rush thru your service and that contributes to the issues! Being the the girls are friendly i have two stars to this review, but I will not go back!

The staff were wonderful from start to finish. I didn’t have to wait long at all and they took all possible COVID precautions. I enjoyed a mimosa while getting Sky signature - double shots pedicure. The technician was friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and did an excellent job making sure my toes looked great. After the pedicure, I had a fill-in and design on my nails. Both technicians paid attention to detail, carefully applied polish, and made me feel relaxed. My nails look good and professionally done. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This nail salon is a gem. I almost didnt want to write this review because I want to keep it all to myself, but they 100% deserve the credit. I have been getting my nails done for about 8 months here. When I say every single gel manicure has lasted me at least 2-3 weeks, I mean it. The ambiance is so cute and it does NOT smell like nail polish in there at all. The staff is the sweetest and they have my loyalty forever.

I have been to this nail salon 4 times. Its convenient to my house so I keep thinking Ill give it another try. Last time I asked can you please make sure you get all the rough skin on my heals...DIDNT HAPPEN for the 4th time!!! Decided to get regular nails due to the last time i was there i dropped $150.00. They started cracking and breaking within that same day. I paid for the wax treatment and only one foot was treated until i said something. They want your business once and dont care if you come back....or at least thats the impression i get.

I’ll preface with the fact that I never ever write reviews on bad experiences, but this is an exception because I left in tears with the lack of respect and gentleness. I went in a group of 7 for our bachelorette weekend to get our nails done for the wedding (big mistake). 6/7 of us were rushed when it came to doing our nails which had ended up in all but one of us bleeding. Our nails hurt and they’re uneven and no one even prepped our nails to begin with; no cuticles pushed back, no filing or clipping of the natural nail, etc. Nail techs were super super rough and the experience was not relaxing nor enjoyable.

Great experience there. Cindy did my nails and took great care to do them right, and did not make me feel rushed or anything. Sometimes with dipped nails, the back of the nails by the cuticle isn’t filed down smoothly and catches your hair when styling, etc. She did a great job filing it down so I won’t have that problem.You get two complimentary drinks too! I will be back!!

The atmosphere, complimentary drinks, & 10% off combos was 5 stars. Although, I disliked how the nail tech that did my pedicure didn’t shape my toenails (granted 1 was broken, but then try to match all to a similar shape). My dip manicure seems a little uneven & looks sloppy on the edges of my fingernails. I haven’t been getting dip powder for too long, so hopefully it lasts from this place. Maybe my expectations are too high, but after spending over $70 including tip there should be no opportunities for improvement.*Update much better job on 9/28

We went here randomly and it was the best decision EVER! Ive never left a nail shop feeling more satisfied! They took their time and it really shows in the quality of their work! This will now be our regular spot!

Susan was highly recommended by my good friend. I never tried her before because I liked going to the salon with my friend who recommended her. I finally listened and this was the result. This was also my first time using the dip powder and I love it. So cool!

This place was one of the worst nail places I have ever gone to. They rushed me to pick my colors. Then they charged me for a pedicure where they didnt actually do anything but basically paint my nails. They made my toes bleed and they were rude and disrepectful.

This is the BEST nail salon experience of my life yall!!! I mean, Im not getting anything out of this review, I just want people to know how GREAT Sky nails is! They went above and beyond tonight!!!! My sister and I went to get fill-ins from a super bad experience at another nail salon in Plano!!! Anyways, they removed them and started fresh. The woman who did mine was AMAZING!!! She did 5 different colored dips, then ombred them, plus glitter. And did this at least 4 rounds! They stayed at least an hour past closing just to make sure it was perfect! And I cant even describe how in love I am with these nails! We will definitely be going back, and Im telling EVERYONE I know how fabulous Sky Nails Spa is!!!!!!

I did the basic pedicure and they do not use the grater, I spent $27.00 for them to wash, remove the cuticles, and paint. They did not remove the dead skin around the foot was a complete waste if money. Fett still look the same. The woman said in the future I have to pay for the 35.00 pedicure for then to use that tool

If only I could give more than 5 stars! I was referred to this nail salon during a hair appointment. I spent 2-3 days before calling to various nail salons and even drove to 3 salons that ended up not even being open, I finally found this gem. I was in the salon within 5-10 minutes from calling and they booked me an appointment so last minute. I originally asked for just my nails done but when I came in I changed my mind to nails and a pedicure. They were so quick and got me seated within 5 minutes. I saw 2 other employees working on a lady’s nail and feet. I also got 2 ladies working on me. It was so relaxing and time productive to have my toes and nails done at the same time. The lady who did my pedicure (I don’t think I got a name) made sure the water was perfect. She spent almost as much time on my toes as Sophia, the other nail technician who worked on my nails, did. Sophia was fast on taking off my previous nails (I had no fake tips on before) and did an AMAZING job applying the new set. She was so delicate and made siren my nails came out even better than the picture I got inspiration from. The owner (I believe) bagged up my shoes for me since it was raining which was so sweet and out of the way. Needless to say, I’ve been to MANY nail salons and this is by far one of the best! Their customer service is phenomenal as well as the final product. This will be my new go to place!! I’m in love with my ombré nails, with my ring finger having accent jewels, and my pointer finger being glittery. MUST GO!!

Never again. Laughed at my request for nails while speaking Vietnamese to each other, looking back and forth at me. Cuticles not trimmed well. Calluses on feet not removed though paid for it. Too many customers, felt like an assembly line. I don’t drink alcohol so maybe that’s the main appeal? I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Disappointed.

So pleasantly surprised by this place! Clean, bright, and without terrible nail salon smell. The owners and the staff make for such a wonderful, relaxing experience. I wanted to get my nails done for my upcoming wedding and was worried about them chipping before the ceremony. Angel suggested a Dipping Powder. My nails were beautifully done. Absolutely no COVID measures being taken. Many workers wearing masks below their nose, they did not require customers to wear masks so I was sitting directly next to a women without a mask on. Pedicure was okay, but manicure was horrid. Gave me the wrong color and it is already chipping. Only did 2 coats. Just a bad experience.

Very nice employees. You get your money worth when you go here. Your nails Nexgen will last for at least three to four weeks and will look great. They know what they are doing!!! You can get a cold beverage, cocktails or beers while they work and when finished you get a hand massage. Hand massage the greatest gift ever!!!😁

Today I got the most lovely gel manicure by Tracy and great massage pedicure by Michelle at Sky nails. The treatment was relaxing, comfortable and so professional! I’ve been coming here for 2 years since the salon started - the staff here are attentive and considerate. They will take good care of you! I highly recommend this salon!

This place has taken care of my pedicures for months now. I love getting the green tea scrub and soak. Its so relaxing. I always look forward to going.

Never again. The lady kept stopping to do other things. They over book people. The prices are high for poor quality. The workers kept skipping people in line. Our appointment was at 11:30 when we arrived they were not busy. We were not seen till almost 12. Then as more people came in they would see them first. I sat in a chair for 20 minutes while the lady decided to get up and go see another client. It should not matter if its a regular or a new client they should keep to the schedule. O and they tried to force me to tip them. Im sorry but I dont tip poor service

I had a pedicure, and the water, hot Stones, towels and paraffin were all the perfect temperature. The technician was skilled, understood and spoke English well, and the music was beautiful and relaxing. Ive found my new favorite nail spa. Highly recommend!!

The place is neat and they take reasonable walk-ins as well as group reservations. When you sit down, they give you a menu of their services and list complimentary cocktails. I like that they have from basic pedicure to an array of higher end pedicures.  My feet always feels relaxing with the great massage and my skin feels really soft when I leave. The ladies (Kim/ Rose) are very considerate of helping me put my shoes on afterwards.Oanh, the owner, do a nice paint job (Gel) and decent massages with the manicures. They look exactly how I wanted and they are the perfect length and shape. She did an amazing job and Im so happy with them! I will be coming back to try the NexGen (Dip powder) that she suggested.Im so glad I listened to the Google community! Great experience, friendly service, and a lot of gel colors to choose from... exactly what I was looking for :-)I recommend this salon and making and appointment with Oanh!!! She was so great :)

This place was awesome the first time I went. I had gotten the best powder dip manicure I’d ever had so I naturally went back! They are hiring new people apparently... by new, I mean people who have zero training or experience in powder dip nails. One girl made it very obvious she had never done the nails before, and took nearly 2 hours to finish. Nails looked okay, not terrible but also not great. So I go back 3 weeks later, another lady I have never seen in the salon before. She could not, after many attempts, fix my thumb nail to NOT have a bulging bump of powder right in the middle. I had to bring it to her attention 3 times and finally said I am not paying for this until it is fixed. She completely took the powder off to restart. Going on an hour and a half.... she finally finished and my nails looked terrible. I do not like super thick powder nails... I want them to look natural. Not the case. I paid for them with zero intent to go back to this salon. It is $50 not well spent and it’s too risky to see who you’re going to get when you go. So make an appointment with someone you know will do a good job or save your money and go elsewhere!

I went in and immediately I noticed the stairs and felt very unwelcome I had taken a Lyft ride so I was stuck and had to just ignore the unpleasantness... When I was asked what I wanted I said I would like a fill and a pedicure with the paraffin wax I was quoted one price when I sat down the price more than doubled when I asked why was I given one Price vs the other shes into my ticket I came back with a third price that was even higher than all of them I was extremely annoyed and and said that I was and then to add insult to injury she asked if I was going to give her a good tip and if I was going to leave a tip an additional tip for someone else I was extremely annoyed and just pay my bill and left just know that I will never return!

I have never gotten a better pedicure! I got a pedicure 2 months ago and my toenails still look good. Time for another, but I wont be going anywhere else. Sky Nails is friendly, kind and they offer you a drink while you enjoy getting your nails done. Super clean and organized!

This place was amazing! I went there for the first time and I really loved this service. Everyone here was so nice and my nails look amazing. On top of all of that, it was really reasonably priced. They are professional, very sweet and takes their time so they can make sure everything is the way the customer likes and to make sure everything is done right. They all do an amazing job with a great service. Sky Nails also serve w/ complimentary cocktails, beers, soft drinks.. unlike any nail shop in the North Dallas area..I highly recommend this place to everyone.

OH MY GOSH!!! Sky nails is the best place to get your nails done. Ask for Lee or Maddie. Both can do wonders on nails. I first went in August to get my nails & toes done 4 my wedding. My daughters turned me on to them and ever since Ive been a customer. They take there time, offer u gr8 hospitality, and treat u like customers should b treated. I feel like a bigger queen every time I leave from there. When u go ask for the complimentary sunrise drink. Its A1. They also have other drinks to choose from and some to accomadate the non-drinkers as well. I was not impressed. I saw the great reviews and I was dissatisfied. One person who did not do my nails had to come back and refiled them.My pedicure was okay but not awesome, considering the cost which I was more than willing to pay. Also she did not like the tip. DeeDee

HORRIBLE!!! So disappointed the last two times I’ve visited. I was a regular client for some time but have no idea what suddenly changed. This last time, I was hurt bad during the pedicure. I’ve got a cut on the side of my foot from how rough she was rubbing with the scrub. I asked for a drink 2 times and was told the owner forgot. They still ignored the request and I had to practically beg for water. The nail design I asked for looked nothing like the picture. The nail tech thinned my nails so bad, they bend like rubber. All of this and I STILL walked out paying $100. After complaining to the owner she asked if I still wanted my drink but failed to make it up. They just lost a client. NEVER going back!!!

I absolutely love Nancy! She has been my go to nail tech for months now! She is so awsome!
