After working a venue where we had this companies’ inflatables and enjoyed them and his delivery person being very helpful and nice, I decided to contact them about renting 2 for a birthday party. I spoke to the owner for the very first time over the phone about renting an inflatable. He told me the cost of buying an inflatable, the cost of gas, how people don’t understand delivery fees, and other details I didn’t care about. Other than the owner talking negatively about his delivery person, explaining that it costs $100 to deliver 18 miles away, and talking about how renting just 2 inflatables doesn’t make him money, the conversation went very well! Will take my money and business elsewhere.
