I came here on a whim, and I’m SO glad I did! Vivian is so personable and friendly! She took her time with my dip set, and when I realized I didn’t really like the color on my nails, she offered to take it off and start over, which I really appreciate. I ended up keeping the color, but I love the awesome customer service! And the hot towels at the end? What a great touch! I will definitely be returning here soon. Thanks again, Vivian! ☺️

Was part of a wedding party reservation the day before the Fourth of July and they did such an amazing job even though they got pretty busy! Very professional and amazing jobs on all of us all around! Vivian was so so great and very hospitable! 11/10 I will go again! (And I was visiting from out of state!)

I called a location nearby my brunch location, and nails now was the closest! I made a reservation for 6 and when we arrived (right on time) they had chairs ready for each of us, and were incredibly kind!! I am getting married tomorrow, and Vivian was so so sweet and made my nails GORGEOUS and was so complementary of me and my group 💝 would highly recommend, I had a fantastic experience. (It took two hours for 6 of us to get fully done, with each of us doing acrylics or dip and pedicures, and several of us getting nail art.)

I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always so good. Owner and staff are polite, efficient and always maintain sanitary conditions. Every time I go to a different nail salon I end up wishing I had come here lol

I came to get nail enhancements and I did NOT get what I wanted, as well as they charged me extra. I was so upset I went to another salon to get them removed!

I enjoyed our conversation, and my nails and toes look great. Vivian, the Owner, also made rounds to check quality, it was great to talk with her too. Yes, the prices are probably higher than some surrounding shops, but if you want quality and cleanliness, this is the place.

I have been coming to this nail salon for about three years now... I Have never had any problems or complaints with any one here. If I wasn’t happy the way they look or if something wasn’t right, I ask them nicely to please fixed it, and they did with no hesitation. I also get my eyebrows, eyelash extensions and my toes done with them.. once again never had a problem.. the staff here are great and friendly and very talkative( unlike some other places where it’s quit and awkward) they are very clean and professional at what they do. I have even suggested at times for some designs I find on Pinterest ( we have done it at least once) and they will tell up front if they have the supplies or the nail tech to do... (some techs no how and some supplies have to be ordered ) over all they will do their best to get it as close or as prefect as you would like... if you come in and have a issues. It’s possible you came in at a bad time( which thief is no excuse) but they are human just like everyone.. they do have their bad days and mostly good. ( no it’s not an excuse) but be honest we all have our days... I have known these woman and men for a while now and I can honestly say they are one of my favorites or all time favorite nail salon to go... I have travels quite a few miles just to get them done by them.. ( yes they are that good) I haven’t write a review on them because I wanted to experience it first before giving my opinion on it... they way I see it, if you first impression of them was bad give them a second chance. And if not we’ll I do want to say your missing out on a good place to relax and have your “me time” at... but it’s your choice and your opinion about them... I just wanted to show and give my insight on this nail salon.... Horrible my had hurt so bad and I never go back there, broke 3 nails in 3 days of getting them done, the bad wrost experience my life I had just need a fill and my hands are still harding.... Fake and horrible for real. Ive been getting nails done for 20 at the same place until I moved here and Im very disappointed. Im pretty sure they were laughing at me I understand a little more most after 20 years of dealing with their culture.

I had a last minute appointment an hour before closing and Tom took excellent care of me! I have sensitive cuticles and he was very careful not to cut me with the files and electric tools. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back to see him :)

This was my first time to this Salon for a powder (dip) fill manicure. I called ahead for same day service at 11:30 and they accommodated. Elaine was great. I highly recommend this technician. She was thorough, good attention to detail and was gentle. The prices were reasonable. Also, the hand massage was a nice touch. I WILL be back! Highly recommend.👍

The BEST nail salon I’ve ever been too. And I’ve gone to MANY. I’m extremely picky about my nails, they have to be perfect . And every time I come here they absolutely are. The environment is amazing. The customer service is over the roof! I would wait 45 mins rather then going ANY place else. It’s totally worth it.Tom is my guy! My friends and I enjoyed the margarita pedicures. They scrub your feet with salt and limes! The ladies were very friendly. When I smudged my toe they fixed it right away.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Every time I come the female manager has a nasty attitude. Today I decided to try a new nail technician named Tom. Tom was very defiant and belligerent. If I asked for my nails to be a certain way, he needed to challenge the request. I asked that my nails be cut long and he proceeded to cut them short. At the end of my service, Tom and the manager tried to OVERCHARGE me. Sneaking in a “Extra attention” fee which I refused to pay. I urge you to please take your hard earned money somewhere else, perhaps up the road? I wouldn’t go back there if it were the last nail salon in Texas.

ON POINT! I am visiting the Dallas area and decided to get my nails done-gel nails. The shop is beautiful...my nail technician Dawn was amazing! She made my nails look so beautiful! The service and hospitality was the best Ive seen in years. Satisfied is an understatement. Gratefully pleased is more like it. I recommend everyone frequent this nail salon!

After 24 hours of getting my nails done by Helen, this was the result. The paint is chipping on the edges of my nails AND my cuticles could’ve been done better by my 16 year old daughter.

I did not have a great first experience with this salon but decided I would give them one more try since it is convenient for me. However, the lady who did my nails was awesome! I have gotten so many compliments on them just after one day. The girl who did my pedicure did great as well! Not the best customer service, but it is worth it when my nails come out this well.

First of all, the reason why it gets ANY stars what so ever is because this website does not allow me to give zero stars. If you are only going to read the first two lines of this review, and not my whole essay then I completely understand. The point of the story is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL COST!!!!! Seriously. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for the past 9 years. I have went to several places over Dallas some which were not so great and others which were decent but I have never got my eyebrows waxed at a place as horrible as this one. So here is how my waxing experience went: As I was being escorted to the waxing room I was explaining to the lady who was about to wax them (her name is Nina) exactly how I wanted them shaped, I made sure to reiterate that I DID NOT want them too thin. I specifically said that I just wanted them cleaned up. In fact, I overemphasized the fact that I did not want them too thin to the point that the lady who was about to wax them looked a little annoyed that I had told her so many times. After she waxed my eyebrows, a mirror got quickly shoved and taken away from my face in the dimly lit room, I glanced at them and then left. When I got into my car with good sunlight I noticed that my right eyebrow was a centimeter shorter than my left eyebrow and that my eyebrows (specifically my right one) was so thin that it was just a single line of hair. I walked back in (calmly) and proceeded to show Nina how I had just noticed how messed up they were. After bringing over her manager the manger looked at me and said, Its not a big deal they will grow back in a week. First of all... NO they will not just grow back to how they were in 1 week unless my rate of growing hair was abnormally fast and second of all it IS a huge deal because my jobs that I am booked for this weekend (promoting for different companies) book me partially based on how I look so my physical appearance is very important! After simply requesting that I get my $9.00 back and have Nina even them out the manager rudely refused because they only give refunds if they burn someone. She said that she did not care at all to loose my business (even though I go there at least once every 2 weeks to get my nails and toenails done) because they will be just fine with out it. The more that I tried to explain to the manager how unhappy I was and how unacceptable this kind of waxing job is the louder her voice got so by the end of the conversation the manager was literally yelling at me in the middle of the store. There was NEVER ONE APOLOGY that came out of the managers mouth. Nails now has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my entire life. Not one time in 9 years have I ever complained about a wax, so for me to spend 20 minutes of my day writing a negative review says something. There are a million nail salons all over Dallas, so dont waste your time on a place with jacked up prices, HORRIBLE service, and HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!

My dip was $50, which is pricier than the place I used to attend.Although it was a little more, the nail technician paid extreme attention to detail and my nails look fabulous.I will definitely be back!

Ive visited this salon a couple of times a few years ago and I love their work. I recently moved back to the area and took my little sister out for a mani date. Its safe to say we wont be going anywhere else. We each had nexgen powder done and I was kind of nervous about it because Ive had powder done at another salon and my nails looked bubbly and thick but since this place hasnt let me down, I decided to give it a try here. Long story short, we LOVED our nails.Our techs were July and Steven. My nails look so natural and are cute and short, exactly how I like them. My sister got coffin shaped nails that are shaped perfectly. Thanks! 😊Also, I think its worth mentioning that this place is really clean and people are friendly. The host/receptionist is organized and pleasant.

Personally I thought it was going to be decent from reading reviews. No not at all. Will never come back. I asked specifically for what I wanted and I didnt receive it. On top of that, the man kept cutting my skin with the file. Now I get to go to work out ugh bloody fingers. Not recommend at all

I typically don’t do reviews, but I was extremely dissatisfied in the service that I received. I got a mani/pedi and a day later I needed repair on two nails. I went back to get my nails repaired and it took over 10 mins. for someone to greet me. Once I was finally greeted, I explained the purpose of my appointment, as I was getting my nails repaired, the lady who was helping me said: “I hate doing repairs, they take so long and are annoying to do.” I would think me spending $100 for a mani/pedi just to turn around and need repair would be more annoying. After the blatantly rude comment she made she continued to repair my nail. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, she put the wrong color on the nail she was repairing. She then said: “It’s just a little off, no one will notice it.” I will NEVER step foot in this salon again. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment but was ignored by the staff when I arrived. I sat for 15 minutes while technicians finished with other customers but did not begin my service. I walked out. I do not recommend this place. I will not return.

This nail salon is an absolute disaster it is a place where I would never go even if there was no nail salons left I went there and the exact same day two of my nails fell and broke apart and I went back the next day to get them repaired which they did repair for me however the same day another nail broke and fell off their products dont even seem to last one day and after the second time of them messing up I reached out to the main Manager to let her know that I would like a refund...She apologized and told me that I would have to come and drive down there for the third time a 30 minute drive to get my refundI had to attend an engagement with two of my nails brokenHowever the following day I did go back to get my refund and after arriving I was completely disrespected discriminated against and they were not willing to give me the refund as they promisedDONT GO HERE!

Today was my very first and last time at this salon. First of all when I entered I was not greeted the same way (not greeted at all)they greeted other guests,and the rest is history. The staff made me feel really uncomfortable,they kept gossiping and saying rude things in “vietnamese’, constantly texting and checking their phones including the manager. The service offered was also not up to par. When it was time to check out, I paid and was about to tip my nail techs when the manager(lady at cash register) rudely insists before I could reach into my wallet for more cash,that I should tip the other 2 nail techs as well, as if it was mandatory. I have no issue with tipping as I was tipping them anyway.however the principle of her approach and attitude was completely vulgar and demanding. Tipping is not mandatory. The service was paid for.me tipping is basically just extra. There was absolutely no hospitality showed towards my boyfriend and I,but every other guest that showed up was basically workshipped . I guess all the care about is possible “tips”. I will not be visiting again and I hope you guys learn to be more professional and treat everyone with respect. You never know who you’re meeting.I was also overcharged for services I never received and what my fiance was tricked into without his knowledge.I would not recommend. if you are a person of color,don’t waste your time. They take your money and treat you horrible and speak ill of you throughout the entire process.update:my fiance toe was infected 2 days after the pedicure and my nails....are pretty much done. dont waste your money or time.

Well, I thought I would try a new Nail Salon, disappointing. They are not the friendliest, when getting my nails done, I told her I wanted them thin. I should get what I pay for and ask for. I they are not shaped the correct way after showing her a picture of what I wanted. They are so thick I will have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I even told her they were way to thick and she said that is the way they are should be. I best friend gets hers done and they very natural looking. Why dont they just listen to the customer. Will not recommend or every return.

I witnessed this place yell and scream at a pregnant women after she asked for a refund. I was disgusted and felt helpless and scared to help her because of the way the manager was screaming at her. The manager told her the only way she can get a refund is if she sits there for 45 mins again and gets her nails removed. I would never go this place because of their cheap, disgusting behavior. I was so appalled at the way they were screaming at her and belittling her. They even went to the extent of calling the police on her. ON A NINE MONTH pregnant women only because she wanted a refund. EVEN the police were on the pregnant womens side they couldnt believe how cheap the salon was being. I wanted to cry after witnessing this. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !! My nails were not done properly either, but I was too scared to ask for a refund after witnessing what I did. HORRIBlE PlACE

They did my third try at gel nails. Finally they lasted longer than a week like id been told over and over. Its now been a month, and except for the obvious nail growth, they look as good as the day they were done. Going back on my next day off to have another mani!!

I have been to Nails Now twice now. I get my arms waxed. I realize I am going to a nails place to get waxing, but there should be a basic level of care and competence if youre even going to offer the service. Besides, its not complicated. I would do it myself if I was flexible enough.Anyway, so the first time I went in, the lady got wax on my clothes. Wax is very VERY difficult to get off your clothes because it sinks into the fibers. The second time I went, I was in a big hurry to get back to work and I told the front desk lady that if she couldnt fit me in, it wasnt a big deal. She said seven minutes. 20 minutes later I get seated in an empty wax room. i tell the lady I want full arms done and she suggests I take the top Im wearing off since its a 3/4 sleeve top. I figure its a good idea since they got wax on my clothes the time before. So I am sitting on the table and I have my shirt draped across my chest but the top half of me is still exposed on the sides and the stomach. Halfway through the wax, a second lady comes in without knocking, leaves the door open and starts looking the waxing drawers in the room! Hello! I dont have my shirt on in here! The two converse in a different language and the door remains open the entire time. After the other lady leaves and I mention to my waxer that someone getting a pedicure out there probably got a free show as well. Lets try and keep the door closed! She nodded. Later I am turned around so she can do the other arm. Again this other women, enters without knocking, rumages through the waxing drawers, and leaves the door completely open! At least this time I had my back to the door!. Ridiculous. Never going back there again. Not for waxing, Not for nails. Not for anything.

I had a manicure and gel set done... the lady had to re-do my pinky nail 3 times because she accidentally kept scraping it off. The 3rd time I asked her to apply one more coat (so it looked like my other nails) and she said “I already did 2.” It’s only been an hour and they’re already peeling off ...waste of $35.

Beautiful place,but my technician was either tired or hated her job...she was very rough,she did a rushed job and my nails looked horrible for $55 dollars I paid...she didn’t even attempt to clean up my cuticles,when I asked she rumbled something like later and she did not,she only put some lotion on my hands and told me put Vaseline on my cuticles and they will look better...I’ve never experienced anything like it...I will never go back for sure...
