I had an excellent experience! It wasnt perfect: the cut my nails shorter than I wanted without asking and they kinda missed a spot polishing them, but the care they took on my skin and cuticles was immaculate. My fingertips needed a lot of work and Michelle did an excellent job. Spring for the Pinkie Luxe Manicure, you dont want to miss out on the paraffin bath.

First few times were great. Then, my last visit turned out to be bad (really bad - dip). They were extremely thick and had no curve. I had to return w/in a few hours to get my nails fixed by a nice gentleman who did what he could. But in the end I had to cut them off myself after a few days. Upon arrival I always explain my expectations, as I am a firm believer if you do not let them know what you want how will they know what you want.

Received my first pedicure since the pandemic. Anna was sweet, did a great job, and fast! I was in and out in 1/2 an hour. I wish she would have gone slower (there were no customers), so I could have enjoyed it longer.

Worse nail salon I’ve ever been to!! I got acrylic gel manicure and each nail turned out different size. My nails look like little kids.Also, they do not clean your cuticles before. I literally had to ask for her to cut them after I realized she was done.

Got my nails done Last week and it’s already peeling. For some reason my nails got super dry after the manicure. The nail polish wasn’t done close to my skin so it is looking bad already. The place was clean and the professionals are very friendly. They serve wine!!!

Had an alright experience. Definitely the best shaping and it was quickly done which I was okay with. The coloring though wasnt what I expected.. if they dont have the color or have uncertainty over doing a color - I wish they would have just communicated that and we could have done something else. Instead I have coloring that is not the greatest and looks uncompleted. Im kinda disappointed over that alone but everything else was great.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I’ve never been disappointed. Emily always does my nails and she’s a true artist. I’ve never seen someone so meticulous about making sure my nails are perfect. Everywhere I go, I get compliments!

I dropped my girlfriend off to get her nails done before work, and received a barrage of texts about how the woman doing her nails told her she could do a manicure on a time constraint but hadn’t started and was spending all of her time on another person. I eventually show up and just stand there. She keeps staring at me and taking her SWEET time. And now my girlfriend is late for work. By a wide margin. Because she said she could do something and then blatantly didn’t follow through. And it didn’t bother her in the slightest.

My manicure and pedicure was done to fast paid for gel and a deluxe pedicure they left wax on my feet and hard crust under my nails. They did a sloppy rush job. I also had the hot towel treatment and was only one towel used to wipe the wax off my feet which was not even all the way wiped off. I am Very disappointed they have almost 5 stars maybe that’s the regulars. Not good business!! I am not cheap spent $90 including the tip and was not satisfied they made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be going back or recommending this place.

I have gone to this location about 5 times the place is gorgeous the owner and nail techs are super sweet probably the only reason why I continued to go I unfortunately will no longer return nail tech was 30 min late was rushing thru appt and last three times I went did not so well it’s a hit or miss honestly last 3 times big time MISS sad to say

Kelsy slayed my nails definitely request her if you go! Both my mani and pedi were perfect! The location is ideal if you are in the Dallas area its right off the toll. The chairs are so comfortable along with the complementary wine it is the perfect way to relax away the day after work. Everyone there is so sweet and friendly.

They do not check temps of all people while I was in shop. The person who completed my service was great. Very disappointed.

I waited 15min before getting moved to a station to soak my powder off. My nails soaked for an additional 20min. When I asked how much longer the lady said “they’re looking for your color”. I was there 45 with no color left on my nails, no one started the manicure regardless if there was a color or not, and on top of that I wasn’t offered a drink. I left and no one said a peep. The employees were un organized and rude.

Great and friendly staff.It took me 5 months to find them and I have no plans on leaving them.(Tough to find a good nail place)😉

They did a decent job on my nails, but not worth it due to their poor customer service. Another major issue- they dont properly remove shellac polish (they just drop your hands into a bowl of acetone).

When I went the first time they Dug in my cuticles and didn’t clean them up and then put the dipping powder on very sloppy.. they also put a matte top coat on and it was all just very sloppy. I went back and they offered to fix them..they told me the Matte wasn’t pretty anyways and made it very glossy but there was still dipping powder stuck in my cuticles and she cut me this time.... They almost looked worse the second time. It is very disappointing because this place could Have been such an easy location.

I have been going to this shop for about 6 months now and I have never once had a bad experience! Everyone is super friendly and so professional! Kelsy is my go-to nail tech and I can’t recommend her enough! She is always very careful and precise and my nails always come out looking beautiful. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hands and nails in my 28 years of life than I have after going here. I work a very rough physical job and my nails can last 3 weeks without breaking if I need them to. i enthusiastically recommend them!

I went in asking to have my dip removed and to just have a regular manicure so that I can let my nails breathe for a bit. After about 10-15 minutes of sitting and waiting for someone to start, the lady hands me a bowl of warm acetone and a paper towel. She told me to play with the towel in the bowl, basically to take it off myself. Weird, never heard if anyone doing it themselves. So I did it and got my manicure. The manicure was good, no complaints and she worked fast, but not too fast. When I went to checkout, they charged me for the dip removal. I’ve heard of this happening, but when I am paying for an additional service I don’t expect to pay. Especially when I had to do the work myself. I asked, why am I paying for them to have just supply the acetone if I had to do it myself, the lady responded that she’d tell the manager and waited for my card. Basically saying she doesn’t care. I will never go back here as customer service and common sense does not exist. Cute place and lots of staff working, but not worth it. I go to be taken care of, not given supplies and do it myself. I can do it at home if that’s the case.

This is my favorite nail salon. I have been going there to get my nails done for at least 3 years. They used to be Hot Nails Too on Keller Springs Rd. next to Liberty Burger and now they are Pinkie Luxe on DNT between Belt Line and Arapaho. They have American names and if you go there a second and third time they remember yours and greet you when you walk in. Molly does my gel manicures and they last longer than anywhere else I have been! Cindy is the manager and she does an awesome job as well. They all do!

Initially when I came here I liked it upon my first visit but my second and third time have not been pleasant. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on my second appointment of being late to service me but my third appointment (all three times I scheduled in advance) they were also late to service me and two days later 2 of my nails (my real nails) came off from my fingers. I dont know what kind of chemicals they are using and now the nail tech will not respond to my request to fix my nails. I will definitely not be back and in a lot of pain from my nails coming off! And it keeps happening as we speak.

Kelsey was wonderful! She had such a light hand working with the drill and was very nice and understanding. This was my first time here and I felt extremely welcomed as a guest.

Emily was nice and although I waited 30 minutes to be seen, Emily was done with my powder over natural nails in 30 minutes. However, they were not done well and the nails did not hold up. After only 9 days, I now have 4 cracked nails. NOT worth $40. I might give them another chance simply because they are so close to my job. Disappointed to say the least.

Reaonably priced, high quality gel and dip options, and if you need a recommendation on a lady to visit ask for Molly. She’s amazing!

Very poor service. As a first time customer service I would NOT recommend this place. Cindy is sweet but the way the unprofessionalism and service went today was surprising. My appointment was at 11:15a with Kelsey. I called out of common courtesy to say I would be a little late. I arrived at 11:19a and was not put in a chair until 12pm. I understand this is the day before Easter and that is why I booked in morning but about 5 customers came in after MY APPOINTMENT TIME and was serviced immediately. I then was put in the pedicure chair after Cindy remembers I wanted a mani AND pedi so now I’m being told to sit in a pedi chair. No one came to service my toes until close to 1:00p! The young lady who came was talking in her language, showing signs of not really being interested in servicing my toes because someone else was supposed to. It kept being that “someone’s was going to do them. She then started on my toes and cut my toes nails ALL THE WAY DOWN to where there was no nail. I did not ask her to do that and only asked that they be cut down a little and filed. Cindy came to intervene and fix but refused to. I am upset at the fact I simply came to get a mani and pedi and was not serviced as these reviews say. If you’re not a “regular”, you will be put on the back burner and pushed off from one person to the next. Oh not to mention with all the chaos, she still wanted me to pay. Wow
