This was such an amazing experience. We enjoyed every second we were there, from the music they played, the customer service and how friendly they were to us. Whenever were back in town, I will most definitely be paying them another visit!

My grandmother and I were visiting from Hawaii and we saw this cute nail salon and had to try it! We were able to book appointments that same day and right when we walk we are greeted and quickly assisted by the front desk. We then were guided to our seats (which was super comfy) and Key (my grandmothers nail tech) kindly got her a pillow so she would be more comfortable! Key did such a great job and was so kind and gentle with my grandma it really made the experience that much more special. My nail tech Taylor was also so sweet and did such an amazing job on my nails I absolutely love them! She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed and was very friendly! I definitely will be coming back and bringing my sisters too! Thank you Taylor, Key and the Pink Toes Staff for making this such a wonderful experience!

Technician seemed to be less interested in doing my nails, explained they were sensitive and still tool the filing tool to them, cut my skin along with cuticles and left my nails feeling sore. Final touch refusal to dry nails. French tips chipped same day. Wont used them again.

Okay, so I wasnt going to give a review, but it was necessary when my nail broke. I just got my nails done on Friday 06/18 (my wedding day). The salon itself is GORGEOUS!!! The Bathroom alone is on another level. The staff was nice and very respectful. My issue is with the nail techs skills. I think I was distracting her by talking to her, so maybe that was my bad. Anyways, it took almost 2 hours for her to do whats known as the dip method. I was confused on the services when I booked, as Im used to regular acrylic w/ some polish. Had no idea dipping the nail took so long...1hr45min. She added extensions as I have super short nails naturally. She did what I asked her to do, color-wise, but I wasnt sure if she put enough glue on my nails. (one tip already came off when she was near the end of the process.) Well, surprise, surprise, the thumb nail popped off last night, 06/23. Just in time for my vacation, so no time to go back and get her to fix it. If I do consider going back, Ill need another nail tech. She was nice and all, but being nice doesnt equal quality nail care.

I never write reviews but I have to shout out to Bridget and Alesia (so sorry if misspelled your names!). Alesia was so sweet from the moment I walked in. I was coming to them after a horrible nail experience at a different salon and she was so kind and very attentive. Bridget was also wonderful! She was meticulous about my nails and super gentle since my nails were tender from the trauma they experienced from the experience at a different salon. The whole vibe of Pink Toes Nail Bar is different. It’s inviting and calm. A true place to relax. I loved it! Will definitely be back!

The venue is warm and inviting. Definite upscale feel. Andrea (my official new mail tech) did an amazing job! She shaped my nails EXACTLY how I wanted. The pedicure was very relaxing and again they look EXACTLY how I want them to look. I made my follow up appointment before I left. Andrea is my officially my new tech! Thanks lady! ❤️

The aesthetics of the salon is beautiful and laid back, however that doesn’t make up for the service provided. I had gel soaked off so that I could start wearing my natural nails that had grown considerably from the overlays. I opted to have them done in dipped powder and I regret it. Very messy and lumpy not smooth how they should’ve been especially with dip powder and the shape was supposed to be coffin nails and to say the least he jacked my nails up and I have to start all over again. Music extremely loud for it to be a relaxing environment.

We had booked this place for a bachelorette party, when we got there we were stopped at the door and spoken to very unprofessional about how they wouldnt be able to provide the services we wanted. They tried to put the blame on us saying we didnt specify exactly what we wanted beforehand, but nobody that was in contact with the event planners ever asked the to specify services. I did not feel comfortable staying there to let them do any services at that point. We found another salon that was able to accommodate all our services together with no problems. After what I experienced I would not go back here.

If I could give 0 stars I would.My sister’s Bridal Shower was supposed to be the most memorable event; after her big day. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody (unless you’re trying to deal with unprofessional personal). The fact that they are understaff is not an excuse on to how they treat their customers. Secondly, my deposit was not refunded, no services were render to The Bridal Shower. I was so embarrassed for our guests who had to endure this type of establishment.(1) A staff member confirmed via phone call the day before NEVER WAS I EVER informed that they were understaffed and they wouldn’t be able to provide us the services that were also confirmed via email.(2) Staff members had the audacity to get an attitude with me in-front of the bride & bridal shower guest.(3) Deposit is nonrefundable even if services aren’t render to guest.(4) Lastly receptionist Alicia has the most unfavorable, unpleasant attitude & she was very confrontational.** The Most Awful nail Shop in Dallas, Tx **

I’ve never put a negative review on a business page. Just because I always try to give the benefit of the doubt plus I am a Manager in retail and I put myself in the employee shoes . But this place was one of the worst experienced I have had. It was my sister Bachelorette we were in charge of planning it. We had contact them 2 weeks prior of the event to booked Pink Toes Nail Bar. The place is super cute but when we arrived they didn’t even had the basic of customer services. They were speaking to us with a rude tone and they change everything that they had agree to do that day. I understood them about having just one nail tech that could do dip but I never going to understand the rudeness they were speaking to us in front of the bride and the bridal group. Definitely they don’t know the number one rule of customer service of treating your customer right. I am not trying to convince people not to go but I do want to give the Management and employees some advice the Golden Rule Customers Come First.

Visited 7-13-19— everyone was nice we were greeted right away. We scheduled an appt with a specific lady but was given someone else. They offered drinks. I got a mani-pedi with polish and it was average. These are my nails on 7-18-19. I feel like they look 2+ weeks old. It hasn’t even been a week!! I do clerical work so I’m not doing much manual hand labor. I just hate the polish is chipping in just a few days. Enjoyed the experience but not the service.

Update: My sister reserved Pink Toes for her Sunday birthday celebration. It was nothing short of amazing. The receptionist is amazing. He was very attentive and enthusiastic. We had wine, fruit, and music. All of the nail techs were awesome but shout out to Taylor for taking care of the birthday girl. 😘 I love Pink Toes! Ive been going since the end of last year and I have received some of the best service and pedicures! The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. Yes, sometimes the wait time is long but thats what happens when you provide great service. If you dont want to be rushed when you are being services, dont expect for others to be rushed when they are being served. I cant wait until my next appointment.

Just to give a bit of background...I have been doing my nails every two weeks for years.Pedi was good.. gel mani not so much. There was no hand soaking or cutical oil. I had to ask the technician to clean under my nails and refile. The nail polish is not applied evenly, nor the previous gel was removed thoroughly. I would not go back.

I was visiting from out of town and came across this wonderful place. Bridget did a gel pedicure for me and was the most gentle technician Ive ever had. She did a beautiful job. The space is very chic and inviting and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Goe and Bridget are super sweet and truly passionate about what they do. Kyla, the owner, is phenomenal and truly cares about her customers. I love my nails, the experience was very relaxing! Customer service is awesome! Rates are good & the place is clean. The staff is warm, welcoming, & quite diverse with a Black girl, Hispanic girl, & an Asian girl. Whats just as important is they all speak English. Where can you go these days where your nail tech isnt either Korean or Vietnamese & doesnt speak any English?

I first started gong here when it first opened. It was awesome! Staff was great and eager to do their best, and the service was impeccable. I hadnt been in a while due to me moving, but decided to treat my daughter to a mommy/daughter date this past Friday. We were walk-ins, but had to wait about 45 min for the next available tech. No problem with that. The front desk gentleman was super sweet. We both got a full set and pedicures. The staff were friendly, but there is a noticeable decline in the service. My pedicure was not up to par. I could have done it myself at home. And, my tech kept checking his phone, which wasnt a huge issue but he wasnt focused. He did good on my nails though. We also wanted small designs on one finger and they were unable to accommodate us as no one was there who knew how to do designs and they also did not have any stones or stickers for designs. For $175 I would think they could do a simple line design, but no. All in all, I was disappointed in the service.

I love places where I can get everything done in one place, and this is one of those places. Located in downtown Dallas, the atmosphere is very relaxing. They offer a complimentary cocktail 🍹 with your service, which is nice since we came here to relax.My friend and I got pedicures, and we were both satisfied with it. I also got my eyebrows threaded 💆 while we were there. She was quick and efficient and did exactly what I asked her to. The price for everything was more than reasonable too.The most important thing was that the service was quick and friendly without feeling like we were being rushed. The only downside was parking. We finally found the garage on the next block down, but it was frustrating at first.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Pink Toes is SO CUTE! The decor is lovely and relaxing and the service was awesome. My nails look amazing, the salon is very clean and staff are friendly. I was able to easily book an appointment through Vagaro, the appointment system they use. I only went in for a mani this time but Ill definitely be back!

I found this place while in Dallas for work and it was a wonderful experience. They were very nice and accommodating (my nails were a mess) and I hate there is not one where I live! Eric was my nail tech and He was very patient and thorough. I could really tell he cared how my nails looked. I didnt feel rushed even as they got crowded around me. I highly recommend returning and I recommend seeing Eric! Honestly from what i could see everyone there was enjoying their experience as well! Kudos!

Lisa was great but my gel manicure lost three nails in three days. Since I do not live in Dallas, I could not even go back to get it fixed. Very disappointed. For the price I would have expected much better.Edit: They did provide me with a refund for my manicure-- which is very kind-- but I would have appreciated the manicure in the first place. Cheers.

I am in Dallas for a wedding this weekend and desperately needed a pedicure. They got me worked in, provided a ton of luxuries (like champagne, offered music or Netflix on a personal device), and my lady (Go) provided such a huge amount of care and attention to detail on my pedicure. I was so impressed.Plus, the music and overall environment was very fun / upbeat / feminine. Best pedi I have had in a long while. Id definitely find my way back here if Im in Dallas again. Next time, Im bringing all of my girlfriends!

Unfortunately I have to write this up as a two. The staff and atmosphere are absolutely wonderful. The skill is lackluster. I wanted to give this place a great review but my nails arent even and dont look like the picture that I first showed her. They are all different shapes and for the price I expected way more. I stopped at the gas station so I could get a file to fix them myself. I will not be returning.

To start off, my experience here was great. I had an awesome time being pampered in this salon. My trouble is with the manicure. I received a gel manicure and a regular pedicure (which is still looking great!). Within one week, my gel polish started to lift. Unfortunately, I waited days later to call, as Im not one to make a fuss about much. There was no solution offered as they only refund the charge (only a portion) within 10 days. This is obviously just a ploy to get you to make another appt so that they can attempt to fix the damage. Although my other services were great, I will not return to this nail bar due to how this matter was handled. Proceed with caution.

Super easy to make an appointment online at Pink Toes in downtown Dallas! I had to squeeze in a polish change for myself and manicure for my 8 year old daughter before a wedding we were going to this past weekend and were super happy with our experience! The shop is fun and had music playing and an iPad you could browse on at the pedicure stations.

Was in town in for business and was able to stop in for a quick shellac manicure. The got me in right away. The service was excellent and my nails look great.

I met a lady named Nancy and she took the time to match the color AND SHE FOUND THE EXACT COLOR ... she was patient and matched every pink color until she found the right one ... my nail tech was absolutely amazing she took her time and was patient on my Fred Flinstone feet ...David brought me red wine and gave me restaurant and shopping suggestions when I said that I was visiting .. the experience was amazing guys .. I wanted to get Mother’s Day started early, so I took my Mom here based on the Website pictures and reviews...It was nothing like the Website. The white furniture was dirty and dingy. The door was open, which invited nats and flies. The nail polish selection was very small. The VIP pedicure was very short and basic for the price. You are just paying for the location, not the ambiance or service.

I had to wait at least 20 mins and there was only one other customer. The chair I sat in was dirty and I even watched one of the staff cleaning off a chair across the room, shaking chips, crumbs and even a plastic cup onto the floor. Gross! The nail tech asked if I wanted my nails cut down then proceeded to file them. I felt like my services were rushed. When my nails were painted she used a tool to clean up her mistakes, which only put an ugly line in the polish of each nail. Maybe I came in on a bad day.

Love this place! First of all, Black woman owned! Which is ALWAYS a win! Its beautiful inside! Even the bathroom has a cool square toilet which is so cute! Nancy did my pedi, and I hadnt had one in FOREVER, but she made my feet feel smooth like butter. My pedi was like $60 but it came with hot stones (or paraffin wax), a sugar scrub, and all the works like callus removal. The seats were nice and comfy and everyone was friendly. They also offer discounts for folks who work or live in Downtown Dallas. Although I live 30 minutes outside of DTX, Ill make this my go to/regular place. Especially considering they offer eye brow threading as well.

The lighting in there is such that you leave thinking your nails look great, then get into the sunlight or office and ugh, terrible job was done. I do not recommend going.They used to be great then I think management changed because all the good nail techs left and who is there now is terrible.

Went in for dipping powder, Jaz was my tech and super sweet but my nails were lumpy, uneven & different lengths. For $90+ (I got a color change on toes too), the work was so not worth it. Urban Nail Bar down the road had to fix them.

I booked appointments for myself and my mother on short-notice after arriving in Dallas for a family reunion, but ended up bringing two of my daughters and nieces as walk-ins the next morning. I received excellent service from Saru on a gel pedicure and spa pedicure, while Taylor polished my girls nails and Lydia did a manicure/pedicure on my mother. I would give the experience an overall 5 rating if it were not for my nieces feeling that they did not receive the best service from the ladies who worked on their nails.

Lidia did a kick ass French tip pedicure for me and was super sweet. The location seems disheveled though, with paint chips and stained leather seats. Would’ve expected more upkeep from a nail salon that is too good to do acrylic sets.

Despite having rotating nail techs, i believe this place is a nice spot! The customer service is always quality and for the most part, my nails look good.Now, agreeing with another review, i was also unaware that a basic mani doesnt come with a new set of nails. I used to drive all the way to Mansfield by my mother-in-law. Since finding them, it became clutch for me. I was highly disappointed in THAT part of the services rendered. Im battling between driving all the way out there for the inclusiveness of the price or to pay a little bit less, barely, for partial the service.

The facility was clean. I do wish they revisit their Gel Manicure service and what comes with it. But overall it was worth the $$

Only wanted to get my eyelashes done by Miss Dixon. She confirmed the night before and never showed the next day. Misrepresented herself and was a no show. Wasted my time and was totally unprofessional. Had to call the manager to see if she was even licensed. Hope you didnt by a Groupon from her because they dont accept them unless you go to her person apartment. Dont waste your time...or money.

I am highly upset!!!I love getting my nails done & toes the first time I went to pink nail bar I wasnt satisfied had a pedicure felt rushed didnt really enjoy it.so I wrote a review explaining how I felt so I get email the next morning for 35$ gift card i was so excited n shocked I went to nail bar the next day to ask if this was valid they all said yes so I wanted to get a second chance in doing my nails which I was highly satisfied !!! I loved my nails !! That costed 60$I used the gift certificate they had sent me to my email !! And then I get a call that evening couple hours when I left from manager saying who sent me the gift certificate I forwarded over to them cause he was saying did not authorize that I was like wth! You mean I felt accused for something I have no control over and now when I try to make appointments they say there full and have nobody available!!! So rude!!and unprofessional!!! I love the place vibe!that really hurts me to be excluded!
